- Mark (10/5): We had a lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat. - The location was wonderful! A great view of the mountains and village from the balcony (see photo). The room was spacious, clean, and warm, and very quiet despite the hotel's location direct opposite the local train station. Breakfast was very good, too, and the staff extremely friendly and efficient. The mattresses would benefit from replacing - or maybe they were just too soft for our liking? Also, the shower took a long time to heat up during the week, which improved at the weekend when (presumably) there were more guests using the hot water. Neither of these issues was severe.

Pequeno almoço com diversas e boas variedades. Localização maravilhosa, perto da estação de comboios. Em frente tem um restaurante e também uma paragem de autocarro. Perto de várias lojas de aluguer de material. Que o hotel esteja a cerca de 1km do inicio das pistas/telecabine de ski de diablerets.

- Antony (10/5): - Excellent size room, very comfortable bed, continental breakfast, ski-room for all ski equipment easily accessible, pretty much everything you could want for skiing in Les Diablerets. For anyone going to Glacier 3000, the post bus stops just opposite, so you can walk out of the hotel to the stop and you're off. The hotel is not far from the train station and has (some) parking for guests (I arrived by train). I was satisfied with everything. If you're expecting a 5* experience then you'll need to pay a lot for something with "palace" in the name in Gstaad. If you want a reasonably priced, very comfortable and clean base near Les Diablerets this is perfect.

- Patricia (7/5): Agréable pour un court séjour. - Hôtel bien situé à l'entrée du village, proche de la gare et des commerces, pratique pour un séjour sans voiture. La chambre donnait sur l'arrière plutôt calme. La machine à café avec capsules fournies était très appréciable. Confort assez basique. Cabine de douche petite, chambre pas très bien insonorisée par rapport au bruit des autres chambres, petit-déjeuner à base de produits industriels.

Par contre, comme il a énormément neigé, il y avait peu de circulation, si bien que nous n'avons pas été dérangées par le bruit de la route, notre chambre étant à l'intersection de deux routes. Dans un autre contexte, cette chambre est peut-être plus bruyante. Il y avait une cafetière dans la chambre, j'aurais préféré une bouilloire pour me faire un thé. Séjour en hiver où il a neigé pratiquement tout le temps. (je crois que je me répète :) )

Un petit déj sevi trop tard (des 8h alors que les remontées ouvrent à 8h30 et on se fait engueule quand on arrive ! )douche sans eau chaude et wifi qui ne fonctionne pas ! Bref non ! Accueil vraiment pas cool et odeur générale du Rez de l’hôtel nauséabonde !

- Delphine (7/5): Hôtel pratique et bien situé aux Diablerets - Hôtel bien situé et facile d'accès. Chambre très spacieuse, confortable. Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique. Petit déjeuner buffet simple mais complet. La propreté n'était pas impeccable, et dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est très impersonnel. Pour cette gamme de prix, on attendrait un peu mieux.

Hôtel sympa. - Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas assez varié et copieux. - Le propriétaire avait l’air assez fâché lorsque son employée lui a gentiment demandé si on pouvait avoir deux chambres côté-à-côté. Elle revenue toute gênée nous dire que ce n’était pas possible. Ce qui n’était pas un souci.

- Hon U (7/5): A good place to stay for visiting glacier 3000. - First, it’s about 5 minutes’ walk from the train station (with a sign pointing the way at the station’s exit). Decent room size, cozy and compact (with a balcony). Friendly and helpful staff. Heating (about -3 at night) was virtually nonexistent.Breakfast should be better provided, with a wider and better variety.

Les chambres sont belles et spacieuse avec un balcon pour une jolie vue sur nos montagnes. Le petit déjeuné pourrait être un poils + complet. La pression de la douche...
