virgal (2/5): Décevant - Rien vraiment déçu pour un transit Séjour très décevant. Nous avons passé la nuit du 21 au 22 mars dans cet hôtel et l’expérience a été inacceptable à plusieurs niveaux. Tout d’abord, un problème de facturation : le prix réservé était de 69,31 €, mais nous avons dû payer environ 271 TND (près de 80 €) sur place, sans explication claire. Ensuite, impossible de dormir. Notre chambre était située juste en dessous de la discothèque rooftop, avec un bruit extrêmement fort jusqu’au milieu de la nuit. Malgré notre demande en pleine nuit, aucun changement de chambre n’a été possible. Résultat : nuit blanche alors que nous avions un vol à 5h du matin. Le point le plus grave reste la sécurité : la fenêtre de la chambre, située au 5ème étage, ne se fermait pas du tout. Avec des enfants, c’est tout simplement inadmissible. Le service technique a dû intervenir, ce qui montre bien que le problème était réel. Je tiens malgré tout à remercier la réceptionniste qui a été professionnelle et a essayé de trouver une solution, mais le problème vient clairement de l’établissement. Entre le surcoût injustifié, le bruit insupportable et ce défaut de sécurité majeur, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

C'è un portiere che è molto fastidioso di notte; tratta la gente come un criminale. Questo tipo di comportamento è sconveniente per un hotel. Darei all'hotel una stella.

Hani (6/5): - The room had ants that went up the table into my suitcase. The pictures on the website does not reflect the place. Very Very loud music at midnight all the way to the early hours of the morning. At breakfast we had to ask for croissant because they put one in the bread box . In general very disappointing and I would not recommend it .

Naziha (7/5): A lovely stay with great staff and beach access — a renovation would make it even better. - Excellent Staff: The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. A special thanks to Mme Aziza for her exceptional care and professionalism — she made our stay even more enjoyable. Good Location: The hotel is well located in a lively area. To our surprise, the beach was just a 3-minute walk away, much closer than we expected. Beach Chiringuito: A highlight of the stay! Hotel guests have access to a beautiful chiringuito right by the beach. The staff there were fantastic, the ambiance was lovely, and the food was delicious. Food & Dining: Meals at the hotel were consistently good, with a satisfying variety and fresh ingredients. Outdated Furniture: The room décor and furnishings are showing their age. Some areas, especially the furniture and storage, would benefit from renovation. Air Conditioning in Restaurant: The air conditioning was turned off during breakfast, which made the dining area quite uncomfortable — this is something that definitely needs improvement.

Fredrik (3/5): If you want to sleep, stay away from this club based Hotel - The visual standard of the Hotel is very good, and most of the employees are fantastic, but the club and and bosses of the place ruin it. The day to day employees made the experience a lot better. There's a club in the building that you can hear until 4am every night of the week. The Hotel does not make this clear at all, and all of the guests I had conversations with over my 2 weeks stay had no clue before their first night either. Some rooms are definitely better than others, but the club downstairs play a level of db higher than legally allowed at most times between midnight and 4am, so it can make it very difficult to sleep, if at all in some rooms. I made my reservation at the hotel after asking them questions about the price, they did not give me the full price when I asked and charged more than what they said at first. I went to complain to the higher up employees/bosses and they refused to do anything and I didn't have any proof of my conversation before booking, but I refused to stop as they didn't communicate well. After a while they started to get angry and I had to get the boss to relax, he then offered me breakfast for 2 days just to get away (I assume) and I accepted as I had no proof.

Mohammad (1/5): If you don’t want to be robbed, don’t go to that hotel - I didn’t like anything just the location wasn’t bad. Very dirty, very noisy I slept there 2 nights they wake up 5am in the morning by mistake. The hotel facilities very bad. The safe box at the room is not working. You cannot choose to leave anything at room. Somebody could go in and take your stuff. Also they charge you more than normal right also they can rob you. I had the friend come to see me. They didn’t said anything till she came to inside my room as soon as she came to inside the room, they knocked her door. They said they were call the police if I don’t pay them extra please please please if you don’t want to be in trouble never ever try to go to the hotel.

Farid (6/5): Hôtel un bon prix - L'hôtel était bien situé, a côté de tout, mais la nuit y'a trop de bruit, discothèques et le boulevard, grand merci au deux réceptionniste s madame Zohra et monsieur Said ,très aimables et sourient, contraire du patron de L'hôtel et d'autres personnels de L'hôtel qui disent même bonjour, en général L'hôtel est un bonne prix mais besoin de beaucoup de rénovation et entretien.

Bouaziz (4/5): - The hostel is much less than four stars. The rooms are old, the bathrooms are old, and the general appearance is dirty. Room service is not up to the standard, but it is not very bad, so do not expect four-star services. The food served as a morning meal is not delicious and of poor quality. Workers are not bad, normal and respectable if you treat them with respect. .Staying there only to sleep...the air conditioning is good and the Wi-Fi quality is poor.

Shahlol (4/5): Dirty, broken & loud!!!!! - There's nothing much to like about this hotel! I can say I didn't like anything about staying there, first even though I had booked through booking.com with confirmation, yet the receptionist asked me to wait until he checked and it was like 10 minutes, the room was specious but everything is old and outdated. The bathroom wasn't clean as the trash can was full, curtains were wet as in they were just used and missing towels. I even killed a cockroach shown on the picture. At night I was woken up by the extremely loud music from the disco downstairs (until 4 am) and I was on the 2nd floor, yet it was loud and after I finally caught some Zzz's I woke up again but the traffic noise. Lastly, the breakfast was okay, but it seemed very poor on quality, the buffet starts with fresh Crepe on request ( chocolate used very buttery and sugary) then you Will find 2 trays of grilled or fryer vegetables and boiled eggs, bread, croissant, cake (was very dry), also you can find honey, cereal, butter, jam packs. Then you move to the salads section which had a good variety and also one type of cheese, mayonnaise and ketchup. Lastly, you will find fruits like watermelon and Cantaloupe, and a mixed fruit salad. And for the drinks you can use the coffee machine for your favourite type and also get some juice ( not fresh and tastes too sweet) finally the dining area was hot with no air conditioning and not very clean.
