El baño no tenía bidet, no tenía mampara, ni cuadrado de ducha. Era ducha al piso, llena de las barandas para un discapacitado que no pedimos. Luego tuve un incidente espantoso, hacía un rato que había llegado y me estaba higenizando en el baño e irrumpió alguien del hotel abriendo directamente la puerta del baño. Enseguida pidió disculpas diciendo que la habitación estaba bloqueada. Al decirles a los que estaban en recepción no me ofrecieron ningún tipo de resarcimiento, ni reparación. Tampoco al día siguiente.

- Nilce (9/5): Uma semana no Efe & Cowrok Hotel - Amei o hotel. Gostei da localização, pois tem muitos restaurantes nas proximidades. O hotel é bonito e confortável. Só não gostei do banho. Fiquei no quarto 913, o tempo estava frio e o chuveiro não esquentava. Falei com a moça da limpeza do apto. Ela disse que chamou o técnico, mas infelizmente o problema não foi resolvido. O banho ficou até mais frio.

- Marcello (8/5): Excelente opção - Localização porque está no micro centro de Buenos Aires a 2 quadras da Rua Florida o que facilita muito, pois com é uma região central consigo me locomover para qualquer lado da cidade, além do que eu precisar como centro comercial, cambio, farmacia, supermercado, dentro outras opções de comércio. Hotel bem atualizado quanto a decoração - ambiente agradável A única observação que faço é que deveria ter uma mesa de trabalho dentro do quarto, pois apesar de ter um espaço bem amplo do cowork, por vezes preciso trabalhar dentro do quarto onde fico mais a vontade. Nota não sei se em outra categoria de apartamento há essa estação de trabalho.

- Brenneke (8/5): Hospedagem prática: limpa, segura, bem localizada. - Avaliarei o café da manhã, a localização, o quarto e, por fim, uma perspectiva mais geral. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: O café da manhã é composto por 3 frutas da época cortadas (na minha estada, foram melão, melancia, laranja), umas frutas inteiras (maçã, pera e banana), 2 sucos (laranaja e pomelo), iogurtes, café de máquina (mas não espresso), leite, ovos mexidos e ovos cozidos, diversidade de pães (medialunas, pães de forma, etc), 2 geleias em vidro e geleias/doce de leite em embalagens plásticas pequenas. Com uma certa demora, eles entregam pão sem gluten e leite quente sem lactose, se você solicitar. Não há outros itens sem lactose ou gluten. LOCALIZAÇÃO: A localização é fantástica: perto do metrô, perto da estação do retiro (de onde se pode ir até a estação mitre - rio tigre de trem), perto da recoleta (em 10 minutos você está lá a pé), relativamente perto de palermo (fui caminhando do hotel até o museu de belas artes e demorei 35 minutos), perto do microcentro e do Puerto Madero (em 5 quadras você está lá). QUARTO: O hotel é simples (oposto de luxuoso), prático, limpo. O quarto é adequado para um casal, com um banheiro que me pareceu grande (se comparado ao ibis, por exemplo). A cama era deliciosa. Troca de roupa de cama e banho TODOS OS DIAS. A roupa de banho vinha quentinha (isso é um luxo!). O meu quarto tinha zero vista (ou vista para uma parede): o impacto na nossa estada foi ótimo porque era super silencioso. De outro lado, ficamos fora para conhecer a cidade e voltávamos à noite. Tem cofre. Chuveiro gostoso: água quente, velocidade da água perfeita. Ar condicionado adequado: sem barulho excessivo, sem vento. Tem microondas e pia, com pratos, talheres e copos. PERSPECTIVA GERAL: Realmente, é um excelente custo benefício. Espere praticidade, mas não espere ostentação. Não espere fofuras. Mas, se você for atendido/a como nós, não haverá nenhum problema com a hospedagem. Nada grave. Seriam luxos acima do nível de estrelas do hotel: eu adoraria por exemplo que tivesse iogurte sem lactose... (vê? é algo além do que se espera de um 3 estrelas), eu também gostaria de mais sugestões para comer na região próxima quando chegamos (a pessoa da recepção foi abrupta em sugerir a pizzaria Kentucky da esquina - uma franquia simples de pizzas e empanadas muito bem feitas, com zero glamour)... mas poderia ter sugerido Santos Manjares (https://www.instagram.com/santosmanjares/?hl=pt) que fica na mesma rua, por exemplo. Enfim, nada significativo ou que manche a boa reputação do hotel. Por fim, gostaria de dizer algo importante sobre esta plataforma, o booking: tudo o que lemos ANTES da viagem, e a nota oferecida pela plataforma, é compatível com o que observamos. Isso me dá mais vontade de usá-la, porque tenho confiança.

Es un hotel remodelado a nuevo y los toma corrientes son para accesorios usados únicamente en la Argentina. Deberían ser reemplazados por los que incluyen en las patas planas los orificios redondos de uso europeo.

Muy estrategico y con un costo muy razonable - El Hotel esta perfectamente ordenado para cubrir todas tus expectativas El frigobar innecesariamente muy caro. Un agua mineral chica no puede estar a $ 6.000 cuando sabemos que en el quiosco de la esquina esta a $ 1000. Podrian ser mas cautelosos en este tema ya que si bien no es trascendental , empaña un poco lo maravilloso del resto.

- Marcio (8/5): Uma Excelente Localização - O hotel e sua localização são muito bons. A equipe do hotel também é muito atenciosa. O quarto em que ficamos precisa de uma manutenção. Já ficamos 3 vezes neste hotel e, desta vez, o piso do quarto não estava muito bom. Algumas placas do piso estavam soltando. Um outro problema, que acho ser comum na Argentina, é que nesta época do ano (outono), o ar-condicionado não funciona. O hotel só disponibiliza calefação, mas não estava tão frio para ligar a calefação e o ar-condicionado fez falta, pois não era possível dormir com a janela aberta por conta do barulho na rua. Como o quarto dava para a Calle Paraguay era um pouco barulhento também. O secador de cabelo queimou e não foi consertado apesar da solicitação de minha mulher.
- Boris (9/5): Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon! - Schönes Hotel, gute Lage (zum Buquebus-Terminal, zur Innenstadt, zur U-Bahn), solides Frühstück und vor allem ein hochwertiges bequemes Bett! Ich hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon (9. Etage). Im Nachbargebäude wird werktags gebaut, aber weil ich über ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Feiertag dort war, habe ich die Arbeiten nur am ersten Tag wahrgenommen... Der linke der beiden Fahrstühle zur 9. Etage macht merkwürdige Geräusche, das war etwas unheimlich!

La vista desde la habitación, el desayuno (específicamente los huevos revueltos, y sus acompañamientos) y los ruidos molestos a diario de una construcción vecina (pegada al hotel) que, de las cinco noches que pasamos, tuvimos tres amaneceres (desde las 07h30) llenas de martillazos, mazazos y golpeteos de martillete.
