- Neil (7/5): Room ok but a few problems - Room was spacious enough and quite clean. Near to a hotel and a club and close enough to the Jetty. TV did not operate even after the management attempted to fix the reception. Bathroom was rather pokey and dated. Bed moved a lot when partner moved.

- rickw73 (8/5): Comfortable motel with a friendly welcome. - We stayed two nights at this motel and could not have had a warmer or more friendly and helpful welcome from Michaela and her partner, Steve. (They even had a paperback exchange!) Ideally located a short walk from Park Beach the place has a delightful small swimming pool with sun loungers and chairs. the room itself was quite small with only a small table for working and a couch - but it had everything you would need and was both comfortable and quiet. Coffs harbour itself is a short (4 minute) drive away where you can visit Muttonbird island (good views) and the other beaches - no better than Park beach.

The jetty area was a few minutes drive away and it was a good location for visiting Muttonbird island and the botanic gardens. Although our room was quite small it had a double bed, flat screen TV, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and cutlery and crockery together with wardrobe space, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a small couch., There was a small table on which to have breakfast. The bathroom with a shower and toilet and wash basin was also small but worked well. The pool area was absolutely delightful and was a good size with sun loungers, a barbeque area and a table and chairs if you wanted to use them. We liked this place and in particular we appreciated the warm helpful welcome from Michaela and Steve who managed the property. They provided complimentary milk, advice about the local area, and even some second-hand books for us to read! Nearby there were shops and places to eat although we never quite got our heads around the local geography!

- ShirleyO765 (6/5): Shocked when we saw what we had payed for, it was like a butlins chalet!!! - Very tired looking rooms, the net curtains had mould on them, the bathroom was so small myself and my husband couldn’t fit in there together, the shower very poor, and very small I had trouble fitting in it and I’m not fat. The room reminded me of prefabricated huts that were used during the war. The noise from people showering above was horrendous, there was a white light beneath the tv, was so bright, it flickered all night in the end we put a towel over it as we couldn’t sleep. We would not recommend. Very dark and dingey .

- OLIVE (9/5): Good location, bed was comfy. Had a great time no problem at all. - We were greeted and welcomed by a friendly lady at reception . I found her very helpful and kind. She gave us tips on NYE parking and we were able to settle in ok. The room was clean, sheets and room was in good state and had everything we needed. The location was well placed, with walking distance to the shops and easy access to the beach. For a one night stay, it was good. Can hear all the noise from other rooms however this didn’t bother us at all as we weren’t in our room all day.

- Zita (10/5): If you’re after a super modern and fancy bells and whistles stay then this isn’t the place for you but if you’re looking - So pleasantly surprised by how comfy and cozy this place is! Super close to the beach (walking distance) and close to Park Beach plaza etc for anything you need! It was exceptionally clean especially considering they were fully booked and would’ve had limited time to turn rooms around with back to back check-ins. Honestly couldn’t fault the place! Nothing honestly it was great!
