- Erin (6/5): - The staff was very helpful! We had plans to have dinner in a nearby town and they helped us figure out how to get there on public transportation. The room was pretty small - we only stayed for one night so it was ok but it would have been tough for longer.
- Evelyn (6/5): Ok for 1 night stay - Location was good. There was a safe in the room. The bathroom was clearly renovated and good. The room was not very good, not airy enough. The bed was saggy and the pillows were thin. Wifi did not work because it was too weak. No tea/water provided in the room.

C’était une chambre simple. Pas un mot d’accueil dans la chambre et lit rudimentaire. Pour le prix on ne devrait pas avoir à demander une bouilloire etc… cela devrait être à disposition directement dans la chambre. Je me permets ces commentaires car je les ai exprimés de vive voix à mon départ.

- JOAN (9/5): - 離湖邊很近，車站也很近。 下雨天搭飯店提供的免費公車乘車碼，去了最美小鎮Morcote，值回票價。 因為下雨未能如計畫搭纜車上山，美中不足。 沒能住到靠湖的房間 飯店就在大馬路邊，方便，但缺點就是太多車聲，很吵。

La chambre était pratique, j'ai fort apprécié l'attention pour le lit avec la petite barrière pour ma fille de 3 ans. Nous étions toujours très bien accueillis que cela soit à la réception ou au petit déjeuner. Le personne agréable et serviable que cela soit à l'accueil mais aussi au petit déjeuner.

La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour reposant. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et de bonne qualité, avec un bon choix pour bien commencer la journée. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour Lugano. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour pratique et agréable, que ce soit pour le travail ou les vacances.

Das Frühstück ist ausreichend...man fühlt sich gut und safe aufgehoben. DIe Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen. Man könnte vielleicht über die Anschaffung einer Kaffeemaschine nachdenken und auch frische Frühstückseier anbieten.

Il bus è gratis con ticket hotel. Se si è fortunati a trovarlo libero (ho contato 5 posti auto), c'è anche possibilità di parcheggio riservato ai clienti dell'hotel gratis. .
