Only 2 water bottles and the initial amenities in the room on the check-in day were given during entire duration of stay. Only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers available.

We had 1 go at the breakfast and that was enough. The staff are friendly but have no idea about a western breakfast. Ask me back and I’ll cook for you.

• richardatkinson89 (7/5): Great if you want to be close but not too close to central Shinjuku - The location close to the metro was excellent, and you're far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku night life. The staff were helpful and allowed us to check in early at an extra cost. Great value for money and the free bath items you get are great. I really liked the shampoo and shower wash. Free water and ice downstairs was great too. Extremely small but not falsely advertised. The view was not good as the window just looked out onto a wall.

• Eddrina (7/5): The concierge staff was discriminating against us! - The hotel’s location was excellent, as it was conveniently within walking distance of the train station. I found the service at the Concierge counter to be disappointing and unwelcoming. I felt that the staff member treated us differently after realizing we were from Malaysia. Her attitude and manner of attending to us did not reflect the level of hospitality I have previously experienced at APA Hotels in Japan. This was not my first stay with APA Hotel, and I have always known the staff to be polite and courteous — unfortunately, this experience was very different.

Är man införstådd med att rummen kommer vara mindre var detta ett perfekt boende för att uppleva Tokyo för första gången. Nära till tunnelbanestationer, nära till 7-eleven, ligger lugnt och det finns både café samt restauranger precis runt hörnet. Mycket nöjda och motsvarade alla våra förväntningar.

• Judy (8/5): Overall it’s good. - Very close to restaurants, shops and subway station. Only one lift therefore there’s a wait. It’s more like a service apartment as the receptionists couldn’t really help much with queries as communication is quite hard.

Close to train station. location was good, but keep in mind you will need to use train a lot to get to some popular spots like Shibuya and Harajuku unless you prefer to walk 1-1,5 hrs.

• Zuzana (7/5): - The hotel is well located in the city centre, within walking distance of major attractions. There is also a nearby metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The area is convenient and offers plenty of restaurants, shops, and services. One of the main problems was the elevator. In the morning, when trying to get to breakfast on time, we had to wait at least 10 minutes to get in. The hotel has many floors, so it becomes quite crowded, with many guests trying to use the elevator at the same time. Another disappointment was the breakfast. Although it was supposed to be a Western-style breakfast, the quality was quite poor, especially the eggs, which did not taste good. I wouldn’t recommend it—we only tried it once and didn’t go again.

Would be nice a buffet like other hotels . A bit tiny like most spa Japan .

• Rodrigo (10/5): Buen lugar para estar en Tokio - Buen hotel, como los de la cadena APA, cumplen con sus servicios, las amenidades son excelentes, en especial la yutaka. La localización del hotel si bien está en Shinjuku, se encuentra en una zona más tranquila, a cuadras de la zona más bohemia. El tamaño de la habitación para una persona está bien, pero para dos puede que sea muy limitado, pero... estás en Tokio! una ciudad para recorrer, no para quedarse todo el día en la habitación.

• Andrea (7/5): - Muy bien situado, también muy cerca de estación de metro. Una recepcionista encantadora nos ayudó con la gestión del envío de maletas. Te proporcionan toallas y accesorios todos los días. Los colchones son muy finos, algo incómodos. La habitación es muy pequeña pero te lo pone en la descripción no ha sido una sorpresa. Se escuchan muchísimas ambulancias/bomberos.
