Amazing food, just seconds away from the beach! Live music venue 7 nights a week just a few minutes walk from the bungalow but far enough away that it's very peaceful.

- Johannes (10/5): - We spent 13 wonderful days at Phu Quoc Kim Bungalows and had an absolutely amazing time — first together with friends and then as a couple. It was truly a perfect stay from beginning to end. The property is a beautiful, intimate beachfront resort with charming little bungalows and direct access to the sea. Waking up just steps from the beach felt like paradise. The bungalows are simple and equipped with everything you really need — clean, comfortable, and perfectly sufficient when you spend most of your time enjoying the beach and the ocean. The rooms were always clean and the bathroom was absolutely fine. The beach area is fantastic. Thanks to the palm trees, there is plenty of natural shade and a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. Sun loungers under the palms are included, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening. The small bar serves delicious food and drinks throughout the day — everything was very tasty. There is also a lovely little café directly across the street, and many other restaurants and bars are within walking distance, which makes the location ideal. A very special thank you to Kim for the warm and heartfelt welcome. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and always finds a solution if needed. Whether in French or English, she answers every question with patience and care. When our flight was moved to the late afternoon, she even arranged a late checkout for us — we really appreciated that. Scooters can be rented directly at the property (in good condition and at a fair daily rate), which makes exploring the island very easy. We felt at home from the first day and enjoyed every single moment of our stay. We would return anytime and can highly recommend Phu Quoc Kim Bungalows to anyone looking for a relaxed, friendly, and beautiful beachfront escape.

- Michael (7/5): - The staff were 10 out of 10. They went above and beyond to help my sick wife. . Loved them all. Rubbish either side of the resort, some small amounts within it. There is no attempt to remedy this to any degree. I've been to Asia many times, so it's not a surprise.

Kim was so friendly and helpful. Restuarant on site but also close to the cheeky traveler pub and the the Irish pub. Bed was harder than I like.

It’s more about experience than comfort. It was too hot in the room: A/C and vent made it slightly better. Still, sleeping there was quite an action for us due to hot and humid air and noisy insects. Breakfast is okayish.

- Damir (9/5): Wenn das verdreckte Meer nicht wäre, wäre es ein schöner Ort gewesen! - Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand. Kim war ausserordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ein ruhiges Resort, und doch sehr nah an diversen Restaurants und Läden. Die Bungalows sind eher klein. Das Schlimmste war aber das verdreckte Meer: überall hat es Abwassereinleitungen ins Meer, zum Teil stinkende Kloaken. Vietnam, und speziell Phu Quoc, hat ein grosses Kanalisationsproblem !

Majitelka pomůže s výběrem výletů , zajistí taxi na letiště i v noci. Pobyt byl příjemný, plný zážitků , ale bohužel rychle to uteklo.

Вышел в купальнике, поплавал и вернулся, работай себе в тишине на природе... Прекрасная хозяйка - красавица Ким, приветливая и понимающая! По дороге много кафе, где можно поесть вкуснее, чем на главной туристкой улице. Главное - тихо и спокойно, полный релакс. Все хорошо!

По-перше:вона ідеально спілкується англійською мовою, вона нам по нашому бажанню дала номер з кухнею, хоча я бронювала без, у неї на території дуже охайно, прибрано, біжають собачки та котики які дуже підіймають настрій. Бунгало розташовані прям на пляжі, все в пішоходному доступі, мазагини, ресторани, супер маркет King Kong, обмінники і взагалі все що треба. Ми з чоловіком були дуже щасливі залишитись у такої чудової господині яка завжди допомагала нам у всіх питаннях, якщо ми повернемося на острів то тільки до неї) Дякую тобі кім за твою гостеприїмність❤️

You’ll also appreciate the silence - no street / party noise at all. The quality of (sea) water. Not sure if that’s a temporary thing, however occasional canalisation smell felt a bit discouraging to have a longer swim.

Also, she spoke perfect English, therefore communication was easy. She even helped getting my suit delivered to another hotel after we left. To the bungalows: they are located directly at the beach, also the breakfast is seafront. Within walking distance there is everything you need - Beach bars, restaurants etc. The bungalows themselves are clean and practical. The mattresses were very hard. Besides that our stay was very nice 😊

- Alois (10/5): - Ubytování není co vytknout. KIM - majitelka, je vynikající jak manažerka, tak i člověk s velkou trpělivostí a kladným vztahem ke klientů. Poradí, zařídí a doporučí od výletů ,přes orientaci na ostrově až po taxi na letiště. Rádi bychom se tam alespoň jednou vrátili.

- Petra (10/5): Highly recommended place, we would stay there again 🙂 - It is a piece of paradise! Close to the beach and restaurant at the beach. The owner, Kim is lovely and solves every request. She can also help you arrange other stuff like trips at the island. We had a nice bungalow with AC. Beach was super nice. It was so conveniet to wake up, have breakfast at this place and then plunge into water. Some parts of bathroom require upgrade and the room is missing more storage for clothnig.

- Sophie (7/5): Great - Kim was great. Helped us get laundry done. Close proximity to the beach. Rooms was good. Mosquito nets above bed. Hot water. Clean.
- Pascaline (10/5): Top accomodatie aan het strand - Alles😁 en Kim wat een super vrouw! Ze spreek uitstekend Engels, Frans, vietnamees natuurlijk! maar de belangrijkste is dat ze alles doet om je verblijf zo top mogelijk te verlopen. De schoonmaak iedere dag met andere badlakens en strandlakens. Aan het strand met gratis ligbedden voor de klanten Bungalow met koelkast, airco = belangrijk als het warm is😉 Jij kan scooters huren Jij hebt heel veel eet gelegenheid in de omgeving. We gingen iedere ochtend ontbijten bij de tent die tegenover Kim Bungalow is gevestigd. Op loop afstand van de alle winkels waaronder een hele groot supermarkt. We hebben echt een top vakantie gehad. Bedankt Kim😘
- Tony (8/5): Lovely place with direct beach access - Great location, directly on the beach. Does exactly what it says on the tin! There are a few of these style ‘bungalows’ along the beach line in-between the larger hotels and this one offers you instant beach access with free sunbeds. The road down to Kim’s from the Main Street has lots of bars and restaurants and there is a big supermarket at the top where you can stock up. The rooms are adequate however a little improvement on some furnishings would make this place stand out from the rest

- Chris (10/5): Great option right on the beach - The apartments/ rooms are right on the beach. Check-in was easy and we were given towels and shown to the beach while we waited for our room. Kim the owner was very helpful The hotel has free sun loungers on the beach and a bar serving light food, coffee and beer The rooms are comfortable but basic. There are several restaurants within a 5min walk and the Main Street, with loads of shops / restaurants is a 7-10min walk Nothing

They also have a sweet and friendly cat The floor was very dirty, the kitchen sink was very dirty and had not been cleaned since at least the previous guest, windows are wood and do not close all the way and let insects in. It was so bad I paid for the first nights stay and we left to find another hotel last minute.

- Carasso (10/5): Très bon accueil - L’accueil de Kim et la gentillesse de tout le personnel font qu’on a l’impression d’être à la maison. Les bungalows sont vraiment très proches de la plage. C’est calme tout en étant au cœur de la ville. Kim parle français et donne plein de conseils Rien

- Danielle (10/5): - Everything! Amazing beach location. It was so peaceful. Beautiful, stunning bungalow type rooms. Kim was an excellent host. I even went and stayed up North for 3 nights in her second hotel. 5 stars. The ocean water wasn't as clean and clear as I would of liked. You do get a sewage smell in the air.

- Zhanar (10/5): - Выбрала бунгало на берегу. И не ошиблась: хозяйка Ким Ли, получила образование в Бордо, замужем за Французом, говорит на вьетнамском, французском и английском. Приветливая, спокойная, внимательная. Мы прилетели рано и до заселения прекрасно провели время на пляже. Кстати, для проживающих, шезлонги бесплатно. Территория небольшая, но очень много растений от декоративных до фруктовых. Сами бунгало очень опрятные и в нашем была отличная деревянная кровать , все работало: интернет, кондиционер, фен и холодильник . 4 типа завтрака на выбор. Всем желаю отдыхать на свой вкус ! Уметь наслаждаться возможностями!

- Christophe (10/5): Emplacement incroyable et formidable accueil de Kim - L’emplacement directement sur la plage est incroyable. En fait, les logements sont répartis sur une allée perpendiculaire à la mer, qui donne directement sur la plage et le petit restaurant de l’hôtel. Kim la propriétaire est absolument géniale ! Sympa, pleine d’humour, toujours disponible. Elle parle français et nous a bien conseillé et aidé sur des visites ou des achats. Les logements sont simples et propres. Bonne literie. Nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. Un très petit havre de paix au milieu d’une zone surexploitée par le tourisme de masse.
- Yves (7/5): Nous avons manqué de chance, la panne du réseau électrique ne pouvait être attribué à Kim - Magnifique ! Kim la propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Malgré le gros problème qu'elle a rencontré elle a cherché et trouvé une solution la meilleure qui soit Le gros problème était qu'il y avait une coupure d'électricité générale et que le générateur était en panne (rupture du cable sous-marin) !!! Résultat, pas de courant !! Kim nous a transféré, à ses frais, dans un autre établissement qui disposait d'un groupe électrogène qui était tout aussi paradisiaque mais moins bien situé ...

- Zbigniew (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Wprawdzie wyposażenie pokoju dość surowe, ale w zupełności wystarczające. Bardzo klimatyczny i spokojny ośrodek. Świetna lokalizacja przy plaży. Pokój z widokiem na morze (czyli na zachód słońca).
- Axelsson (10/5): Fantastiskt läge med toppservice av ägaren Kim - Välj detta boende om du prioriterar bästa läge på stranden, extremt hög servicenivå (Kim hjälper dig med allt du ber om) och prisvärd vistelse. Rummens standard är enkel, men det är rent och du har det du behöver (kylskåp, AC, byte av handdukar och sängkläder). Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit! Allt var bra!
- Olivier (8/5): La douceur de vivre - Un emplacement idéal au bord de la plage et près d’une multitude de petits restaurants. Kim réussit à créer une atmosphère faite de douceur, de tranquillité et de bien être.
- Felix (7/5): - Kim ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und spricht ausgezeichnet englisch. Der Strand ist sehr schön und man hat wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Das frühstück war lecker und die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr schön. Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen welches wir gebucht haben. Waren bereit etwas mehr Geld zu zahlen um ein Bungalow mit direktem strandzugang zu bekommen, doch bei unserer Ankunft sagte uns Kim, dass es bereits belegt ist. Die Dusche hat gar keinen Wasserdruck, es tropft praktisch nur raus. Bei diesem Preis erwarte ich mir zumindest eine funktionierende Dusche.
