- Ellen (7/5): Convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Shibuya - The hotel is very well situated in shibuya on the top of dogenzaka Street. Very close to a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. Walking distance to shinsen and shibuya Station, and also a short walk away from Shibuya Mark city where you can catch the airport limousine to Narita or Haneda Airport. The room is well stocked with unexpected amenities, like a Hairbrush and hair tie, shampoo, bodywash and conditioner. Fridge did not have food or drinks but simple things like tea and coffee packets were provided. There's also a coin operated laundry and dryer on the second floor. Also loved that there were alot of hooks in the room for hanging things. Small detail but actually quite a rarity in most hotels/bnbs that I've been to in japan. The system for check out is also really efficient, as long as there are no charges to settle you can drop the key card into a box after exiting the lift. Room and bathroom is a little small, although this is typical of japanese hotels. There is a space for luggage storing under the bed, but if you had a big clamshell suitcase it would be difficult to find space in the room. Checking in was slightly confusing as it's largely supposed to be self check in. However the staff were very helpful in assisting so no major issues there. There is only one lift servicing all floors, so at times there can be quite a long wait for it.

Bem no centro de Shibuya, próximo ao cruzamento e a estátua do Hachiko na estação, dá pra fazer tudo a pé, a limpeza e atendimento são excelentes e o conforto da cama é ótimo! Foi perfeito! A única coisa que poderia ser melhor é o tamanho do quarto, mas por ser no centro de Tóquio acho que comparado com outros hotéis, era um tamanho razoável e ok!

We stayed in Osaka and Kyoto in small rooms but at least we could put our suitcases open on something. This hotel you had to store it under the bed!! Just terrible. Also they don’t come inside your room every day. Every where else they do, And we didn’t have to pay more .

- Chelsy (8/5): I would definitely recommend staying here again! I enjoyed it! - I really liked the location of the hotel. It was near the center of Shibuya. It was also very close to the train station when we wanted to go to other locations. I don’t really have any complaints. I don’t think the pillows were as soft as I would prefer but that’s just what I personally like. My husband thought they were fine. The beds were very comfortable!

Personale cordiale e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia se si arriva prima dell’orario di check-in sia dopo il check out. Punto in più perla possibilità di aprire la finestra (cosa non scontata in Giappone) Camera molto piccola, se si hanno sia bagagli da stiva che trolley risulta difficile muoversi al suo interno.

- harris (5/5): - Location was good. Breakfast had no proper options (only japanese food and it was not halal or vegetaria), they should detail this in their hotel description. We asked for just egg and the chef didnt want to do it. Instead we got told to go to the cafe and pay for breakfast, whereas we had already paid for breakfast as part of our booking. Laundry machines were expensive because it took about 4 runs for it to dry clothes.

- Micheal (7/5): - Location is just a short walk to Shibuya crossing and close to 7-Eleven. We asked for 2 rooms next to each other which they were able to accommodate. The staff were super friendly and helpful. This is not as nice as another APA Hotel that we stayed in Osaka as there is only 1 lift for all levels meaning you have to wait most of the time. There are also only 2 washing machines, and 2 dryers so might be best to do your washing elsewhere.
