- Rebecka (2/5): - Definately not as described, pool green and filthy despite being middle of summer. Spa empty and not cared for, shared BBQ unhygienic. And the room, disgusting! Blinds mouldy, lounge delaminating, cushion mouldy, fridge greasy and uncleaned, furniture condition is disgraceful. No coffee cups. The villas are aging but thats ok and you can expect wear and tear but theres no excuse furniture and fittings being this bad. Positive it is close to beach and easy to find. Sheets and towels clean and fresh. The price (over $200 a night) is not worth it.
- Max (10/5): Perfect place for a good night's rest - Just off the main road, management has strict instruction for late-night noise so easy to get a good night's sleep, leather sofas and beds are more comfortable than most others. Very good communication with site manager, very clear instructions on how to go about contactless checkin. Spacious lounge and kitchen, carpark right outside of the villa, easy in and easy out. Will definitely stay here again.

- Linda (8/5): Family Friendly at a fantastic price - A 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and along the beach to the Jetty, about a kilometre, comfortable cabin that can sleep 4. Price was really good.Only problem was that there was no shampoo or hairdryer and we did not bring any as all other accommodation usually provide it. Will visit again and bring the kids along.

It is close to the beach, 3 minutes walk and has nice outdoor sitting area surrounded with lush green for your privacy. And Janette is an amazing host.

- Chantal (10/5): Lovely, bright, clean cabins - Janette and the team were lively and extremely friendly. The 2br cabins were very spacious and bright and quite comfortable. Its location is ideal being close to the Plaza, town, and various local tourist attractions. I would highly recommend The Dolphin Sands and in fact, plan on staying agwin next month.
- Verity (10/5): Coffs Harbour One Night Stop Over - Taking a slow trip up the coast from Sydney and stopped in Coffs for a night. Our host was fantastic - she gave us so much information re: where to eat, fuel, supermarkets, bottle shop, and even directed us to a great little "gothic" coffee shop in the town centre. It is about three minutes walk to the beach - whilst windy, it was humid so we had a brief stroll outside. Inside, there were ceiling fans and AC which took the edge off the humidity. It's about 6 mins drive to the nearest supermarket Check in was super easy and quick - all helped by how nice our host was. They only have about 7 units on site so quite a small site - the unit itself was quite big with a large sitting room, fully working kitchen, access to outdoor grill, access to small splash pool (which we didn't use) and a nice large bedroom. The bathroom was clean with a walk in shower, gels and shampoos provided, as were origami folded towels. The bed was firm but comfortable, as were the sofas. We were only there for one night so we didn't really unpack and settle, but it was a great little place to stop for the night.

Such friendliness and warmth from our host and it was 8.30 in the evening. Arrival in our villa was wonderful. Clean, spacious, quiet , everything you needed. Could not fault anything. Easy walk to beach, surf life club for a fabulous breakfast or the choice of other cafes within easy walking distance. Recommend highly.

As our vehicle is quite big, she upgraded us to a 2 bedroom unit at no additional cost, as there was more parking space. The unit was very clean and brightly decorated, and had everything we needed.

- Varun (10/5): Hidden Gem - Graham was brilliant as the manager. He kept in touch with us before we arrived via text. Reassured us as we werer running late to arrive at the property. Turned the lights on for us so that we felt like we had reached home upon our arrival. No problem too big for Graham. Room was clean, beds were firm and location was right next to a major shopping centre as well as places to eat.
- Craig (6/5): In need of a refresh - The location was fine, as there is a great cafe (Cafe Aqua) just around the corner, and easy access to the beach. However, the chalet/cabin itself needs some tidying up. It always amazes me that simple things like repairing and replacing door catches, bulbs, and the like are avoided to save a tiny amount of money when they are so frustrating for customers. The blinds barely worked, and due to the kitchen not having any full covering there was no way to have privacy in the main area, since the next cabin's deck looked straight into our cabin! A fresh coat of paint and a few simple repairs would work wonders... If you go to Coff's Harbour, check out Dolphin Marine Magic - it really is amazing - but perhaps look for a more modernized accommodation choice.

Was nice and quiet, very welcoming, clean and tidy and had a great stay would recommend to stay in these villas if your looking for something close to beach and shops and quiet. Was also nice to have a swim in the pool and relax in the spa at night.

Was disappointed with the detail of the Cabin, it looked clean but on closer inspection the light switches, doors and appliances were grubby and the blinds needed some TLC. Couldn't quite get the privacy, and there was no shampoo or conditioner. Just a little attention to detail would make this the best I have stayed. The owners were great, friendly and helpful, not there often and very busy. The location is very close to beach, clubs and shopping.
- Vanessa (8/5): Nice place to stay - Nice roomy cabin with small pool and spa shared by five or six other cabins. Privacy between cabins is good. Cabins are well equipped. Good position near beach, restaurants, playgrounds. Staff very helpful and obliging. Experience mostly positive. Manoeuvring space for cars is limited. Wi-Fi did not work and trying to connect brought me to a configuration page. Dripping shower head was annoying. Left-behind flip flop under the bed was useful as a door wedge. Staff said they could be called 24 hours a day for any problem but that nobody had called them in 15 years; kind of makes you not want to be the first to do it! Maybe intentionally? Overall, would consider returning outside of school holidays when prices are more reasonable.

I spoke with the gentleman owner (cant remember his name) and he was more than happy to let us. He was very welcoming. We only had to wait an hour for his wife to come down. She was lovely and also very welcoming. We were all very young and she didn't decriminate against us because of our age as alot of hotels and motels would. There spas was good along with the pool. Over all. It was a great place to stay with friends or family....Nice and quite

- Verified traveler (6/5): Looking a bit tired and wasn't the cleanest - The owner was friendly, accomodating and efficient and the units are in a pleasant, small complex. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is handy to Park Beach and the Park Beach Plaza. Great music and a good feed at the Hoey Moey just around the corner. With a fresh coat of paint, a bit more elbow grease and a freshen up of the bathroom fittings, we would recommend the place.
- Sherpa (10/5): Beautiful spacious villas - Stayed here for two nights just recently and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the villas and that was only the start. Very spacious inside and plenty of kitchen cupboards plus all the cooking utensils and crockery you'd need. The management here are very friendly and helpful, gave us maps and marked out various places that were worth visiting. We were so impressed with this that we'll definitely be returning.

Could do with some maintenance such as plastering near shower, filter for rangehood as the filter was quite greasy and had a smell. The cottages are two bedrooms, so we didn't have to listen to each other snore for once, and they're fully outfitted for cooking if you want to stay in and enjoy a relaxed night of tv or reading or free wifi. The woman who runs the place, Jeanette?, is possibly the nicest person in all of Australia and was really helpful in showing us what was nearby. We had the pool and spa all to ourselves in the evening and loved the whole feeling of the place. I would absolutely stay here again.
- Tim G. (4/5): Coffs trip - Not a bad location but the rooms were tired and a few issues with cleanliness. We were also attached to the Reception area so had a few people coming to us thinking we were the site managers...not good!
