robertkeusen99 (10/5): We will definitely be back! - We thoroughly enjoyed our two-day stay at the traditional 3-star Hotel Crusch Alba in Zernez. The authentic Engadin atmosphere and excellent cuisine in particular make this hotel a real gem. The breakfast buffet deserves special praise: from sparkling wine and fresh fruit to egg dishes and waffles made to order, it leaves nothing to be desired. The Swiss stone pine rooms, designed with great attention to detail, exude a cosy country house style. Thanks to its central location, the National Park is easy to reach. The railway station in Zernez is only a few steps away from the hotel. The prices are absolutely fair considering the high quality. BarbaraMaio (10/5): A Fantastic hotel - Lovely warm atmosphere but at the same time so elegant. The rooms are beautiful, superclean, with big and confortable beds and with even a coffee machine. Bathroom is beautiful and shower perfect. The wooden heart to put outside the door is such a lovely touch. Breakfast is fanatstic with an amazing buffet. We were welcome by a free and delicious afternoon snack. We could park the car for free and our dog was welcome in the hotel. Personnel was kind and attent. The hotel is superclose to the station but we absolutely did not hear any train. It is only 25 min from St Moritz.Our stay was fanatstic and I will definitively come back in this little jewel!

Verified traveler (10/5): Good option in Zernez - Nice hotel in Zernez. Also had dinner at the hotel which was quite good. Breakfast also had some simple made to order items which was a nice extra. Hotel staff very friendly. Only downside was the bed was not fully comfortable for me but that may just be individual preference.

danielvS1746RK (10/5): Look no further: this is the place to stay in Zernez! - Excellent Hotel! The rooms are newly renovated, very stylish and the beds are super comfy. I recommend you have dinner downstairs in the restaurant, the food is fabulous and the service impeccable. Adrian (the owner) is a delightful host; try and grab a drink with him after dinner at the hotel bar and I’m sure he’ll have some fun stories to share with you. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone and we’ll for sure return again!
pederholkn (10/5): Fantastic service - Small hotel with good facilities and a super service. The hotel restaurant serves excellent local food. The breakfast service was beond the ordinary with homemade cold food and an excellent warm menu included. Parking was easy—just outside the main entrance. Best of all is the location in Zernez which gives easy access to hikes in the National Park.
Annemarie (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Zimmer renoviert, sehr schön, mit Holz, rustikal aber auf moderne Art. Dusche auch toll, Steinplättli… wirklich stylisch. Frühstück war sensationell, Corona bedingt, war sehr vieles in Glädli und Flaschen - grosser Aufwand für Personal aber war wirklich top. Nachtessen auch sehr fein. Gar nichts nachteiliges zu sagen!
GenericUsername100 (2/5): Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. - I never had the experience of leaving a hotel review before checking in, but I just entered this hotel at 2:45 and the reception was empty. So I heard voices in the hotel bar an went to ask if anyone worked there. I thought they were customers. Nope. They were all staff. About six of the staff were hanging out in the bar “inventorying” the liquor. Sitting at a table laughing and talking was what they were actually doing. When I asked if someone could check me in, they said nope. They weren’t very reassuring that they would attend to me at 3 either. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve encountered in the decades I’ve been traveling. I’m still in utter disbelief.

Richard (10/5): Hervorragendes Hotel im Oberengadin - Hervorragendes Hotel in Zernez. Ich habes mit meiner Frau gebucht als Ausgangspunkt meiner MTB Tour über den Berninapass nach Tirano. Meine Frau ist mir mit der Rhätischen Bahn vorausgefahren, die unweit vom Hotel hält. Die Rezeption ist nicht ganztägig besetzt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Ausgezeichnete Zimmer, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Herrliches Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche. Frühstücksbuffet Auswahl gut und schmackhaft. Das hauseigene Restaurant serviert ganz leckere Speisen. Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht da waren, der Nationalpark in der Umgebung und die Verbindung zum Ofenpass sind fürs Wandern und fürs Mountainbiken ideal.
Verified traveler (10/5): Bijoux Hotel am Eingang zum National Park - Hübsches Bijoux Hotelzimmer (neu renoviert) im Alpen Chic mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man wird gastfreundlich und humorvoll begrüsst. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Man merkt, dass alle ihren Job gern machen. Das Frühstück ist ist sehr lecker und umfangreich mit vielen Säften, Brote, Eierspeisen,Früchten, Käsesorten etc. Der Viergänger (Salat mit Vorspeisen vom Buffet, Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Dessert oder Käsetelker) am Abend ist sehr lecker und preiswert für Hotelgäste (CHF 39.--). Auch hier ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Hotel eigene Bar lädt zum Apéro oder Bettmümpfeli/Absacker ein. Am Nachmittag wird den Hotelgästen eine sehr leckere und umgangreiche 'Jause' offeriert. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den National park.

William (8/5): Cosy Unit with Great Buffet Breakfast - Beautiful wood and stone accented room, bed was very good and slept well. Good buffet breakfast with breads, meats,eggs, fruits and more.Only thing we didn't like was the bathroom. It is surrounded by glass with very little privacy from others in the room but the shower itself was very good. Nice view of the surrounding hills and mountain from the room which had a balcony.

Stefan (8/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Engadin - Gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Zernez. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett. Gutes Essen. Im Gegensatz zu unserem letzten Aufenthalt waren wir mit dem Zimmer nicht zufrieden. Unterhalb der Fenster waren die Kontainer wo das Küchenpersonal bis nach 11 Uhr nachts Abfall entsorgt hat und dies ohne zu versuchen etwas leise zu sein. Es war unmöglich einzuschlafen bevor die mit ihrer Arbeit fertig waren.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr romantisch ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist das Highlight mit der grossen Glasfront und der Kombination von Holz und Stein als Materialien.

Ein schön renoviertes Hotel, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail und mit Holz perfekt umgebaut wurde. Wir haben im Restaurant nebenan, das zum Hotel gehört super gegessen. Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl, ein Hotel das seinen Preis Wert ist.
Verified traveler (10/5): - Hat uns sehr gut gefallen in dem wunderschön renovierten Hotel. Obwohl das Hotel an der Strasse liegt war es sehr ruhig.
Sibylle (6/5): Alte furchtbare Zimmer / sehr gutes Essen - Mein gebuchtes Einzelzimmer war leider doppelt vergeben, weshalb ich ein Doppelzimmer bekam. Das Zimmer war in einem separaten Gebäude und sehr sehr alt! Noch mit Teppich und einem uralten Badezimmer. Ich entschloss mich zu reklamieren, das ich hier ein Einzelzimmer mit schönem Holzboden und modernem Bad reserviert hatte. Daraufhin bekam ich ein DZ mit Holzboden, jedoch auch mit uraltem Bad. Die Fliessen hatten Risse, das Warmwasser kam nur spärlich und die Brause war wohl schon sehr lange nicht mehr entkalkt worden. Darin haben wohl auch kaum zwei Personen Platz. Es sind also nicht alle Zimmer renoviert und so schön wie beschrieben! Wenigstens war das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen beinahe unübertrefflich!
FOX (6/5): Hard beds, wrong room - We arrived and the lady did not speak englisg so she got the waitress that then helped us put us on the top floor (no lift). I discovered after quering the room that they as the waitress is not normally doing check in's she put us in a basic room even though we had booked a deluxe double. We got moved to the 1st floor and to a junior suite so that was all good. The beds I found very hard and so I didn;t have a graet sleep and the train at 6am near the hotel made sure I didn't need a wake up call :) Breakfast was was very good.
