• Paul (9/5): Nice place to stay. - Staff , room , pool and restaurant. Well kept grounds and buildings. Tastey , simple buffet breakfast. Good proximity to beach and services. Somewhat noisy during the day due to location above the main road however traffic does not pick up until 9am ish and quickly get quiet after 7 pm.

• Auriane (2/5): Nous avions pris 2 nuits, nous sommes parties le lendemain de la 1ere. - Nous avions 3 chambres, toutes très délabrées. Le lit était inconfortable, nous avons toutes senti des picotements aux jambes dans la nuit, le sol était sale, dans ma chambre la clim ne faisait pas de froid, la salle de bain était en mauvais état. Les meubles et le plafond étaient abîmés, ça sentait le renfermé.

• Joelle (2/5): Fuyez cet hôtel. Il n’y avait pas de débit dans la douche en plus du manque d’eau chaude jusqu’au 2eme soir. Il restait - La vue et la piscine Tout le reste. Le personnel n’a pas fait le message quand on n’avait pas d’eau chaude. C’est allée au 2eme soir pour en avoir. Ils ont fait le ménage, mais le miroir est resté sale ainsi que le plancher de la salle de bain plein de sable. On n’avait pas de savon dans les distributeurs. On n’avait juste 2 serviettes pour 3.

• Etienne (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in Senggigi - Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Restaurants und auch einen tollen Lebensmittelladen mit vielen importierten Produkten aus Europa. Der Pool ist eine tolle Abwechslung zum Strand. Die Zimmer sind recht gross und schön.

• RHEA HUMPAGE (10/5): A beautiful stay- we didn't want to leave! - Everything was lovely.The staff were incredibly kind and loved their jobs, which was lovely to see. The Bungalows are very authentic feeling. The aircon is strong and keeps the room nice and cool. The views are beautiful, as are the gardens 😍 The pool is large and very inviting.. a definite bonus in the Lombok heat. The beach is across the road and is easily accessible. There are plenty of restaurants and street food vendors just across the road by the beach. The restaurant in the hotel was so incredibly good we ate there the whole time we were there! We extended our stay twice as we were enjoying our time at Puri Bunga so much. We will definitely return! The only thing, if I were to try and find an issue was the shower head holder was wobbly, and that didn't bother me one bit! It was a lovely, authentic feeling stay ❤️

• Zofia (10/5): Best place in Senggigi - Great location, just a short walk to the restaurants on the front. The pool was huge by Bali standards. The bungalows are nestled in the hillside & you feel like you're in the jungle. Staff were very friendly & accommodating Will definitely stay again Nothing, everything was just perfect ❤️

• Amelia (7/5): - Overall staff are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to front desk staff Desak and Widi who were really helpful, and Jaye from the in- house restaurant, always courteous. The property is beautiful and we had a great stay. WiFi was very weak from our room which is at level 4. To be fair we were informed about it. Cleanliness of the room could be better. We found lizard or gecko droppings in the wardrobe upon checking in, and table and lamp surfaces were dusty.

• Kalani (7/5): Good location but close to road - The staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool is lovely to use and location is right across the street from the harbor for great snorkeling trips to Gili’s. The bed is hard, loud and springy. The road sounds echos VERY loudly, you can hear every motorbike ALL night long which was quite annoying and kept me up all night even with earplugs, AC blasting on turbo and a white noise machine.

There was no hot water most of our stay and at time the water completely stopped running and we had to use the shower by the pool. One night we ordered a takeaway and when we asked to use some cutlery in the room we were told there was a charge.

The restaurant waitress was professional and lovely with good service: thank you This place has such a huge potential with good location, and lovely looking buildings and gardens… it was disappointing. Restaurant food is not great, and way overpriced… for what I paid over I could have a beautiful dinner with a bottle of wine in many other restaurants Room needs renovation (example, window not fully closing = mosquitos) , and bathroom had many big black ants crawling around I also booked this hotel instead of staying with friends, as I was so tired and just wanted room service and a good rest. But no phone in room, so I had to go to restaurant anyway and room was close to the road which was very loud at night too with people hanging outside and loud bikes

Notre chambre (n°114) sentait l'humidité, les draps étaient tachés, la salle de bain sale, le tapis de la salle de bain sale, les WC très abîmés et pour clôturer le tout, ils ne fonctionnaient plus le lendemain matin. J'ai vu dans les avis les mêmes remarques. Vous attendez quoi (la direction) pour améliorer cela.... Merci
• Jasmijn (10/5): Lovely stay - The cottages are amazingly located overlooking the pool and ocean. Initially the room wasn’t very clean when we arrived but we mentioned it and got straight away cleaned. From then on they cleaned every day, fresh towels, water. The pool is wonderful to do lengths in and breakfast every morning as a bonus. Highly recommend! -

The location area is close to many restaurants, supermarkets, and tourist offices where you can rent bikes and all sorts of tours, also diving centers. There is nothing wrong with the accommodation. What I didn't like is the beach area where it is located because it's dirty, since the port is there. Unless you go to the Sheraton area, but I don't know if everyone can go.

• Ákos (6/5): Okay to use it as a basis if you want to discover Lombok - Close to the beach, nice sunset panorama from the higher rooms, kind personnel The facilities are very old. The rooms require urgent renovations incl the showers and bathrooms. The rooms do not have glass windows, only wooden panels on the sea-facing windows. This was a big minus. The breakfast could have more variety. On the other side the hotel was extremely cheap.

Primo giorno solo un filo di acqua dalla doccia

• Sandra (9/5): Hotel, a unos metros de la playa, con una piscina increíble, mucho encanto y personal atento. - Hotel muy bien ubicado con Senggigi, a tan sólo unos metros de la playa (podía ver el mar desde mi balcón privado 😍). Habitación con muebles tradicionales antiguos, aire acondicionado y baño muy amplio. Estuve allí durante 4 noches y pasaron a limpiar todos los días. Todo el personal es encantador y muy atento. La piscina es genial, muy amplia y rodeada de un precioso jardín. El desayuno buffet está incluido y está muy bien. Relación calidad/precio realmente increíble. El complejo es realmente impresionante, pero está quedándose un poco viejito. Algunas cosas necesitan ser reparadas (la silla de la habitación estaba suelta, la ducha podría ser mejor, las toallas - aunque limpísimas - se ven gastadas...
