• Simona (10/5): - Buvo nuostabu! Pradedant nuo personalo ir baigiant švara 🤗 Vieta labai graži ir rami. Iki centro važiuoja autobusas ( apie 30 min) arba su taxi ( 12-15 min). Šalia didelis prekybos centras ( yra ir kavinių). Buvo labai švaru, šeimininkas labai paslaugus, iškilus klausimams buvo visada pasiekiamas. Aplinka labai graži, daug augalų ( o palmių kiek ir labai mielas šitų palmių prižiūrėtojas😍), baseino erdvė labai jauki, yra viskas ko reikia, baseinas švarus. Yra bendra didelė terasa su vaizdais. Buvome su vaikais paaugliais, visiems be proto patiko! Tikrai rekomenduoju!

• Atie (6/5): - Kleinschalig appartemenetencomplex met alle gemakken (fohn, strijkijzer, kookbenodigdheden, wasrek etc). De tuin was mooi en het contact met de host was goed & snelle reacties via whatsapp. Het bed was smal en kort (140×190?cm) en bij binnenkomst lagen haren in het appartement. Het was verder misschien wel schoon, maar wat verouderd. Ondanks dat gevraagd werd of het appartement tussentijds in de ochtend gepoetst mocht worden en wij hierop aangaven dat dit tussen 9 en 13u mogelijk was, belde de schoonmaakster om 13u aan. Ook vonden we het jammer dat de speeltuin 6 volledige dagen gesloten was wegens renovatie. Dit was één van onze motivaties om voor dit appartement te kiezen.

• Molly (9/5): Great value - The apartment was very clean and well kept. The pool was open and the gym and sauna were available to use too. Its basic but a great additional extra that we took advantage of. There were plenty of towels and extra pillows provided. As well as shower wash. It had everything we needed. Carlos was very kind and helpful, and provided lots of local and transport information. There's a bus that takes you right into the centre for Alicante within 30 minutes. And the tram is a 30 minute walk away. Its great value for money if you dont mind being a bit further out of town. There are lots of nice walks nearby. Unfortunately there was a party nearby that kept us awake one night. But I was told this isn't usual. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for me, but I managed. I wouldn't personally want to sleep on it longer than a couple of nights.

We loved how it was never busy and the residential area is quiet but close to the amenities you need. • Elena (10/5): Erholsamer Aufenthalt und ausgezeichneter Host - Wir waren eine Woche lang in einem der 13 Apartments und haben uns bereits vor Anreise gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Carlos, der host, hat schon einige Tage vorher mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und uns Tipps und Infos rund um unseren Aufenthalt zukommen lassen. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war er stets für alle Fragen und Anliegen verfügbar. Super Leistung! Danke dafür! Wir hatten kein Auto sind mit 3 Kids super zu Fuß und mit dem Bus zurecht gekommen. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strand gut erreichbar. Ruhige Gegend. Super zum Erholen. Palmengarten traumhaft. Super Pool - allerdings im April sehr kalt. Wenn der beheizt wäre, wäre es noch besser. Pool sehr kalt im April aber die Kinder haben ihn trotzdem geliebt.

• Carlos (9/5): Una elección fenomenal para desconectar y descansar en Alicante. - Entorno precioso rodeado de naturaleza y con buenas instalaciones. La ubicación es muy comoda para aparcar y entrar y salir. El anfitrión muy atento. Tal vez necesite alguna pequeña reforma al estar obsoletas las habitaciones, pero muy cómodas y limpias.

Aunque ya contábamos con ello, lo cierto es que el coche se hace imprescindible para ir al centro o a la playa de forma rápida. El gimnasio requiere actualizacion.

Zwembad en jacuzzi aanwezig. Parkeren in garage mogelijk, naast gratis parkeren in de straat supermarkt op 500 meter mooie uitvalsbasis naar Altea/Xabia en Elx/Elche (bijzondere palmentuin) in een gebied waar 300.000 palmen staan huurfietsen ware niet duur (5 euro) per dag, maar wel gedateerd.

Washing machine, dishwasher, full size fridge were in a lot of use!

• Eva (10/5): Overall a great experience! - Beautiful place to spend a holiday. Love that it’s gated and secure. Jacuzzi was a great plus, although it stopped working mid-holiday. Dishes in the room were dirty and I had to handwash them. There was a dishwasher but no dishwashing liquid. Soundproofing is a bit poor. But these are minor things.

It's super organized, with lots of greenery, and the security is excellent. The apartments are great; we felt right at home. Absolutely, we have nothing to say that we didn't like during our stay here.

La ducha tenía mucho moho y se salía el agua al ducharse.la papelera oxidada.mobiliario desgastado , estuvimos 7 días y desde el antepenúltimo día nos quedamos sin internet y televisión. No repetiría la experiencia!!!!!

• oldwatsonian (10/5): A very comfortable stay in an area which was quiet, peaceful and easily accessible to Alicante town. - The fact that Carlos met us at the gate and gave us a tour of the property. He also gave us a lot of info about the buses, trams etc. There were also instructions as to how to get to the local supermarket. A shopping trolley was there to borrow as well. We parked our car on the street outside the property and felt that the whole area was very safe. Everything in the apartment was well kept and clean. We were in apartment *5. There was nothing that we did not like. Carlos was available if we needed anything. He is an excellent host.
• Michał (10/5): Wyjątkowe miejsce na mapie Alicante. Mały raj :) - Przepiękny ogród, fantastyczny apartament na dachu z pięknym tarasem, darmowa dostępność basenu, siłowni, sauny, jakuzzi. Wszystko czyste i bardzo zadbane. Dużo ptaków, kotów, spokojna willowa okolica, darmowe parkingi na ulicy. Świetny kontakt z obsługą. Płatny parking w obiekcie. Przy darmowej całej reszcie atrakcji - to trudne do zrozumienia.

• Verena (10/5): Großartige Suite! - Die Suite war wirklich fantastisch. Mit der großen Dachterrasse wirkte das Apartment sehr luxuriös. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war toll. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, um selbst zu kochen, zu viert zu essen und gemütlich zu schlafen. Auch das Fitnessstudio, die Sauna und der Whirlpool waren sehr gut. Es war kein Problem, auf der Straße einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu finden. Bei warmem Wetter hätten wir hier sehr gern 2 Wochen verbracht. Nur das Wetter, aber das ist wohl leider außerhalb der Kontrolle der Vermieter…

• Monserrat (10/5): - Nuestra estancia fue excelente 👌 grupo familiar de 3 el apartamento muy lindo con todo lo necesario súper completo, las camas muy comodas para descansar además habia mercados muy cerca para hacer las compras! El uso del jacuzzi estupendo el hombre del mantenimiento del lugar nos explicó todo muy amable. Sin duda que nos toque volver por alicante paramos aqui.

• Raymond (10/5): Very comfortable stay but a bit isolated. - The property is excellent and well maintained. The apartments are really good quality and very comfortable.. The gardens are beautiful with a huge selection of palm trees from around the world. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Carlos in particular was always available. The property is excellent and in a lovely residential area but it is a bit isolated. There is no restaurant or bar at the property. We did not have a car and, at our age and physical condition, my wife and I found it quite a long way to get to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants. For younger adults it would probably not be a problem.

• Borisova (9/5): Wonderful place - Great place to stay with family. Lovely host and apartments had everything we needed. Very good location if you hire a car - 20min from airport, 10min from city centre. Beautiful palm garden and wonderful to have a secluded play area for children. We couldn't use all the facilities as the pool was too cold and hot tub was out of order during the our stay

• Olga (9/5): - Clean and comfortable flat, a bit away from city center, but easily accessible by bus or uber.
• Paul (6/5): - The staff were very cooperative and pleasant. The pool area was beautiful. Barking dogs in the area all night long and in the small hours. We were moved to a quiter room after 2 nights but could still hear them a little. We had ant infestations 3 or 4 times, but the staff were great in irradicating them. Think there was a gym above us with no time restrictions of use, I believe? I paid in GBP but was charged over 100 euros more because of the exchange rate they gave. Pay in euros is my advice, I did complain about this. I heard nothing as yet. We stayed 11 nights.
• Elīna Vēliņa (10/5): Great stay! - Great place! There are everything you need. Well equipped kitchen. Palm trees and garden was amazing. Quiet surroundings, only 10minutes away by car excellent beach with white sand and car parking for free. We loved it! And host was great, answered all questions. Place with the soul.

• Jasmin (8/5): - Ruhige Anlage, Kommunikation mit Betreibern sehr gut, Spielbereich für Kinder Das Schlafsofa quietscht leider schon sehr. Der Pool war sehr kalt (für die Außentemperatur Ende Oktober nicht mehr geeignet), der Whirlpool ist erst ab November nutzbar
