- Khristine (5/5): Some pros and cons. Okay stay. - The staff were all friendly. The room itself was clean. Bed was huge and comfy. The entrance to the hotel itself and the main lobby was dirty and not very inviting. The hall going down into the rooms, before you get to the locked entrance door, smelled weird. When you go past the locked entrance door, it smelled better, except for the smell of weed on some occasions. During our first night and part of the next day, there was a huge laundry bin that was parked right in front of our door. This made coming into the room a little tight but not too bad. The worst part for me is the bathroom being super small. You could barely close the door when you come in. I don’t know if this is true of all the rooms or if it’s because we booked with a discounted rate, not sure, but the bathroom is definitely poorly designed. Not a great way to cut cost.

- Warren (7/5): I was a King but I was stuck in a sardine can - The swimming pool. Prices of the food was also reasonable King Suite wasn’t a suite. Our room was so small. The hallways were very loud during the night can hear footsteps in the room. Housekeeping didn’t sweep the floor in our room. It was so far from everything.

No security after 2 am. At 3 we were woken up by loud angry voices.from 201. We were in 206/ and 203 That lasted till 5 am. I reported a disturbance at 4:30am a phone rang between 4:30 and 5 am when the screaming crying stopped. Inalmost xalled 911. Indidnt feel safe

Loved the room and the hot water for my shower. There was nothing in the room that told about available services like hours of restaurant and how to get on the free wifi. Or how to work the tv. There should be something printed on a paper that covers this for those of us that are not tech savvy.

- Taylor (10/5): My family will definitely return to this establishment in the future. - The pool was the selling point, my kids are so tired after 3 days. Lots of amenities all in one location. When they closed the pool for maintenance it meant the gym was also inaccessible, disappointing.

- Justin (3/5): Price was right for one night but for kids and cleanlyness I would say a 2 out of 10 - Price was right for the reason we stayed Got to the hotel at around 8 pm and pool was closed. Thought pool was closed later than that. Had 2 sad kids that couldn’t swim. Drink machines were out of service and vending machine was half empty. Bed sheets had crumbs in them on Both beds and hair all over the one bed pillows. Room was very hot when we arrived so had to turn fan on to cool it off.

The only issue we had was some of the guest decided to over due it on the alcohol and started fighting in the hallway banging on the doors waking me and my kids up once at 4:00am and again at 7:00am the first night we stayed there. The second night was much better with no incedents.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient location - Inexpensive hotel in a location that worked for our weekend events. Hotel overall was “tired”, but we appreciated the good quality sheets, the refreshed bathroom, and the secure room doors. We had issues with the air conditioner on the first night (of 3 nights total), and it was promptly fixed the next day. Very good customer service!

No one made us feel welcome, not helpful. Parking and access to rooms is inconvenient. Only thing good about the stay was a nice young waitress in the restaurant.
- Chantel (4/5): A disappointment. - I had booked online and got 2 queens because it's cheaper then one bed... when we got there, the lady argued with me that I booked a room with one bed. I have the reservation on my phone and it clearly says 2 beds... Okay whatever, I'll suck it up but then as soon as I turned on the tv and one lamp the power went out. We had no power, took 45 minutes for someone to come flip the breaker. We couldn't use the tv, or lights or the power would instantly go off. I had to call down 5 times until we just decided to stay in the dark and do nothing. I had unplugged the Microwave because it was the only outlet working but the lamp didn't work and honestly after complaining nonstop since we got there I was done. My husband is half blind, so it wasn't an easy stay. The only saving grace was the AC still worked or I would have lost my mind, also got $100 off my bill. However I will say, it was the quietest hotel we have stayed at in a very long time.
