- Jean-Michel (8/5): pas cher mais pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles du fait de la situation conflit en cours - Emplacement dans un quartier vivant et populaire, à 5 mn de la station de métro et à 10 mn à pied du Hall of the Emirates. Le petit déjeuner était décevant car il y avait très peu de clients à l'hôtel et le service était très réduit au petit déjeuner comme au bar de la piscine La chambre est parfaite, moderne avec super salle de bain et très propre et très bonne literie petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles, mais situation particulière du fait du conflit en cours, très peu de touristes à Dubaï. Pas de service de bar entre midi et 14h au roof top de la piscine la piscine est bruyante du fait des climatiseurs des autres hôtels en face de la rue

- Jeroen (7/5): Prima hotel - Fijn hotel met heerlijk rooftop zwembad. Ontbijt is lekker en genoeg keuze. Vriendelijk personeel. We zijn vorig jaar ook geweest en hadden toen meer geluk met de ligging van onze familiekamer. Nu veel geluid en hinder tot in de nacht. Daarom om een andere kamer gevraagd en deze was beter. Ik moet zeggen dat het personeel er ook alles aan doet om je het naar de zin te maken. Het viel ons op dat er nu meer Russen en Chinezen in het hotel verblijven.

- Mohammad (10/5): Excellent - Very friendly staff. The rooms are large, clean, and spotless, including the bathrooms. The manager was very attentive and actively engaged with guests. We were offered complimentary juice at check-in and later received a fruit plate in the room, which was a nice touch. They also accommodated our late check-out request with generous flexibility based on our needs. At check-in, a staff member escorted us to the room and explained how everything works. The hotel provides multipurpose electrical sockets, so there’s no need to carry an adapter. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the metro and Mall of the Emirates, with plenty of restaurants nearby Slow WiFi

- Julia (10/5): Alt i alt var det et veldig vellykket opphold som vi vil huske lenge. - Frokosten var helt fantastisk – alt var perfekt! Godt utvalg, fersk mat og en rolig og hyggelig atmosfære gjorde starten på dagen helt nydelig. Når det gjelder beliggenheten, var ikke alt rundt hotellet helt optimalt, men det ødela ikke helhetsopplevelsen. Vi koste oss veldig på hotellet likevel. Alt på hotellet var helt fantastisk, men omgivelsene var ikke helt som forventet. Området rundt hotellet var ikke særlig luksuriøst.

- Borja (10/5): I love this Hotel - Es increíble. Si tuviera que definir algún sitio como sentirme en casa, sería este sin lugar a duda. En esta ocasión descansé increíble. Es verdad que el tema de la guerra está afectando y se siente todo un poco raro. El personal del hotel es increíble e intentan trasmitir normalidad, felicito a cada uno de los trabajadores. Seleccionados desde luego con detalle. Siempre con una sonrisa y una amabilidad extraordinaria. No tengo queja alguna

- Jaroslav (9/5): Awesome staff, amazing breakfast.. Worth it! - Everything was awesome. Every staff was super friendly. Rooms are modern with some cool remote controllers for lights and curtains. We had a big bathroom which was great! Rooftop pool was nice and water was exactly you need to refresh in warm weather. I am only s little afraid that view to Burj Al-Arab will be gone sooner or later due to new building which raises in this direction. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of all kind of meals local and international. Everyone will choose I am pretty sure. I would recommend this hotel and I will really think to stay here again next time in Dubai!

- Manuel Z. (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit super Personal! - Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Anliegen wurden schnell und kompetent bearbeitet. Die Lage des Hotels nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Alles notwendige wie Restaurants und Supermärkte befinden sich auch in direkter Nachbarschaft! Beim Frühstück gab es gelegentlich kurze Wartezeiten an der Live-Cooking-Station, welche aber locker zu verschmerzen waren.
- Jana (8/5): - Das Essen ist der Hammer! Unbedingt mit Abendessen buchen. Man spürt die Liebe, die in die Zubereitung geflossen ist. Es gibt nicht nur Standard-Gerichte. Auch das Frühstück war super! Man kann zu Fuss in die Mall of Emirates laufen. Es hat viel zu wenig Liegen am Pool. Wenn man mittags kommt, hat man keine Chance mehr. Unsere Fenster (Zimmer 410) haben immer wieder laut geknackt.
