Super leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, mit vielen verschiedenen Brotsorten, frischem Obst, frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Wurst, Käse, Aufstriche, Kaffeeautomat mit wirklich gutem Kaffee. Leider gab es keinen Jacuzzi mehr im Schwimmbad

Unsal (9/5): Çok merkezi bir yerde, Salzburg bölgesinde görülmesi gereken yerlere araba ile rahat ulaşım mesafesi - Kahvaltı, konum çok güzeldi. Kapalı otopark olması da önemli bir avantaj. Odalar geniş ve rahat ancak özellikle ıslak alanların yenilenme ihtiyacı var.

Lackner (2/5): Enttäuschung - Zentrale Lage Personal im Frühstücks Restaurant unfreundlich und forsch! So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Man wurde gerügt, weil man sich den Orangensaft in einem größeren Glas eingeschenkt hat. „Das nächste Mal verwenden Sie aber dieses Glas….!“ Das Personal aber an der Rezeption bis auf den älteren Herren, der nicht mal grüßen kann, war freundlich. Auch die Dame (Zimmerservice) war sehr nett. Abgesehen davon ist das Hotel extrem in die Jahre gekommen und furchtbar abgewohnt. Der Pool im Keller und die Umgebung ist eine Zumutung. Ich wollte meinen Sohn dort nicht schwimmen lassen, da Schimmel in jeder Ecke zu sehen und zu riechen war. Die Terrasse schmutzig und schimmelig. Die Lampenschirme und Kabel hängen einfach zu von der Decke. Die Türstöcke sehen aus, als ob jemand einbrechen wollte. Schmutziger und unhygienischer Teppichboden. Leider wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!

Tugba (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dining experience was amazing, both breakfast and dinner offered a great variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The pool area was also very nice.

Außerdem haben wir fast immer einen Platz im ruhigen Nebenzimmer für das Frühstück und Abendessen bekommen. Danke dafür! Der große Frühstücksraum ist extrem laut!

Julia (7/5): - Hotel ganz ok. Frühstück war sehr gut. Viel Auswahl, guter Kaffee, vielseitig! Ansich ein nettes Hotel, wir waren selber 2 Familien mit Kindern. Abends ist es unten im Eingangs- Rezeptions- und Barbereich so schlimm zugegangen mit all den Kinder im Hotel das war nicht mehr schön. Beide Abende! Leider wurde das nicht unterbunden. Gäste die (trotz Kindern) eine normale Unterhaltung wollten, hatten Pech. Man kann nicht mal bei der Bar sitzen um sich in Ruhe zu unterhalten.

Extrem kleiner Fernseher (A3) und dieser funktionierte auch nicht. Viel zu viele Touristen im Hotel. Ein richtiges Ringen beim Frühstücksbuffet. Das ganze Hotel ist extrem renovierungsbedürftig. Wellnessbereich ohne Wohlfühlfaktor. Geht gar nicht. Nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Da werde ich sicher nicht mehr einchecken!

Der Preis war auch mehr als gut. Ein eigenes Restaurant mit ganztägiger Öffnungszeit. Swimmingpool + Sauna - super Für Check-In außerhalb keine wirkliche Parkmöglichkeit. Tiefgarage eng und nur einspurig befahrbar. Wahrnehmung als Gast an der Rezeption kaum vorhanden, ich fühlte mich eher wie eine Nummer. Die Masseurin, die die Teilkörper-Massage ausführte war leider emotional sehr unausgeglichen.

Michael (8/5): Wir kommen trotzdem sehr gerne wieder und lassen uns von der Entwicklung überraschen. - Es war sehr Zentral, das Essen am Abend war sehr gut, Frühstück war für uns auch vollkommen ausreichend. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe. Kleiner Spielbereich für Kinder war ganz nett. Leider sind die Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen aber was mir sehr an Herzen liegen würde da wir auch gerne wieder kommen möchten ist der Spa / Pool Bereich. Gerade mit Kindern war das Wasser einfach zu kalt. Für einmal reinspringen und höchstens 10 min drinnen bleiben hat es gereicht aber nicht für die nächste Runde weil es einfach zu kalt war. Daher wäre es gerade für Familien sicher angenehmer wenn die Temperaturen wärmer wären. Das andere war, der Weg runter zum Spa im nassen Zustand war auch sehr kalt, allgemein ist der Spa Berreich unten nicht warm und dadurch auch recht ungemütlich.

Zvika (10/5): Awesome place for ski vacation - Everything was perfect. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food at the restaurant is amazing, very tasty with huge variety. Special thanks to Sabrina the waitress. Reception is very attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Melike and another blonde young lady. Location very close to the ski bus stop and near the shopping center with supermarket and sports shops. Lots of facilities to spend time after skiing, like sauna, swimming pool, gym, snooker tables, etc. Definitely will come again. Spa area is a bit outdated, but from the other side that's the uniqueness of the place and the whole area. Would be good to add another trash bin in the room in addition to the one in the bathroom.
