Guest Reviews
- Charlotte (7/5): -
- Ubong (9/5): - The room was clean and comfy, the staff was exceptional Nothing
- Rachel (9/5): Excellent- friendly & personable - Local to airport- beautiful surroundings
- Enam (7/5): Good for short stays - It wa cheap for the night I needed to stay, staff was nice Its not the best place to stay long trip I'll be honest but for the night it was good, it's more of a motel than a hotel, the bed wasn't the bed but as mentioned for the night it was satisfactory. The room was clean the staff was nice. Internet was slow due to being out quite far. There wasn't any shampoo and conditioner in that bathroom nor any toothpaste so expect to bring your own
- Adrian (7/5): It’s a lovely countryside style building from the outside and they should lean into this. Small updates in the room to m - Great location, nice to be out in the country yet minutes from the airport, supermarkets and Crawley. Staff were welcoming and polite upon check in and available if I had any questions. Whilst I understand it isn’t a 5 star hotel it does require some basic updates in the rooms. The room I had was very basic and outdated with outdated furniture and if being picky, none of it really matched. The carpets were also quite stained and either need cleaning or replaced. The bed was comfortable but unfortunately squeaky every time you moved in the night. Also the pillows need to have pillow protectors to keep it hygienic.
- Jeff (10/5): -
- Whitcomb (5/5): - The location The rooms was a little out dated and the quilt need to be thicker bathroom had a funny smell
- Gillian (8/5): -
- sapphire (9/5): Great value for money - Beautiful place. Friendly and helpful staff. When we came back from being out room had distinct smell sewage. Hot water took forever to come through .
- Gregg (10/5): Always good to stay here, helpful staff, comfy bed clean bathroom - Clean tidy & quiet
- Jessie (9/5): nice hotel, lovely staff - really nice location, friendly staff, great value for money.
- Anita (9/5): -
- Egidijus (5/5): - Good lactation Not clean enough, and taking 50£ deposit for what?
- Katyanne (10/5): Quick, comfortable stay - Nice close distance to Gatwick.
Booked 5 mins before no hassle got shown straight to the room.
Big clean spacious room. Nothing
- Nina (7/5): Pleasant place to stay for a night. - It was reasonably close to Gatwick airport as our flight went early in the morning and we drove 5 hours to get there. Staff ordered us a taxi to and from the airport and it was reasonably priced. Very quiet despite being close to the road and airport but lovely location with plenty of parking so we could leave our car for a week for fifty pounds and it was not damaged. Have used them in the past and would do again. Nowhere to eat and drink but that’s fine as we only needed a bed to sleep in. Not sure if the decor has been updated as we visited 15 -20 years ago and still looks the same inside if you are a fussy customer.
- Jakki (2/5): - Room was musty damp smelling & needed completly updating. Stains & marks on walls & it didn't appear to have been cleaned or cleaned properly.
Bed was so uncomfortable we hardly slept & furniture was old & past it's use.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
- Robert (8/5): Little Foxes - Location, value for money, comfortable and quiet, staff very friendly and very helpful.

- Anthony (10/5): Brilliant ! - Very clean and comfy night prior to a morning flight. I will stay here every time I fly from Gatwick. Nothing at all.
- Martin (9/5): - Ideal stopover before an early morning flight. Very friendly staff. A very comfortable night.
Nothing fancy, but very economical, it does what it says on the tin. I would highly recommend.
- Yovbak (10/5): -
- Debra (5/5): Value for money and just what we needed - Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was a bit cold but heating turned on when requested. Easy parking. Tv didn’t work and no hairdryer
- Charlotte (9/5): Excellent value for money, comfortable stay, friendly staff - Lovely little hotel. Excellent value for money. Basic but clean. We only stayed one night and left early morning but would be great for a pre airport stop over. The water seemed to be on a combi boiler so the shower was either really hot or freezing cold.
- Amanda (7/5): - Price location Shower couldn't get temperature to regulate.
No food on site that we could see or was offered , so had to go out to get tea Friday night and breakfast Saturday morning

- Jessica (9/5): Like it will stay again! Very peaceful and quiet! Slept like a baby! - Personally, I find this place really peaceful. Not sure what everyone is expecting, yes it’s not your traditional 5 star place it’s 3 stars, and working progress. It’s comfortable, quiet to help you sleep, nice cosy rooms. Easy and quick to get to the airport or local area 10 mins within drive from anything. Owners and reception team are lovely gentlemen! Couldn’t ask for more! Ideally be nice with food on location but again local to get it and delivery options. Again you can always bring something there. Would recommend and will stay again! Very peaceful sleep like a baby here!!! Thank you always for being so welcoming! Would like food facilities but very local to everywhere else so can find short drive…
- Katie (8/5): Very comfortable and clean stay. - Hotel was very clean and staff very welcoming. You pay for the room then have to pay a £50
Refundable deposit when you arrive, they should advise you of this when booking.
- Lady Elayne (5/5): Dated - Well what an unusual little place. I felt like I had stepped back in time. It was ok for what we needed. If you don't mind hearing the planes going over it's fine. I have to say it was warm and cosy Very dated no facilities very basic and old.

- Rachel (8/5): - Convenient for Gatwick....had all we needed Nothing
- sajawal (10/5): Fabulous - Beautiful location, Mr Basit(the receptionist) who manages the hotel is absolutely a gem for the hotel. Very kind and helpful. It's been wonderful few days at this place. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely stay whenever I'll be in the area next time. None.

- Costiana-mihaela (10/5): -
- Heather (5/5): Ho-hum - Location
Staff were excellent - that was the only saving grace Restaurant on site closed for renovations
TERRIBLE multiple deep potholes on access to hotel road
Very basic room with awful duvet - cheap and nasty
No soundproofing. Other guest complained my TV was too lound - I couldn't hear it outside of my room, so don't know why there were complaints
- Andrew (10/5): Work stay - I was staying here whilst working in the area. The hotel served all my requirements. It was clean, the staff were very pleasant
- Robert (8/5): - Closeness to the airport No restaurant on site
- CESAREO (6/5): - Sin mas Viejo
- Sumit (4/5): -
- Daniel (6/5): -
- simon (8/5): Good value - well placed - Comfortable, Clean and well placed. Good value for money with Wifi. and parking. Staff were friendly There does not appear to be be catering onsite now. Although there are plenty of options within a few minutes drive.
- Antonio (7/5): -
- Paul (8/5): -
- Joseph (8/5): Ideal for 1 night stay - Close to airport and parking available
- Maguire (5/5): Very basic - It was very basic No help to get luggage upstairs
- Tariro Patience (8/5): -
- Liz (4/5): Disappointing as it did not have any facilities and no food available. - Close to the airport Nowhere to get anything to eat. Run down a bit tired.
- Anthony (8/5): -
- Debbie (8/5): -
- Bertrand (5/5): Average - Location Restriction on accessibility
- Avril (8/5): Excellent value for money. - Near to airport and the convenience of long term parking was brilliant. Food great , staff friendly and helpful , we had some rest and freshen up before our flight this was lovely as well. Not very new place, the cafe was not opened conveniently.
- richard (9/5): Great simple stay and park - Simple great format Nothing
- Alison (1/5): Grim place! - Arrived at 2am- window wide open so really cold! When closed room had an unpleasant stuffy smell. Thin, not warm quilt so cold all night. Not even a glass or beaker to have a glass of water!
- Melvin (9/5): Stay was good ? I would stay again - Good access , parking , Had to wait 10 minutes before somebody came to book me in
Hot water takes a very long time to come through , wasting a lot of water waiting for it to get hot
- Sarah (4/5): If you are looking for a few hours stay before a flight to Gatwick and don’t worry about luxury - How close to airport and price Arrived later in evening and we read kitchen open so asked about food told to be quick, was a large party of people in eating and took far to long to make a portion peri peri chips and 3 loaded fries which were missing components of the description on the menu! Beds were not the best! Was noisy when people were leaving
- Vanessa (7/5): Nice - The location was great, can’t be closer to the airport and in a quite environment as you can’t hear the planes. And close enough to nice restaurants.
- TrishAzevedo (9/5): Beautiful & the host was amazing. - The host who welcomed us in the evening of 15th was absolutely accommodating. Even said he switched on the heaters for us and put us in 2 rooms across from each other. I didnt take his name but he deserves acknowledgement. The carpets were dirty and really need a clean. I also couldn't take a proper shower as the water wasn't working properly, it kept cutting in and out.
- Kerry (8/5): Great stay for parking for Gatwick - Staff were really helpful
Really good location for Gatwick airport with good price parking
Very good value Beds were basic
Limited facilities
- Christine (8/5): Great stay for a bargain price from Booking.com - The location was lovely. Out in the countryside but not too far from Gatwick Airport. Beds were comfy, well we all slept alright. Staff very friendly. Not wheelchair friendly. They could do with a vending machine.
- Tariro Patience (7/5): Happy customer - I liked the staff there are so friendly and nice to customers The bathroom was not that clean
- Jemma (8/5): Friendly welcome, clean room and easy journey to purple parking (3 mins) - Easy parking & great location for Gatwick airport Bed was a little hard for my personal preference
- Gary (1/5): Avoid if you value customer service. The worst hotel for customer service - including the owner. - Nothing Staff were rude, obnoxious, arrogant, self-serving, egotistical and argumentative.
- Andrew (8/5): Great place, just what I needed at a good price. Shame about the shower - Car park, location friendly staff comfy bed and clean The shower didn’t work properly, kept coming out scolding hot then freezing cold.
- Rudo Victoria (9/5): -

- matt (8/5): close to Gatwick airport, value for money. - Friendly staff, clean rooms and good value for money. If I was being picky, the pot holes could do with being filled in on way up to hotel.

- Sally (9/5): -
- Patricia (7/5): It was ideal for my brief stay. - Albeit some outside noise not too bad. Room comfortable and clean. Nothing major. Probably just a bit far off main road when arriving at night. Pot holes etc.
- Brian (10/5): Welcoming and helpful staff - Everything Nothing
- Brian (10/5): Great value - Quiet and peaceful Nothing everything was excellent
- Julia (7/5): Good for an overnight stay after or before a flight - Great customer service. It was great to park at the property for free. Fairly close to Gatwick airport. Bedding smelled strange, so it affected m sleep. But the bed itself was comfortable. Although the bathroom was new, the toilet flush was impossible to use 🤷♀️
Water in the cafe was £1.49 for 0,5 l. That’s just silly.
- Craig Rayson (10/5): Great experience, would reccomend. - My stay here at Little Foxes has been amazing and far exceeded my expecations. It is in such a beautiful area, I greatly enjoy the morning dawn and view. The accomodation was comfortable, and the staff always assisted with any question or request I had. Thank you for hosting me during my stay, and if I am ever in the area again, I will surely come back.
- Mark (8/5): Better than most Crawley hotels I have stayed in - Friendly staff and nice hotel Heating did not work but they provided extra plus-in radiators.
