• Alana (10/5): Wonderful villa for our stay. - Amazing villa for our stay. Bedrooms were very spacious, pretty, and modern! Very clean property in an ideal location. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Plenty of bottles of water left in the fridge for all guests was a lovely touch. The pool was great - very big and clean. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Nothing :)
• Keven on Earth (10/5): Peaceful oasis in an otherwise noisy town - The place is really quiet and beautiful. The pool was very nice and it was comfortable to stay in the room. We managed to cook a bit of food and lounged on our patio, listening to the birds drinking coffee in the morning. It was a peaceful place. Three cats also visited us in the morning, wanting to be petted. We met a few of the other guests; everyone (including staff) was respectful and polite. They offered to clean the room everyday, though we only asked for water bottles (4 per day), which were readily provided. Overall a great experience! The beds were hard, but overall not too bad. Could use a soft layer like we've seen in other places. Around 20 minutes from the beach, but we walked there everyday without issue. There are ants in the cupboards, but we washed everything before use anyway. We kept all open food in the fridge and kept it at minimum.
• Liam (9/5): Great apartment in Koh Samui which was value for money, would recommend especially for travellers who would like a break - The apartment was large with the combined living room and kitchen area which had amenities like fridge/freezer and dining table. The bedroom was big too with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning. It was also nice to have the option of sitting on the balcony which had some sun loungers. It was very clean and fresh towels and bottles of water were provided each day. It was only a short walk from the apartment to central areas for restaurants, cafes, bars etc. and there was a washing facility around the corner on the main road which was helpful. We had already booked tours but staff can help arrange them if needed. Only slight issue was the location since it is a little hidden off a main road, some drivers found it difficult to locate when being picked up for tours etc.

• Ivo (5/5): Enjoyable but at times frustrating - Facilities were nice The photos of the property are photos for 3+ separate villas. The photos primarily show the largest shared villa, but give the impression of private stay in this villa. We were in a different building, which was not communicated before arriving. Additionally there is a charge for the electricity consumed in the villa, which is noted on the listing but you can easily book this without it being shown to you at checkout (as we did). It isn't incredibly expensive, although when we paid for the electricity charge at the end of our stay, the person checking us out made a "mistake" in calculation, misreading a clear 4 for a 1 and trying to charge another 2-3000 baht, which was very frustrating.

• Michael (7/5): Had a pleasant stay and reasonable value for money. - Clean, good size rooms, nice pool area and friendly staff! Pavements around property made it difficult to navigate quite dangerous at times. Beds were uncomfortable, furnishings were dated. We also found the photos on booking.com slightly misleading as us and another group thought that we were getting a house each and not somebody banging around above us.

• Kelley (8/5): A wonderful family holiday. - Was a great size for our family, we had a lovely time. The pool was very welcoming. Could maybe do with a towel rail in the pool room. Had to drape towels over the chairs. Toilet roll wasn’t supplied too frequently, which isn’t helpful when you have upset tummies! 😆
• Jo (7/5): Good - We hired both the villa and a couple of appartments. The appartments were very updated. One of the staff went out of her waybto return some shampoo that was left behind The villa needed some updates and the airconditioner in main room did not work very well. Sadly my main issue was not the villa but a night club on the next corner that starts very late and plays doof doof music to 6 am and beyond. Friday and Saturday not was very loud.

Would not stay again and cannot recommend this place to others. - Breath-taking views and far away from all the hustle and bustle of the main strip, but everything is extremely accessible and less than a 10 minute walk from all the liveliness. Apartment was clean and tidy and the Air-conditioning is exceptional Communication with the hosts was poor. It is managed remotely so any issues cannot be addressed in person, but only via telephone. There were many instances where I would ask for something, was told that my request was actioned as the management company were told by their staff it was where in reality it was not. Daily housekeeping does not include weekends!! It was okay, but would not stay again. Many hidden surprises which were not expecting were present. Example - the advert stated there was laundry facilities available, what the advert failed to mention is that it is not self service, but making direct payments with the staff onsite

• Melissa (8/5): Great villa, read the fine print. - The staff were lovely and discreet when cleaning around the villa. The private pool was great and the air-conditioning and WiFi were great additions. The rooms were clean and we agreed on the cleaning frequency with the staff. There is no inside dining area, the oven didn't work well and we couldn't light the stove easily. We wanted to hire a private chef but couldn't with no dining space and limited cooking facilities. In the evening we could hear loud music all night, even though we were away from the main strip. I also didn't like having to pay additional for the electricity use. Cash only on departure.

Outside was not clean and would need some gardening. Also, just buy new sun beds instead of having dirty old ones. What is needed is just some TLC.

• Debkg (10/5): A relaxing stay - The location was perfect for us, as stayed 30 days. We were short walk to restaurants, Central shopping area and Chaweng beach. Also the lake, we loved having a walk around every morning. The apartment was well equipped with cooking equipment, a single induction hotplate. Also a big fridge & small freezer We were able to visit the markets & cook some nice meals in. There is a dining table for 4. The living room was a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table & TV mounted on the wall. The Internet was good reception, except hit & miss in the bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Also storage for clothing. The bathroom spacious, shower good pressure & plenty of hot water. The balcony had a nice view over the lake & pool area. There comfortable sun loungers by the pool, always clean. An 2 large umbrellas. You do need transport to visit the whole island. Nothing.

Just on the outskirts of town so quiet when you want to be but just 10 minutes from all the bars and restaurants, thanks guys see you soon
• Imani (5/5): Get the villa, not the apartment - I liked it’s convenient location to everything near Chaweng and more. There was a horrible mold and mildew smell from the air conditioner in one of the rooms. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling where it looked like mold had broken through and was creeping down the walls. It did not smell great but the living room was fine and so was the other bedroom. Also one of the towels smelled like it had not been washed.

The location was about 10 minutes walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. It would be perfect for families, pool was lovely but we didn't use it. The property was a little hard to find initially but this could have been due to our taxi driver.

Bir otel odasında 2 kişi kalmaktansa böyle birde kalmanızı tavsiye ederim.. Tek sorun birazcık merkeze uzak ama onuda motor kiralayarak hallettik.. Merkez motorla 5 dk mesafede. • Verified traveler (2/5): - Horrible location would let my dog stay here. Nothing was good here. They even had a giant lizard lurking around. No good restaurants near by, has one good club but that is around about it. If you stay in Chawang stay near the beach. We left before our stay was finished and went to another hotel Dara Samui. Dara Samui is beautiful, would definitely recommend it.
• Jason828 (6/5): Decent apartment - Had a fairly good 3 nights here, my apartment was clean but seemed bit too dim and not enough sunlight gets in room. Also appeared a bit dated and could do with a make over. Beds comfortable enough . Wifi very good. Staff very helpful with any needs you require. Only few minutes walk to get to main part of chaweng. Would stay there again but only if a bit cheaper but was good enough for my needs on this occasion.

The is at a 10-15 min walk from the mall and all the attractions; it is a good mix if you want to relax and go out as well. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a great time there!!
• YIYI (8/5): - 酒店位置距离购物中心 吃喝玩乐的比较近，步行15分钟左右即可到达。但是位置不是很好找，需要找人带路进去的。老板是外国人，很亲民，不过因为是酒店式公寓，所以不要想成有四五星级酒店这样的待遇，网速还是很好的，有需求可以找老板。

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Простой и недорогой отель в районе Чавенг. Находится недалеко от озера в тихом месте. В 10 минутах ходьбы есть ТЦ Централ Фестиваль, вокруг много кафешек. До пляжа около 15 минут ходьбы. Очень порадовало, что комаров не было (озеро рядом и много зелени). Из плюсов - хороший напор горячей воды, просторный номер Blue, отзывчивые ребята-менеджеры. Из минусов - все достаточно старенькое, а в последний день у нас потёк кондиционер, прямо на рюкзак с вещами.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent apartments near city center - Excelelent apartments for short or long stay. Please note that it is not hotel but apartments for rent so it has 2 bedrooms separate kitchen, balconies, living room etc - living as at your own place. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. You also can rent a bike or order food into your place just ask Andrers the manager.
• Eric (10/5): Value for money - We stayed at the Chaweng Lakeview Residence for 4 nights. Location wise, it's about 15mins walk from the beach. Price wise, it will be very difficult to match the price offered by this accomodation. And the duty manager, Andreas, was extremely helpful, polite and accomodative to our requests. I would definately come here again
• Beatrice (8/5): Toppen - Ett simpelt lägenhets hotell med fina lägenheter och suverän service, otroligt hjälpsamma ägare. Ett väldigt litet ställe men mysigt, läget kunde varit bättre, men heller inget som jag hakade upp mig på länge. Jag rekommenderar detta ställe om du vill bo billigt och mysigt.
