- Lone (4/5): Nedslidt hotel med brug for renovering - Kvaliteten af stedet, levede på ingen måde op til det vi forventede efter at have set billeder på deres hjemmeside. Alt var nedslidt, der var ingen børnepool, ingen heste vi kunne kigge på og ingen legeplads. Værelserne var små og slidte, badeværelset sejlede i vand, når man havde været i bad og alle håndklæderne var hullede. Restaurantens personale var høflige i starten, men standarden faldt betydeligt, da der kom flere gæster. Alt i alt ikke et sted, som kan anbefales.

- Denis (2/5): - My room door alarm would not turn off when I was showed to my room. The window would not lock, and when tried to slide open by the hotel assistant, the entire window came off its railing and landed on the balcony outside. The curtain and walls were dirty, and I asked for another room ( alarm still sounding). Reception got another room key for a room opposite side of the corridor. The floor had obviously not been swept/vacuumed with dead mosquitoes squashed on the wall by the television ( which was not working). I locked the hotel safe but it would not unlock. I called reception to report the television, safe that would not unlock and opposite room alarm that was still sounding. Approximately 45 minutes later maintenance came to change batteries on TV remote, and plug TV into alternate power point which eventually got it working. The safe could not be opened ( fortunately I had not yet placed valuables in the safe), and carried my valuables to dinner out of the room. The alarm was eventually switched off. Sheets and towels were clean. The less said about the breakfast the following morning the better ( The New Yorker), fortunately I had fruit back in my hotel room I could enjoy after breakfast. The pool was nice, however the room reminded me of a school hostel. I would not recommend this as a stay, and would have checked out the following day if I was not only staying for one night.

The breakfast had made to order omelettes and Chinese and Western choices. Very close to the airport.

- Glenn (6/5): Cheap hotel close to PNH airport - This hotel is good for 2 reasons, if you want a cheap hotel quite close to the airport or you enjoy sports as they have many options to play including tennis and basketball. I did not mind no elevator or the dated rooms, ( the bellman will carry your luggage up the stairs to your room). I did not like unreliable internet and a low quality hot shower and a broken toilet seat. I would not stay again because of internet connection issues as i need internet for work when i travel. Not much to walk to as somewhat isolated area. I enjoy a hotel that i can walk to attractions and restaurants. Because this is primarily a country club it is not as close to everything as some hotels are, but again the price is lower than many hotels Breakfast was Western style and I enjoyed it, it was good. Staff also spoke English and were polite, friendly and helpful. Quiet location.

I was told yo pay for my breakfast... because apparently i was given a room near the street, very noisy and full of mosquitoes... then day one breakfast was not ready... snd day two when presented the coupon.. i was yold i was in the wrong place... this was simply unacceptable... $16 bill. Then i found out there was a nice restaurant, swimming pool, nice rooms that i was not offered! Discrimination comes to mind. I expect an apology and reimbursement. Very angry aznd disappointed.

The hotel does not have an elevator so beware if you have a big luggage to up stairs. I would recommend their next door CCC residence which is nicer.

The hotel area is quite big, as they have fields for either horse riding or others, I believe. There is also a pool. I recommend it.

- Brian (10/5): County Club at a fairly good price. - Nice place! If one is traveling through Phnom Penh and want a quiet place to stay, this is the hotel for you. The rooms are slightly small but are quite comfortable. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport which makes it convenient for easy access to the airport. I would recommend staying a night or two to rest and relax.

It takes 10 minutes to arrive the airport and not 22 minutes according to google, taxi costs to the airport is 7$. There is a need to give better information about the address of the hotel
- KOH (2/5): Terrible experience with the hotel - The hotel is located near the main road but the reception area is deep inside near the club facilities. We had to walk 1 km to the reception area to check in and later brought our luggage and walked all the way to the front. When we arrived at 2.15 pm, the room was not ready and we saw the cleaner just started to clean the room while we put our luggage inside the room. We thought check in time should be around 2 pm. The hotel only has 12 rooms, how could it take a long time to clean the room. The hotel provided breakfast but the venue to eat is deep inside the club, i.e. need to walk 1.5 km and climb to 2nd story. To our surprise, we were given a big box containing 2 frozen danish pastries, an apple, a package of orange squash drink and a bottle of mineral water at 6.30 am. When I asked why they could not pack the food from the breakfast table as it opened at 6 am. The receptionist just answered that packed breakfast was from the fridge. We ordered taxi service from the hotel but when asked where was the taxi. The receptionist just said the male receptionist was waiting for us at the front to drive us to airport. We waited by didn't see him. We decided not to waste time waiting and use "pass app" to get a "tutu" service to the airport and it costed us USD 2 instead of the taxi service of USD 8. The hotel is near the airport and this is the reason that we chose to stay at the hotel.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Stay away - I picked this hotel because it's near the airport and we need to leave for Siem Resp the next day. First of all, a tuk tuk driver didn't show up to pick us up even though the hotel told me that someone would be there to get us the day before. When we arrived to the hotel, it was so dark in the lobby, that we could hardly see the place. The receptionist was actually a driver who totally ignored the fact that we didn't get picked up and more concerned about booking a tour for us the next day. The shower in the bathroom was disgustingly filthy. I was so afraid to step in. The bed was ok though. It looked clean and fresh. Wi-Fi was good. I wish I had booked something within walking distance of the airport instead of this one.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Convenience Only - I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. A bit of a weird set up as it's also a country club. Room wasn't ready when I checked in and was told they would come find me by the pool when it was in a other 2 - 3 hours. After waiting 3 hours I finally went back to the front desk to ask as no one came to tell me. No towels at the pool either, had to walk to reception to get them. Property is quite spread out and was inconvenient.

It served the purpose of having a place to sleep before flying out again the next morning. It was a bit of a scam to pay $12.00 taxi fare to this hotel which is 10 minutes away. This is the almost the as much as going into the city! A tuk tuk ride is $5.00. Limited eating choices, check in was slow since it was a one man operation.

CCC stands for the Country Club of Cambodia and guests using the hotel have access to their facilities--a nice 25 yard pool as well as tennis, volleyball, badminton and basketball courts courts. It's a little oasis of green not too far from the airport.

- Georgio (8/5): Hotel with a sports club - Just spent one night here before leaving Cambodia. Pleasant experience with the hotel staff, nice and helpful people. Tried the swimming pool and the badminton court. Very nice facilities, beyond the above two they have soccer field, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. Also horse riding. So if you've seen everything in Phnom Penh, you can enjoy some sports right around the hotel. Especially because there's not much else to do outside the hotel and the CCC complex. There's some store across the street at the gas station but it closes early. No reatsurant in walking distance either. BUT, the food in the hotel's restaurant, though a bit more expensive than the average Cambodian resto, is very tasty. Try their fried noodles. Waitresses are very kind too. The two reasons I'm not giving five stars is because the room walls seem to be too thin, so the neighbours' TV can be overheard and the location is not really walkable.

- Ron (8/5): Leisure Visit - This facility is a gigantic sports club for soccer, basketball, tennis, handball, volleyball, Olympic size pool, horse riding, etc. The hotel itself is situated at the back, far away from the main street. Hence, less noise. Using MapMyWalk, it took me 3 mins to walk 0.13 mile from the hotel to the reception area one morning. They do have a golf cart to escort you with your luggages. Free breakfast buffet is located on one level up, no elevator just fyi. So not recommended if you have mobility issues. It's among the closest to the airport. Its a pretty average hotel for Cambodia standard so nothing too exciting.

I went in hotel & tell the receptionists that the driver want $10. The man at the counter said the driver is not our hotel driver...it's okay to pay him $7 (I'm not happy). One hotel room is little closer to the lobby, but no elevator... have high long stairs. The second hotel room is about 5 minutes walk to get the room. The room okay... little small & the view is looking at an another "building."

It is conveniently located near the airport, and that was perfect for us. We booked a family room, which consists of two connected rooms (a king size + a twin). Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff really friendly. Breakfast was just ok.
- Janet (8/5): Great time of refreshing after our flight - The hotel staff organised our transfer from the airport by taxi. We were very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful gardens and resort facilities. A swim in the pool at dusk was made more special by the pool lighting and we felt very rejuvenated. The Goat's Cheese salad was spectacular and combined well with the steak and vegetables we enjoyed for dinner. Breakfast the next morning included a fluffy light omelette and coffee with a different flavour. The bed was firm and comfortable and the room clean and had all we needed. We also took advantage of the gym facilities. Check in and check out were seamless and prompt. Will definitely stay here again!

- Louise (4/5): - We had been travelling for 3 weeks and had one day left in Southeast Asia. We had been on the move and decided to check into CCC Hotel to be close to the airport and for a relaxing last day/night to unwind and enjoy pool time. This hotel is in a horrible neighborhood where you don't want to leave. The staff were completely unhelpful and never even offered to assist with our bags or to even accompany us to our room. The room had a horrible smell and our shower drain was plugged causing flooding in the bathroom. Shower only ran scalding hot or icy cold. We mentioned the smell and shower blockage upon checkout and were given an apology and nothing more. During the whole checkout process the front staff would assist other people all while I had my heavy backpack on my back with no offer to assist us to our tuk tuk ride to the airport. I would not stay here again and nor would I recommend it at all. After 3 weeks travelling through Vietnam and Cambodia in the same price range we found this hotel to be the worst. The pool is nice however the city views are of slums next door or over the run down stables. The patio had nowhere to sit but you wouldn't want to as the view was very depressing.

- Joe (8/5): Good deal for the money. - I think CCC stands for Cambodian Country Club. Hotel grounds are huge and include horse stables. Horses were running around in the corral, next to my hotel tower. Never seen that before. Pool was big and pretty. Fitness facility looked barely adequate, could use some better equipment. Room was fairly big and not bad, sort of colonial style. Complimentary breakfast was fine, a couple dishes to choose from, and the chef would cook you some eggs. Location is isolated. You'll end up eating meals in the hotel restaurant, which isn't so cheap. Would stay here again.

- Jacqueline (8/5): Pleasant staff - Really nice friendly hotel quite close to the airport a five doller taxi ride away. It is more like a. Country.club with some rooms, but pleasant, it's in a funny area really I was a bit put off when we were told it wasn't safe for foreigners to leave the hotel grounds. So we had a meal in the hotel. Not the best at all we ordered duck and and I another dish and spring rolls, I think the rolls were around five doller not quite sure and poor value compared with other places we had eaten on our three weeks stay in cambodia. The duck to western taste was simply awfull just a load of cut up bones mine was ok but the beef was chewey. Staff very friendly and the pool was wonderfull. We personally would only stay here if you have a very early flight from phomn penh otherwise it's much better for us nr the river in the city.

The roads are in terrible condition, and the hotel is a great distance from the center of town requiring an inordinate amount of time sitting in traffic. Beautiful facility and the weather conditions in February were awesome! I would definitely stay there again!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Almost impossible access! - A nice enough hotel with the advantage of a great swimming pool, lots of sports facilities, and a very helpful staff BUT the street outside is torn up being resurfaced. Our taxi driver could not cross over because of the 10" drop-off the cemented portion of the roadway onto the unpaved part with rebar sticking out of the cement. Therefore, my brother who could barely walk due to a stroke, and I had to navigate 3 lanes of Phnom Penh traffic, a rubble-filled median and that same 10-12" drop just to get into the street entrance. From the street entrance, which is near the tennis courts, you cannot SEE the office causing me to have to walk back out the entrance and finally call the office. Our taxi driver had called the office to get directions; the LEAST they could have done is to have explained the street situation. A more ideal response would have been to tell the taxi driver of an alternate entrance ie by the horseback riding area.

- Glenn (8/5): Country club environment in Phnom Penh - This hotel is on the grounds of a complete country club- fabulous swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, equestrian center and clubhouse. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are small but comfortable and adequate. We picked the location for an overnight layover, it is nearer the airport than most others. However, it is quite distant from the Riverfront, restaurant, shops and Central areas and sites of Phnom Penh. They arrange yuk-yuk transport. Great for a restful and healthy stopover, especially if you want to eat at the CCC restaurant and not leave the grounds.
- Sarah (8/5): Nice hotel with lots of sporting opportunities - CCC was quite a distance away from the inner city however in saying this the sporting facilities, clean air and pool made up for this. It should only cost 5-7 USD to make it into the main markets. When we had a problem with our room and it couldn't be fixed immediately they quickly gave us an upgraded room and apologised (both of which were unnecessary however greatly appreciated!) The staff were extremely polite and lovely to talk to.

There was work going on and a apology note saying sorry but I would not have booked the room if I knew there was no pool and noise all night . I paid a lot for this room for Cambodia and I feel annoyed that they knew work was going on and did think that this should be stated . Also I was not told of the free shuttle into town and miss the one bus and as it is fair from the main city the was also annoying .

If you are going to Cambodia for one night or one year, its worth staying a night here. Leave some time for horseback riding, tennis playing, swimming in a beautiful pool, or just playing some pool.
- Eileen (10/5): An oasis of calm. - We only spent one night here but I wasn`t well and we were so exhausted when we arrived that we never left the room `till breakfast the following day which was superb, the staff couldn`t do enough for us. Then we had time to look around properly and we were sorry that we hadn`t booked an extra night as the pool area is wonderful as are the restaurant staff. We used their transport to the airport and the driver really went out of his way to find us a chemist selling medication that I needed to take prior to flying.

- city escapee (8/5): Pillow top mattresses! - This has been our favorite place to stay so far. The food was ok. The beds were the best! Outdoor pool was great. There are all kinds of activity to do. From tennis to horseback riding. Great facility. It is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, which we prefer. FYI, it is a country club so members will be floating around the grounds too. Definitely recommend it!

The room and shower were very clean, the service from all employees was exemplary. I asked for a broom/vacuum to clean my luggage and it was there the next day. The facilities (pool, basketball, tennis) was a delightful addition and unheard of from any place I have stayed in North America or Southeast Asia. The food was a bit overpriced (for Cambodian purposes) but was worth it for the overall experience and decor. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you stay in Phnom Penh, whether you are staying before heading to the airport or for tourist purposes.
