Tras decírselo a la recepción nos informan que lo notan pero no pueden cambiar de habitación porque el hotel está repleto. - Stella (1/5): - The view from the window but thats it. Totally run-down. Dirty. No hot water initially but was fixed upon request. Rising damp on all the walls. Lift didnt go to floor of apartment so last floor was via steps. Strong smell of damp in rooms. Photos of furniture etc are as advertised but they dont show you the actual state of the room. The damp and stains on the walls and ceilings were so of putting and probably not great from a health perspective. Avoid booking here.

- Deng Deng (3/5): wont bother to stay anymore - near to the airport the aircon is not cold at all, and staff show room, and felt stuffy for 4 person, nothing to eat nearby when at midnight the photos doesnt match with the properly, way lower and purely shit..staff also wake up say didnt collect money at midnight in the early morning.
- angelica (5/5): - The receptionists are friendly and eager to help I am not sure about the other rooms but definitely avoid booking the big rooms/ family rooms. Dirty Hallway carpet. Moldy toilet tiles. Smell of the hotel was masked by air purifier, once smell wore off, the room smells like pee. The bed felt a bit damped. Curtains seemed haven’t been cleaned for a long time. Towels provided are sometimes old.

- Marie Luise (10/5): Super ! - Das Personal J nini tho war super lieb und hilfsbereit! Ich war erst im Dorm unter gebracht , die Betten waren bequem und es war sehr sauber ! Ich bekam auch ein Handtuch. Ich habe dann für 1 Nacht verlängert und bin in ein Einzelzimmer und hatte einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt ! Leider gab es im Bad etwas Schimmel, das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Từ không gian sang trọng, phòng ốc sạch sẽ hiện đại cho đến chất lượng dịch vụ chuẩn chỉnh, mọi thứ đều vượt mong đợi của tôi. Đặc biệt, đội ngũ nhân viên cực kỳ chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện, luôn hỗ trợ khách. Một địa điểm lưu trú tuyệt vời, rất đáng tiền và chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại!

- Malin (3/5): Välj ett annat hotell - Utsikten från rummet var fin och personalen var tillmötesgående. Sängarna var bekväma. Rummet var dåligt städat och stank av rengöringsmedel. Det fanns inga öppningsbara fönster så vi hade dörren öppen för att fläkta ut. När rengöringsdoften lagt sig kände vi en unken doft. I badrummet saknades golvbrunn i duschen - den var bredvid toaletten, vilket innebar att hela badrumsgolvet täcktes med vatten när man duschade. Min vän hade ett annat rum, som han lyckades avboka helt och därför inte kan lämna omdöme. Nyckeln han fick gick till flera rum på hotellet, så det kändes otryggt att lämna väskorna på rummet. Vi lämnade därför hotellet en dag tidigare.

- Kayla Bea Marie (10/5): Will recommend to others. - The room is big and the view is wonderful. It is relaxing looking at the window after a long walk. Also, the location is good. Really at the center of the city. The hotel staffs, An, Nhi, Tho, are also helpful.

- francesco (6/5): Maybe is a great idea to use a luggage store like a hostel but they need think how can work well with the rest of hotel - Was in great area close to many things with amazing bed I think they changed the luggage store to the hostel.. but was very noisy because the room is next to the lobby and we shared a toilet with all guests around the reception
