• Bertha Alicia (6/5): Discriminación - Limpio , los empleados amables Que me dieron una habitación 301 cerca de unos aires gigantes que hacían mucho ruido aun cerrando la ventana y que el desayuno no lo dieron en el restaurante del hotel , nos lo sirvieron en una área muy pequeña y nada bonita del hotel , considero mal ese actuar porq solo otros huéspedes entraban al restaurante del hotel y a los q tenían desayuno incluido nos mandaron a la otra área más feita y solo una persona nos atendía y en restaurante había 3 personas solo recibiendo en la puerta . • JESUS (9/5): Muy buen Hotel, las reglas deben estar mas claras - El desayuno dijeron que era de 7 am a 10am, y Nosotros llegamos a las 9:20 am y ya no nos dejaron entrar a desayunar, para ello nos cobraron como en cualquier restaurante, como ya estabamos ahi, decidimos pagar para poder desayunar

• Chazhel (8/5): - el hotel tiene un ambiente pintoresco muy agradable, las instalaciones limpias al igual que las habitaciones las almohadas a mi punto de vista están muy altas y es difícil poder descansar, la Tv no funciono y puede que a las habitaciones les falte un poco mas de iluminación

• Michael (7/5): Other than the inconvenience, it was OK but most likely they won’t come back. But overall, the staff was courteous. And - The aesthetics of the hotel I had asked for extra towels to be placed in the room prior to arriving via the messaging on booking directly to the property. That was not taken care of. They should have given instructions on how to connect to the TV. I called the restaurant to ask if they can bring up a few plates for food we have ordered in, the plates did not come after 15 minutes of requesting. I went down to the restaurant and it was completely empty. I had expected they were busy. The young man that gave me the plates had told me to be careful not to break them because I’ll be charged, that was uncalled for. I’m not a child.

• Paola (1/5): Muy mala experiencia - El acceso Tardaron 2 horas en enviar un control para l tv y eso lo trajeron porque ya hablé molesta, estuve Llamando cada 20 min, el encargado quedó en ir a la habitación y jamás lo hizo, el gerente jamás se dió por enterado ni tuvo atenciones, no quisieron comunicarlo, la atención en recepción es muy mala, el desayuno es pésimo, el agua en la regadera sale terrible. • Erika (9/5): - I love the beds we benn here for 1 month in cuidad Juarez and we been in 3 hotel and this one is the most comfortable we been. We did laundry and we'll we have jeans and this is the first hotel that we have to pay extra for the dryer so if your doing laundry just be prepare to pay 2 load of dryer because they charge washing and dryer just be ready to pay 150pesos.

• Ana (4/5): If you plan a long stay, it’s not worth it. - It’s close to the mall I had to change from a standard room (to be able to wash my clothes) to a jr suite. They offer free washer and dryer in jrs suite, but they charged me for it. $20.00 American dollars , for 2 washers and 2 dryers. The management didn’t care that I showed them in the web that I had free washer and dryer service .
