Dolores (8/5): Estupenda estancia para dormir y disfruta del hotel - Lo que mejor está es la ubicación y el personal, todos encantadores y el hotel súper limpio Lo que no me gustó fue la comida, una mesa entera de pasteles, una mesa entera de lechuga, tomate, cebolla y zanahoria rallada y una mesa de con 4 platos de comida según el día, española, mexicana(que estuve todo el día en el water al día siguiente)… y una parrilla que solo ponen huevo, chorizo, pescado en salsa y pollo en salsa. Y la verdad que muy poca variedad a no ser que te hartes de dulces… la verdad es que el Buffet no me ha gustado

Joanne (8/5): Good value. Good for a short stay. - Catering generally good. Good range of choices. The cleaning was good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. I was glad I was in one of the further rooms from the main pool/entertainment area. Plenty of food though sometimes not very hot at evening meal. The juices at breakfast were very watery. Room good though bath was difficult to get in and out of as it was so close to the toilet. The towels were old and thin, and I had one with nasty brown stains on it, even though it was clean. The public address system was too loud at night.

La comida un poco repetitiva, las toallas no fueron cambiadas todos los días y el todo incluido es un poco raro, que no entre: las patatas fritas,frutos secos,las olivas y los cóctel como los mojitos no me parece normal, es otros hoteles que he estado eso es lo normal, pero bueno.

Przydatny był tez basen i boisko do gry na terenie ośrodka. Jakość niektórych potraw mogłaby być lepsza (lokalne świeże produkty, przyprawy). Nasze łóżko w pokoju chwiało sie, nie bylo to bezpieczne zwłaszcza ze spało tam nasze dziecko. Dodatkowo hotel jest położony w pobliżu dyskoteki, wiec od piątku do niedzieli są głośne imprezy. Nie jest to zbyt dogodne dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi.

Julie (1/5): Je ne conseille pas du tout cet endroit, usine à touristes de très basse qualité - La chambre est bien avec jolie terrasse vue sur mer Mauvaise nourriture, pas grand chose d espagnol, des produits de très basses qualités. Le repas se déroule dans un grand réfectoire bruyant. On a pas accès à la terrasse vue sur mer car c est un supplément de 16€ par jour par personne pour y avoir accès! Les transats à la piscine sont l un sur l autre. Les boissons dans le all in sont imbuvables, tout est de qualité médiocre. Hôtel très bruyant

Primoz (10/5): Odlična kakovost sob, hrana, odlična lokacija ob morju in blizu avtocestnega priključka - Hrana bufejskga tipa, raznovrstvna, sveža, tudi lokalna, sveže sadje, dobre ribe, vsekakor za vsakega nekaj, za vse okuse skratka :) Receptorji so učinkoviti in hitri, tudi parkirišče je zagotovljeno v sklopu hotela ali pa tik zraven. Vse je bilo super. nič ni zaradi česar bi se pritoževal ali mi ne bi bilo všeč. no edino čakanje na dvigala. Čeprav jih je veliko, se čaka nanje, ker je hotel pač velik. sem vzel za vsakodnevni trening, pa sem potem brez prtljage hodil večinoma kar po stopnicah za razigibavanje po dolgi vožnji.

helene (5/5): Je n’y retournerais pas - L’animation La différence de traitement entre les clients qui payent la formule Gold et ceux qui ne l’ont pas. En gros, même si vous êtes all in tant que vous ne payez pas l’option Gold vous n’avez pas accès à tout l’hôtel. Je m’explique quand le restaurant est plein, il y a une partie réservée au client Gold et même si le restaurant est plein et que la partie Gold est vide on ne vous y mettra pas au contraire, on vous foutra dehors, et de façon pas sympathique. Traiter les clients avec autant de mépris, cela ne devrait pas exister qu’on soit Gold ou pas. C’est discriminant. Le balcon pour qu’on puisse manger dehors et systématiquement privatisé en Gold. C’est vraiment dommage. Surtout quand tu en tant que client, on a envie de manger à l’extérieur puisqu’on est en vacances.

The hotel facilities were excellent, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Any request or need we had was handled quickly and professionally, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and at home. Honestly, there was not to complain about. Overall, our experience was excellent and the hotel met our expectations very well.

Didier (8/5): Je pourrais aller à nouveau dans cet hôtel. - Le personnel est très gentil, serviable, toujours avec le sourire. La qualité des repas est moyenne, mais il est tout de même possible de trouver des choses intéressantes.
Robert (6/5): We had an adequate stay in a clean room to be let down by other services within the hotel. - The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony. The room was very clean with kettle, hairdryer and fridge. There was a nice touch providing a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. The restaurant was absolute chaos during every service that we attended. Finding a clean table was difficult as many remained cluttered with plates and cups from the previous occupants. The restaurant had no flow as you were constantly criss-crossing other guests for food items, e.g. the butter was with the fruit and not the bread, the baked beans were placed next to the porridge and not the cooked breakfast station. Cups were too small for the volume of hot water on some of the machines and overflowed. The lifts were totally overwhelmed by the number of guests moving between floors. We were on the 6th floor and watched as the lifts bypassed our floor going up and down up to 3 times before arriving - only to be full and so we had to request the lift again.

ALEXIS (5/5): Bon emplacement mais c'est tout!!!! - l'emplacement est très bien, juste devant la mer, c'est plus un club vacances. Les chambres sont biens. La piscine est grande mais pas chauffée. La nourriture est horrible, sorte de self services, avec des plats sans goût, beaucoup de choix, mais la qualité laisse à désirer. Les desserts ne sont même pas au frais, un salle bondée et très bruyante.

Marko (4/5): Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. - Nähe des Strandes Beim Betreten der Rezeption fällt sofort auf, dass das Hotel dringend renovierungsbedürftig ist. Besonders das Hauptgebäude. Über der Rezeption ist es so staubig, dass sich dort meterlange Spinnweben befinden. Die Badezimmer sind heruntergekommen und alt. Überall sieht man die dilettantische Arbeit. Das Essen ist, gelinde gesagt, auf Gefängnisniveau. Fleischprodukte von zweifelhafter Qualität, Spiegeleier voller Haare, Käse, der zerfällt. Eine herbe Enttäuschung. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Jedzenie urozmaicone i duży wybór, niestety słabej jakości- szczególnie sery( to wyroby seropodobne), ryby mrożone i niesmaczne, mięso też słabej jakości, wyroby z kurczaka tak przemielone że nie polecam, ale smaczne paelle, owoce morza, codziennie owoce i różne sałatki. Największy wybór był zawsze na kolację, śniadania monotonne z małym wyborem. Ogólnie hotel w bardzo fajnej lokalizacji przy plaży i piękny widok z balkonu. Drinki w opcji all inclusive masakra, w barze koło restauracji lane w proporcjach przez wężyki , ochyda.Lepsze w barze od strony plaży, ale mały wybór, aperol i Mohito tylko płatne. Hotel olbrzymi i wszędzie kolejki . Basen od rana zajęty przez rodziny z dziećmi.
