Overall, it’s giving proper hotel comfort. A comfort that condo rentals could never give you. I hope hotel scene in Davao remains strong despite the rise of condo rentals. That there’s no exhaust in the bathroom
No elevator to the basement parking (maybe there is but we just didn’t find)

From the concierge, reception, the F&B team to the room service. I knew the property very well as I grew up in the city of Davao. You guys had an amazing staff and good customer service. Upgrade the property at least or maintain the image by repainting it and clean it a bit.

The lobby and breakfast buffet are gorgeous.
Service is quick and efficient. The rooms need more attention, things like the tv or the aircon, I happened to have 4 (four) external aircon units in my “balcony”. Why?
The bathtub had a crack,
And it needs soundproofing.

The room was supposedly paid in booking.com but staff said they had no terminal to process the online transaction paid through corporate card. CCard was still needed during check out which was no longer available and staff had to use own money to pay the accommodation.

- Norwena (10/5): Very nice stay with hubby - The staff are professional in dealing with clients. The on duty staff managed to re-assure me during a very brief earthquake. The elevator was new but the elevator button was too high.

- Manoj (1/5): Pathetic - 1. Poor communications from the staff. When I was checking out they told me to pay the full amount, which was not received by the hotel from my online booking . It should be communicated earlier, not when I was about to leave for airport for my flight. I was running around for ATMs and exchange to pay the amount. It was horrible experience.
2. Online booking says restaurant and kitchen in hotel open 24 hours which is wrong . It closes at 11pm. They only offer buffet food after you pay .The food was below average.
3. In the room Aircon was not working .They had to call technician to fix. Fridge was not getting cold for some reason. I was so exhausted I did not even bother.
4. I asked the staff till what time house keeping finishes work if it's possible I can clean my room later. one staff member told me till 5pm. another told me till 11 p.m. It was so confusing.
5. When I was talking to one receptionist about something other staff members staring and listening constantly which was so unprofessional especially security guards,

The design of the socket in the first room is unreasonable, why is the socket so far away from the sleeping place?
Second, the pool environment is really bad, not to mention that the water is shallow, there are also various algae that can be seen with the naked eye.🤢The sanitary conditions are worrying, and I regret taking a shower right away.
Third, when I booked my stay through this platform, the front desk did not tell me to pay promptly, and after I checkedThe high-end hotel did not support online credit card payment, wasting several hours of waiting time before the payment was successful.
Finally, the quality and price of this hotel do not match at all.

-Very secured with staff at the entrance checking everyone who enters the hotel.
-no need to use a keycard to access the lift
-Staff are very courteous and always greet you with a smile.
-Good working AC -no blockout blinds which makes the room so bright even when the lights are off
-very low water pressure on the WC sink
-the Shower only has hot water. I prefer to have cold showers.
-The room needs an upgrade as it looks old
-the mattress is old and uncomfortable to sleep on and lastly,
-THE MINI FRIDGE HAS TO GO!
