They are fast to response to our requests and also very helpful when we have queries on how to travel around the area. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the malls and street food and shopping in the night. Very nice place. Will come back again.

• Sarah (6/5): Nice reception - The hotel made an effort to accommodate my special requests during check in and fulfilled some of it. The staffs are all pleasant and tried to make my stay comfortable. I really dont have much bad things to say because it really depends on the value of money you are willing to spend on things. I also like the fact that the reception is like normal hotels where the main entrance is right beside the road instead of at another level etc which is pretty convenient during arrival. It also look like its own building and doesn't look dodgy at all.

• Cheah (6/5): New Season Hotel review - Hotel is not a 3.5 star but more like 2.5 to 3 star hotel. Furniture old and worn out. Shower curtain was dirty ( need to replace), heater faulty, TV channels have poor reception. However, the hotel was near shops, market, mall and eating places.

• Sow (8/5): Value for money... - Didn't expect much for the price I paid. Got what I needed, a clean room, near shopping, quiet room (only for the other room), my room (309) not so quiet due to the noise outside the room but still manage to sleep every time.
• Chong (8/5): Double bed not so comfortable - The double bed is not what I have expected as the bed was combined by two single. I expected a king size bed. It was not so comfortable. There is spaces in between the beds and the bed is not at same level, one is lower than another.

Hotel staff are friendly but communication in english need to improve. Strong bad smell at rooms corridor Strong recommend to have standing shower room for option and not standing inside the bathtub because it is very dangerous for old folk, baby and pregnant women.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointed in the room service staff - The short trip was fantastic to our whole family in the first place. The location is ideal and walking distance to the shopping area. However, what disappoint us was the check out. The room service said we had taken a chocolate inventory which we are SURE that we didn't. We put back the chocolate in the fridge just before we left the room to check out. Once we check out and the receptionist check, they charged us additional of 35 baht for the chocolate. It is not a huge amount to us. But what is important is the honesty of the staff. It is just a chocolate bar and we can afford 35 baht. This is what we disappointed in NEW SEASON HOTEL. Hope that they can review this.
