• Andreas (8/5): - The hotel was very close to the lift and the staff was friendly and helpful. The parking in front of the hotel is basically not usable as multiple cars are stacked and so one has to wait for everyone in front to leave before getting access to the road.
• Emmanouil (3/5): We hope it will get better with the new manager - The most important thing was that the owner and the new manager were ready to help us at all times. Specifically, the owner helped us and provided us with extra requested stuff such as a blanket, towels and an extra heater. A huge plus was the shared jacuzzi And lastly, the new manager who had just arrived, one day prior to our departure, was eager to talk to us, listened to the problems we faced and showed intent to fix as much as she could. •The room was on the ground floor and the entrance had zero heating thus creating a cold environment when you wanted to visit the jacuzzi downstairs •The room had an entrance where the bathroom was and through another door, the main room began. The problem with the bathroom was that there was nothing separating the toilet from the sink and shower. The floor was even and the drain was a bit far from the shower which didn't help the floor to dry. We had to ask for a mop in order to be able to step inside. Furthermore, there was zero heating system in this space. Add this to the cold corridor right outside. It was really cold at all times and again we had to ask for an extra heater to use while we were there •Almost zero soundproofing in the building. We had a couple with a dog next to us and it sounded almost like they were inside our room. We have no problem with hotels that are hosting dogs but the facilities must be updated for that •Huge windows with thick curtains but they weren't suitable for stopping the sun •The cleanliness was superficial. Yes the bedsheets were clean and the toilet, but we found the kitchen trash from previous owners inside and some stains under the pillows that couldn't be removed •Two body towels only, not one for hands, again we had to ask for extra •The bathroom rubbish bin was only one and open on the top with nothing to close it •There were several small damages around the room for example a broken wood in the corner of the wall that was not glued back, just hanging there •There weren't extra blankets or pillows in the wardrobe, you had to ask if you wanted more. •The extra blanket that we asked for had some hair on it, not from us •The room was not pre heated and it was extremely cold when we first stepped inside

• AIKATERINI (8/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο για τέσσερα άτομα και οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και φιλικός. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του Μπάνσκο. Όλα κοντά με τα πόδια. Το πρωινό δεν σερβίρεται στο κατάλυμα αλλά σε μια τύπου ταβέρνα 300 μέτρα περίπου μακριά. Δεν είχε ποικιλία ουτε μπουφέ. Αν χρειαζοσουν κάτι άλλο έπρεπε να το συνεννοηθείς με τον οικοδεσπότη για να το έχουν εκεί την άλλη μέρα. Κι αυτό δεν ήταν καθόλου εξυπηρετικό αν έχεις παιδιά .

Free parking place nearby location. Location is good, at about 4-500m to ski gondola. Some improvement with the breakfast - it would be nice to have an English written menu and possibility to choose.

При заказе было заявлено 48 кв.м., а на самом деле оказалось намного меньше, мало места, ни одного крючка, чтобы что-то повесить, никаких полочек в ванной, не достаточно было столовых приборов и чашек, не было прихожей, негде было просушить одежду, фена тоже не было. За пять дней никто не приходил и не убирался, пришлось покупать даже мусорные пакеты. Джакузи необходимо помыть и сменить воду.

• Gorandum (6/5): Weekend stay - Sauna was ok. Location is great. Host is pleasent. We where 4 and in the room we had two knifes one glass and few plates. Breakfast was included and on pics there is a buffee and when we arived he send us to some restorant with no choice or menu. Breakfast was not good and we had no choise for drink, fruit or anything else.

• Анастасија (9/5): Generalno je bilo jako lepo, ako dolazimo u Bansko verovatno bismo dolazili u isti smestaj. - Smestaj je bio moderan, jako topao, saradnja sa vlasnikom perfektna. Uzivali smo u sauni i djakuziju u vecernjim casovima nakon skijanja. Dorucak je bio u obliznjem restoranu, koji je na 3 min pesaka od hotela. Hrana je bila ukusna i raznovrsna. Tu smo i rucali nakon skijanja. Cene su bile povoljne. Dorucak je pocinjao od 8h zvanicno, ali nam se nekoliko puta desilo da cekamo da otvore prvo (tek oko 8:10) pa tek onda spreme dorucak.

Location is great, 5 min walk to center street and to the gandola(funicular to the mountain) In February in the room been very warm even with open windows. Rooms been clean and nice! • Ben (10/5): Fino - Vlasnik objekta je jako ljubazan,za sve sto treba brzo odgovra i nadje resenje izlazi gostima u susret.Apartman je prostran,sve sto vam treba kad se vrtite skijanja imate.Lokacija mirna,mozete lepo da se naspvate.U blizini marketa,reatorana,ima parking. Kuhinja postoji ali nije u funkciji,eventuelno mozete samo kafu da skuvate i to je sve.

• RUD (10/5): - Totul a fost conform așteptărilor, cu poziționarea ideală lângă teleschi. Beneficiem de acces imediat la un supermarket. Camera oferă o atmosferă plăcută, foarte cald in camera. Intimitatea este pe deplin respectată. Am fost dezamăgit de absența unei recepționere la fața locului... și de faptul că hotelul nu oferă serviciul de mic dejun în locația sa. Dar noi ne am descurcat foarte bine în camera. Au de toate.

• Boris (10/5): I had a great time and was impressed by the kindness of the owner. - One of the few properties that actually look better than on the photos. Small details were taken care of. The materials that were used were of a great quality. Great Wi-Fi signal and sports channels included in the TV package. And last but not least, the owner was really king and responsive. He was always there when needed. Admirations! I do not have any major complaints

Hot water ran out quickly, just one towel per person, no dish soap, no trash can or garbage bags I didn't like the bathroom! They have only 2-3 spaces for parking (you can park in the street so it is not guaranteed if you will find one or not)

There was some trouble with our check in but it got solved quickly. I think it would have gone smoother if we had contacted the residence before our arrival there.

• Karina (10/5): We had a really nice stay and we would totally come back to this hotel. - This hotel was exactly what we needed. Very good price, very good location and Milko was great. he answered all our questions and he helped us with everything we needed. The rooms are so big, nice and clean. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. But that was not the problem. The problem was that the hotel has some kind of arrangement with a “restaurant” nearby that provides you the breakfast. But that was awful. It was a box with a boiled egg, bread, some cheap salami and some vegetables. It looked horrible and was smelling cigarettes.
