Please note that, as a general rule:
- It is obligatory to wear swimwear in the thermal baths.
- It is obligatory not to wear swimwear in the sauna.
On Thursdays in the spa, it is 'no swimwear' day.

Les œufs brouillé au petit déjeuner: sec et pratiquement en miettes. Cela semble négligeable pour beaucoup mais j’y attache beaucoup d’importance au petit déjeuner. Lampe veilleuse dans le bar qui s’allume au passage la nuit réveillant le conjoint, et impossible à déconnecter.

Огорчили чужие волосы на полотенцах и халате в нашем номере 104 и несмытый унитаз. Прямо жирный минус за huiskeeping. Утром было слышно, как передвигают мебель в ресторане. Но, пожалуй самое отвратительное - чьи-то ногти на бортике бассейна физио.

Pillows at the hotel are to big...i do not like them.. The infinitum ay the spa with the view needs reservation and is inly events...no free time to enjoy the lovely place apart of that.

- Geert (9/5): Heerlijk - Vriendelijke ontvangst en prima in orde. De 2 de dag hadden we nog graag gebruik gemaakt van het sauna gedeelte. Maar daar was een filmploeg bezig waardoor dit niet mogelijk was. Vond ik wel jammer want uiteindelijk betaal je hier wel voor.

- Snizhana (9/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay, friendly staff, good spa center, good hotel, but the restaurant is terrible - We really enjoyed our stay, there are no questions about the spa center, everything is clear, many thanks to the man who spent an infinity in the hall, a session with hot air, he is great😁 As for the minuses, we arrived in the morning and went to rest, everything was fine, and then we had to check in at the hotel at 3:00 PM, but we couldn't because it wasn't ready, it wasn't difficult for us to wait 15 minutes, but it's not normal when you have to check out at 11 AM and you can't even check in at 3:00 PM, do you really not have time to clean the rooms in 4 hours? It was not a very pleasant moment. We liked the room itself, it was clean, there was a mini bar, we liked it. Also, the restaurant is expensive and not tasty at all, we ordered 3 dishes from different categories and everything was not tasty, and it's also expensive, pay attention to this, this is not the first time they write such a review to you

Wij zijn zulke hoge kussens niet gewent en werden dan ook wakker met pijnlijke nekken. Verder was echt alles top!

- Vera (9/5): Es war super entspannend. - Die ruhige Lage. Wir haben super geschlafen. Das Frühstück war prima, unser Zimmer ebenfalls. Tolle Architektur und Einrichtung. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Saunaauswahl ist riesig. Besonders toll sind die Aufgusssauna Infinitum und die angeschlossenen Ruheräume. Die Aufgüsse sind wunderbar und alle Mitarbeitenden umsorgen die Gäste. Schon der Empfang mit einem Glas Prosecco war außergewöhnlich. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Eigentlich nichts. Höchstens die hohen Parkgebühren für Hotelgäste von 15,- Euro pro Tag. Und die frühen Schließzeiten der hoteleigenen Restaurants sowie die geringe abendliche Essensauswahl im Hauptrestaurant. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Recomand cazare in alta locatie si intrare doar la piscina. Au dulapuri spatioase, asigura halate, papuci si prosoape. Posibilitatea de a folosi piscina pana la ora 22.

- Wilshaus (8/5): - Sehr gut gefallen hat mir der große Wasserbereich, das sehr schöne Hotelzimmer und die sehr gemütlichen Liegen im Ruheraum (im Gebäude draußen). Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen, auch wegen dem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es gab keine Hafermilch und keine veganen Optionen beim Frühstück, außer Marmelade. Das Restaurant ist teuer und das Essen so mittelgut (außer der Kuchen, der ist fantastisch).

- Julie (9/5): Prettig verblijf overall. Met name de vriendelijkheid bij de receptie in het hotel zorgde voor een heerlijk begin. - De warme en luxe ontvangst. De verrassing dat we een massagestoel op de kamer hadden. Dat in de ochtend de sauna’s niet gereed waren bij opening. om er nog even van te genieten voor vertrek. Daar hadden we wel rekening mee gehouden. Wanneer het open gaat om 9.00u zou het toch allemaal gereed moeten zijn.

- Roekel van (10/5): Was voortreffelijk! - Veel aanpassingen gedaan, verbouwing geeft een dikke plus! Was aan vernieuwing toe en heeft zijn doel bereikt wat mij betreft! Verbouwing en aanpassingen duurden lang, nu nog wat kleine rustpunten.

- Lucien (7/5): - Therme selbst und Saunen top. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nett renovierte Zimmer. Die Preise in den Restaurants sind übertrieben was die Preis-Qualität der Speisen betrifft. Die Preise für die Anwendungen halte ich ebenso für überzogen. Die Gestaltung der Terrassen im Hotel kalt. Könnte etwas netter ausgerichtet sein.

- Niels (9/5): - Very nice to calm down and to relax for a view days without the phone. Restaurant also good, breakfast was good as well. The sauna area was clean and perfect. Only a minor thing, that nobody cleaned in front of our door for 2 days. There were still bottles and trash from other people. Parking is quite expensive.

- J. (10/5): Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf gehad! Voor herhaling vatbaar! - We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het personeel was super gastvrij, het ontvangst van Menno, was helemaal top! De wellness, lekker rustig, dus we zijn helemaal ontspannen. Zeker een aanrader!

- Jonas Van Weerst (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf - Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Ontbijt is goed en de accommodatie is heerlijk. Ook heel hygiënisch. Heel weinig. Alles was goed tot heel goed.

- Henk (10/5): Heerlijk paradijs met mooi uitzicht en rust. Alles was even fijn - Ontbijt uitstekend! Bedden en de rust op de kamer geweldig. Heerlijke zwembaden en sauna’s en prachtig uitzicht! Vriendelijk personeel. Ontvangen met cava. Ungraded voor 30,- zodat we direct de kamer in konden. Met wat meer ruimte en een fijne warmte relax stoel. Top! Niets viel tegen. Dat de tijd te snel gaat daar😜

- Brennan (8/5): - Amazing facilities and good food on the premises. The wine bath was also great and Claudia, who set it up for us, was really friendly and made it a nice experience. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. Some of the staff on the wellness side seem really disinterested in being there and there were multiple times no one was working at a post we were told to go to, so it was confusing. But the staff on the hotel side were really nice.

- Carolien (10/5): Super de luxe - Geweldig; je kunt direct vanuit je kamer naar de wellness, heel luxe allemaal. Gratis upgrade gekregen naar een supermooie suite met een gratis minibar. Wel vrij prijzig, maar wat wil je voor zo'n verwenweekend.
- Koen (9/5): Extreem luxe kamers - Fantastische nieuwe kamer! Echt zo mooi, met Sauna op de kamer, een sun shower en een uitzonderlijk groot bed ;) Enorm terras helemaal voor jezelf. Jammer dat het 10 graden vroor, maar in de zomer echt heerlijk lijkt mij.
- Anne (7/5): Heb al veel sauna’s gezien. We hebben het prima gehad maar de hele locatie heeft echt een upgrade nodig. - De locatie met mooi uitzicht Het onderhoud. Je ziet dat het oud is, her en der een verfje kan geen kwaad. Tegeltjes die vervangen moeten worden etc. Mag wel weer wat geïnvesteerd worden. Uitchecken duurde een half uur omdat incheck en uitcheck in 1 lange rij moet.
- riald (10/5): Pure ontspanning - Heel vriendelijk en heel persoonlijk. De top tot teen massage was voortreffelijk, de dames kennen hun job meer dan goed. Het was jammer dat het restaurant Senses niet open.
