- Sven Mario (9/5): Wieder sehr schön, wenn auch mittlerweile mit Abzügen im Gesantpaket - Sauna, Pool, Frühstück war wieder echt gut.. waren jetzt das 6‘te Mal da und kommen wieder. Es ist n bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und diese kleinen Feinheiten fallen mittlerweile schon auf, abgeplatzte kleine Kacheln im Pool, da ne Ecke Fliese abgeplatzt, da im Teppich mal n Fleck… sowas eben, nichts was den Aufenthalt vermiest aber nach und nach auffällt wenn man seit Jahren Villa Hoff bucht. Was auch nicht zusammenpasst ist die Version Wellness/Spa Hotel sein zu wollen aber auf Familien zu setzen, selten so viele Kids morgens beim Frühstück gesehen, als Paar zur Entspannung einen Wellness/Spa Trip ohne Kinder zu buchen, davon auszugehen, dass das so klappt, könnte je nach Buchungszeit bei scheinbarer Familienfreundlichkeit der Ausrichtung des Hotels irritieren. Ich formuliere das mal freundlich!

- Guest (9/5): Ein sehr erholsames Wochenende erlebt. Wir kommen mit den Kindern gerne wieder. - Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Spa im Hotel konnten wir leider nicht testen, da kein Termin mehr verfügbar war, dennoch sehr schön und freundliche Mitarbeiter angetroffen. Speiseraum war etwas klein für viele Gäste. Lösungen wurden aber umgehend gefunden.

- Cindy (7/5): - Großes Zimmer - Zimmer hat deutliche Gebrauchsspuren (z.B. kaputte Tapete, zerdrückte Heizungskörper), - der Wellnessbereich hatte seine Macken (z.B. kaputte Lichterdecke) - das gebuchte Zimmer (Apartment) war trotz Buchung nicht verfügbar, wir mussten ein günstigeres Zimmer nehmen, aber zumindest wurde uns ein kostenloses Abendessen hierfür angeboten.

- Beata (2/5): Porażka sanitarna. - Lokalizacja. Basen. BRAK WODY. CAŁY POBYT WODA W KRANIE (i pod prysznicem) NIE LECIAŁA WCALE LUB LEDWO KAPAŁA! Pierwszy raz w życiu byłam w obiekcie, gdzie nie można było skorzystać z prysznica, umyć dłoni w pokoju już nie wspominając o spuszczeniu wody w toalecie. Awaria była „ponoć” z przyczyn wyższych i dotyczyła całego obiektu. Jednak na parterze przy recepcji w toalecie ogólnodostępnej woda była za każdym razem gdy do niej weszłam i ciśnienie było znakomite. Widok gości próbujących się „odświeżyć” w tej toalecie był zarówno zabawny jak i nieprawdopodobny. Mimo obietnic personelu, że woda powróci i będzie można skorzystać z sanitariatu, tak się nie stało. Nie otrzymaliśmy od obiektu nawet butelkowanej wody, aby móc umyć zęby. Porażka. Nie wiem czym spowodowany był brak wody w części obiektu. Z tytułu takich niedogodności nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej rekompensaty od obiektu. Jedyne co przyszło to mail z kuponem rabatowym na 10% na następny pobyt do wykorzystania w przeciągu bodajże tygodnia. Kpina. W życiu nie zaryzykuję kolejny raz. Zapłaciliśmy jak za przynajmniej 4gwiazdkowy hotel, a nie mogliśmy nawet umyć dłoni w pokoju (już nie wspomnę o prysznicu). Ponadto pokoje na poddaszu to jakaś porażka. Ciężko z nich korzystać, skosy są bardzo duże i do łóżek trzeba się niemal wczołgiwać. Kilka razy ucierpiała głowa z rozpędu.

Das freundliche Personal, die Nähe zur Ostsee und der Pool in der Villa mit Sprudelbecken und Babybecken extra im unteren Bereich des Hauses. man konnte den Pool den ganzen Tag nutzen bis 22.00Uhr. Die Möglichkeit Mittagessen und Abendbrot im Haus zu bekommen auch wenn man es nicht mit gebucht hat , sehr guter Koch oder Köchin im Haus. Die Zimmerausstattung (Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen) Dachgeschoßzimmer sehr klein, Doppelbett schmal, Rollo am Dachfenster kaputt.

Steile Treppe, viele Stufen . - Das Hotel ist sehr schick , das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Die Sauna etwas klein aber ok . Ein Schwimmbad das zum planschen einlud . Unser Zimmer hatte alles für eine angenehme erholsame Zeit. Und dann noch die Nähe zum Strand- mega + 🤷🏻♀️

- Verified traveler (4/5): Villa Garstig - Sehr schmales Bett in separatem Minischlafzimmer. Fernseher außer Funktion, WLAN sehr langsam, oft gar nicht nutzbar. Wegen offener Halle bis in 1. Stock Zimmer laut. Einrichtung wie in den 80ern. Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Bis 10 Uhr möglich, aber um 9,15 Uhr bereits zu 80 % geplündert, ohne dass nachgefüllt wird. Grundsätzlich nur Billignahrung, Kaffeemaschine ultralahm. Personal unbeholfen, unaufmerksam. Der Eindruck, den das Haus nach außen macht, kann es nicht annähernd erfüllen. Für Polen sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis = Abzocke.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, weil es eine Sauna und ein Schwimmbad hat. Leider war die Sauna sehr klein und benutzt wurde diese dann ausschließlich in Badebekleidung. Da in unsere Übernachtungszeit Silvester fiel, haben wir in der Nacht kaum schlafen können, da das gesamte Hotel von lauter Musik erfüllt war.
- Pär (8/5): Trevligt hotel på Polska Solkusten ! - Trevligt litet hotell på den Polska Solsidan. Mycket bra strand och bad 200 meter från hotellet. Rent och bra frukost. Blandat service - vissa i personalen var mycket service inriktade - andra behöver träna lite mer.
- christoph (8/5): Tolles Team, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus - Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, Zusatzwünsche wurden nach Möglichkeit erfüllt. Das Essen war sehr gut, die Kellner nett und schnell. An einigen Stellen wie Fenstern oder einigen Möbeln könnte man erkennen, dass hier länger nicht mehr investiert wurde. Der Grundeindruck ist aber absolut gut gewesen.
