- Logan family's vlog (10/5): This is the best accommodation Iâve ever stayed at in Port Douglas. - We provide everything you need, completely free of charge â including clean swimming facilities, ice boxes, ice, balls, and all essential equipment, prepared and ready for use. It is exceptionally cleanâtruly spotless. The bathroom is immaculate, with not a single cobweb on the ceiling. There isnât a strand of hair on the floors, and not a speck of dust on the window frames. I have never seen an accommodation this clean and well maintained. Everything is thoughtfully prepared with the guest in mind. Clean cups, clean dishes, spotless kitchenware, a pristine bathroomâeverything is absolutely perfect.

It's perfectly located just a block away from downtown shops and restaurants, a 10-minute drive to the wharf, and the staff is amazingly helpful with recommending and booking activities. On top of all that, the room was well appointed with everything we needed, and the hotel supplies beach chairs, beach towels, pool/beach toys.

- Alison (9/5): Lovely friendly resort in a good location near to beach and central Port Douglas - Hotel offered to and arranged transfers from and to airport and also a couple of tours that I had wanted and which were excellent. Early flight meant that I arrived earlier than check in time but was allowed into room which was very comfortable and well equiped. Met at reception by lovely, helpful staff for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Really enjoyed staying there.

The true highlight, though, was the staff. They were so accommodating and went above and beyondâproviding thoughtful extras like weights for workouts, games, bicycles, tour guidance, and even transfers. They truly made our stay special. They especially helped us in a pinch when we were trying to get back to the airport, which we were so grateful for. Donât hesitate to ask them for anythingâthey are awesome! đ All Smiles!

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im ersten Stock, weitere Einzelzimmer (1-5) wĂŒrde ich von abraten, da sie an den ParkplĂ€tzen und dunkel erscheinen.

One of the friendliest places I've ever stayed at. Nothing was too much trouble đ My room was spacious, light and with a full-size fridge and generous bench space, while the bathroom had a great shower. Really appreciated the huge selection of TV viewing choices... including Netflix, free filtered water and ice, books, bikes etc Keep up the great work everyone. I'll be back!

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, zudem konnte man sich kostenfrei HandtĂŒcher, KĂŒhltruhen und alles was man fĂŒr einen Strandtag benötigt an der Rezeption ausleihen. Auch das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nichts, hat alles gepasst.

This was a wonderful motel, actually the most wonderful one we stayed at in our months long vacation in Australia thus far as it just felt like âcoming homeâ, it was simply relaxing, welcoming, comfortable, peaceful and made you feel like you were at home which was amazing. We had parking below the motel or on the street out front - both worked great. Our king room was very comfortable and had more than enough space with everything we needed and so much more to make one comfortable, plus the motel offers SO MUCH to their guests while staying here that it is astonishing⊠from beach towels, umbrellas for both beach & rain, pool and beach toys, carts, eskies, books, toys, games, IPads, laptops, the list goes on &on⊠they gave information on all activities surrounding Port Douglas AND it is just steps from 4Mile Beach and on the end of Macrossan Street, so close to restaurants and shopping. Just a perfect motel with wonderful hosts and if we ever have the opportunity to come back we will most definitely be staying right here! NOTHING!!!!!

- Hopfgartner (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft - Einfach alles! Ich denke, es gibt keine bessere Unterkunft in Port Douglas. Die Girls sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fĂŒhlt sich wie zuhause. Man kann so viele Sachen (TennisschlĂ€ger, Poolsachen, Eis, KĂŒhlboxen, BĂŒcher, FahrrĂ€der uvm.) gratis ausleihen. Wir haben sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten, weil sie meinten es könnte laut werden wegen diversen Umbauarbeiten. Sie geben einen Tipps fĂŒr die Gegend, haben immer ein LĂ€cheln parat und sorgen sich um einen. Es ist direkt am Strand gelegen und hat eine Garage. Man hat auch eine tolle Ausgangslage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge (wir haben Daintree, Mossman Gorge und Great Barrier Reef gemacht). Unbedingt buchen!

OG, was ausreichend war) mit Grill und einer kleinen, aber feinen und sehr gut ausgestatteten KĂŒche. Alle wichtigen Punkte im Ort, wie supermarkt, Restaurants und auch der Hafen fĂŒr Tauch- & Schnorchel AusflĂŒge zum Great Barrier Reef sind fusslaufig zu erreichen. Was die Unterkunft allerdings einzigartig aus unserer Sicht gemacht hat, waren die "Girls at by the Sea", die Ladies an der Rezeption! Jegliche Fragen, Beratungen fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, WĂŒnsche, Tips und Buchungen wurden von Ihnen angeboten und ĂŒbernommen. Dabeiu waren die Preise 1:1 zu den Anbietern udn selbst bei besseren online Preisen wurde die Buchungen getĂ€tigt. Dieser Service, die Freundlichkeit, der Humor macht den Unterschied! Zudem gibt es noch alles an kostenlosen Equipment fĂŒr den Ort (FahrrĂ€der) und den Strand (StĂŒhle, Sonnenschirme, HandtĂŒcher, Boogie Boards, usw.) was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Hier stimmt Preis/Leistung auf den Punkt. Einfach fantastisch! NICHTS!

After this time it is self check in...there are many steps at the property therefore nobody staff wise ,is available to help with luggage after 5pm. There are no lifts. Luckily another guest helped me to my roomwith my luggage. The laundry facility does not take credit cards..only cash.
