• Bernhard (9/5): Es war eine gute Wahl - Das außergewöhnliche Ambiente und ein excellentes Frühstück Das trifft auf viele Quartiere zu: Wenn man Wasser nicht direkt von der Leitung trinken kann, dann muss es in den Zimmern ein Mineralwasser geben.

• Julian (10/5): Doskonały pobyt w doskonałej cenie. - Bardzo ładny obiekt utrzymany w zabytkowym klimacie. Czysto, porządnie. Świetne śniadanie w cenie. Dużo miejsc parkingowych na sąsiednich ulicach. Bardzo miła i uczynna Pani która się nami zajmowała. Filadelfia to bardzo ładne i klimatyczne miasteczko. Jest sklep, pizzeria, i bary na drinka. Do nadmorskiego Pizo 20 minut jazdy, choć droga kręta i górska. Polecam, naprawdę warto.

Affisso davanti l'ingresso abbiamo atteso diversi minuti prima che venisse qualcuno ad aprire. L'impianto di riscaldamento era spento quindi l'ingresso alle stanze non e stato confortevole. A mio parere le stanze un po' freddine. Per essere un 4 stelle le mie figlie avrebbero gradito delle TV più generose in

L'unica dipendente presente durante il soggiorno molto disponibile. Letti comodi. Colazione normale e in generale posto tranquillo. Al nostro arrivo la struttura era chiusa e solo dopo aver chiamato il n. Tel affisso sul portone d'ingresso e atteso diversi minuti fuori in strada si è presentata la dipendente che ci ha accompagnato alle nostre camere. Il riscaldamento era spento quindi l'ingresso non è stato confortevole. A mio avviso le camere freddine e per essere un 4 stelle le mie figlie avrebbero gradito delle TV più generose.

Le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante - pub annesso: squisita la pizza ed ottimi i panini. ...Nulla da rilevare!

The castle hotel is truly unique — spacious rooms and full of history, as it once served as a military hospital during the Second World War. The atmosphere is amazing. Francesco was fantastic — very helpful, check-in was smooth, and he kindly arranged a late checkout for us. The room was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything we needed — toiletries, fresh clean towels and all the little details that made our stay extra special. For anyone looking for a unique experience in the beautiful village of Filadelfia, this place is definitely worth a visit. Being woken up by the church bells in the morning had its own special charm! Thank you Giedre Absolutely no negatives!

Best bed we stayed in on our trip. The town feels like a very authentic Italian town that is close to the beach. We wish we could’ve tried the food at the restaurant, the menu looks fab! We loved getting off the beaten path when we travel and Filadelfia certainly was! The wonderful breakfast buffet prepared for us in the morning was more than we could ask for!

Expérience déplaisante en raison du personnel! - L’emplacement L’authenticité du château L’attention apporte pour le manager pour résoudre le problème Facilité pour se garer La literie 1) Suite à une disconvenue dans une chambre en raison de la cabine à douche non faite, nous avons immédiatement été relogée dans une chambre à l’arrière du restaurant. Le sol de cette dernière n’a également pas été fait (pieds sales dès que nous sortiez de la douche) 2) Nous sommes arrivés à 9h20 pour le petit déjeuner il n’y avait plus rien! Un rechargement de 4 croissants SEULEMENT (nous étions 5!) 3) Personnel antipathique (excepté le jeune homme aux yeux bleus et le manager) Boit de la bière attable à la réception devant les clients et ne daignent même pas dire un bonjour/ au revoir et répondre avec sympathie à minima aux clients. Travaillant au contact de la clientèle c’est un comble! On a l’impression de leur devoir quelque chose!!

Quand on est arrivé ils étaient à la réception entrain de boire leur coup sans dire bonjour! Même pas un bonjour Petit déjeuner pour un croissant et un café car à 9h15 il n’y avait plus rien et après avoir demandé à deux reprises personnel ne rechargeait !! - logement était un appartement avec escalier en colimaçon assez raide. Difficile pour des personnes un peu âgés

• Luca (3/5): - Il "Cottage" è in realtà un piccolo appartamento su due piani ubicato totalmente in una zona differente dalla struttura principale. Totalmente diverso dalle mirabolanti foto che si trovano nella pagina booking dell'hotel. La porta in vetro d'ingresso dà sulla strada e a nulla servono le tende per niente oscuranti. L'odore di muffa e umido è pervasivo e alcune prese elettriche erano scoperte e quindi pericolose. Colazione con uova strapazzate non tenute in caldo quindi fredde. Non so come proponga questi prezzi.

• Pauline (7/5): Best unieke belevenis maar beter als het warm is. - Je kijkt je ogen uit want het is allemaal wel echt heel oud. Ik denk als er een feest wordt gehouden dat het heel uniek kan zijn. De kamer was groot. Grappig dat we een badkamer hadden met twee wc's Het was erg koud toen wij er waren (begin juni) . we hadden ook geen idee hoe we binnen moesten komen en toen we een maal met gasten mee naar binnen konden duurde het bijna een half uur voordat er iemand was om de sleutel te geven.

Friendly staff, but sometimes there is no one in the hotel. There was no coffee/thee facility in the room, while it is listed in the room facilities. Breakfast is basic, when the egg finished it was not replenished and no yogurts were available for two days.
