• Andrea (5/5): Für eine Nacht passabel, für länger leider nicht. - An sich kein schlechtes Hotel. Die Lage ist gut, das Personal ist nett. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr abgenutzt und es war in beiden Zimmern nicht richtig sauber. In einem Zimmer war sogar die Fensterscheibe gesprungen und es hat nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Trotz Beschwerde gab es keine Alternative oder ein Entgegenkommen. Für diesen Standard ist das Hotel zu teuer.

• Sharon (8/5): Perfecte uitvalbasis Disney - Locatie voor Disney is perfect, drie metro-haltes tot het par a €5,- per dag. Nette, kleine maar comfortabele kamer. Dagelijks schone handdoeken (niet eens om gevraagd), heel goede douche! Goed bereikbaar met auto. Parkeren gratis, wel even checken bij vertrek of je een parkeerticket hebt gehad of je moet melden aan de uitrij-paal. Ontbijt €13,- pp/pd en voorzien van alles; yoghurt, muesli’s, vers fruit, diverse brood en beleg. Goede prijs voor het ontbijt. In de straat achter het hotel oa diverse horeca gelegenheden voor diner en kleine Spar supermarkt. Kamer had beter schoongemaakt mogen worden, koffiekringen op kastje nog zichtbaar. Personeel spreekt slecht/nauwelijks Engels.

Perfetto per arrivare a disneyland 3 fermate di RER Personale gentile e disponibile La stanza era piuttosto piccina e non c'era posto per le valigie( le abbiamo sdraiate in terra) ma per il resto era Ok

• Kristhofer (7/5): Pros y cons - Ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos caminando del metro, 14 minutos de disneyland en metro y a 55 minutos del centro de paris en metro. El Aire Acondicionado no funcionaba. Nos toco en la habitación del 3er piso, debido a que no había AC tuvimos que abrir la ventana, afuera del hotel había mucho ruido de gente y de autos (acelerando el motor y tocando el claxon); tuvimos dificultades para conciliar el sueño.

• Vandeville (6/5): Court, intense mais pas reposante à l’hôtel. - La propreté, la proximité de la gare RER et des restaurants commerces. Le fait de ne pas avoir de climatisation alors qu’il fait 27 degrés dans la chambre, et qu’on me dise qu’il est impossible de l’activer pour des raisons d’économies, est inacceptable, d’autant plus que lors de la réservation il était bien indiqué que la chambre était climatisée. De ce fait, je suis contraint de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, mais cela est rendu impossible par des individus qui font des rodéos urbains sous les fenêtres jusqu’à 3h du matin, provoquant un bruit incessant et empêchant tout repos convenable.

• Ikrame (1/5): Pas satisfait du tout - J’ai pas apprécié que le personnel ne répondent jamais au message, aussi le de me faire payer un supplément en plus des taxes, pour que après je me retrouve avec une literie complètement inconfortable et inadapté, je m’attendais à un lit double comme c’était indiqué, je me retrouve avec deux matelas collé et non asymétrique, un matelas plus haut que l’autre, du coup impossible de retrouver le confort d’un vrai matelas et impossible de dormir en plus j’avais hyper mal au dors le lendemain.

Après notre enregistrement, une des cartes ne fonctionnant pas, nous avons dû redescendre à la réception pour réactiver la carte. En remontant, nous avons découvert une chambre non préparée, les poubelles pleines, les lits non faits. Nous sommes redescendus à la réception qui nous a attribué une autre chambre. * Dans la 2e chambre, il y avait une bouilloire non nettoyée et des tasses déjà utilisées que nous avons rapportées à la réception. Nous n'avons pas eu d'autres tasses ni de quoi préparer un thé ou un café dans cette chambre. * Le parking, ce weekend était chaotique! Nous avons dû tourner plus de 20 minutes pour trouver une place pour nous garer. * La vue depuis les chambres sur une espèce d'auvent jonché de centaines de mégots...

• Anabela PF (7/5): Confortável - Pequeno-almoço bem equilibrado e com o suficiente para estar um bom período sem fome. A localização era boa para os dias em que nos deslocámos à Disneyland Paris. A Internet não funcionava nada bem e estive de estar constantemente a gastar dados móveis, o que não é nada agradável para trabalhar no quarto. O quarto não tinha mini frigorifico como costuma haver em quartos de hotel.

• carine (6/5): - L'hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel est accueillant et la chambre est propre. Il a fait très chaud dans la chambre (30 degrés). Il etait impossible de mettre la climatisation même en demandant a l'accueil. (apparemment c'est une décision de la directrice) du coup on a été obligés d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour obtenir un peu d'air et profiter du bruit ambiant....

• Erik (8/5): - De locatie is top. 10 minuten met trein naar Disneyland en 30 minuten naar centrum Parijs. Ontbijt is ook lekker en het personeel heel vriendelijk. Parkeerplaats bij hotel is ook prima en veilig voor de auto. Hotel ligt tussen eettentjes en ‘s avonds is het druk omdat er veel mensen naar de bioscoop gaan. Veilig gevoel. Het enige wat minder was zat hem in het feit dat de airco niet werkte in het hotel. Was best warm daardoor.

Petit déjeuner médiocre, café imbuvable malheureusement.La baguette coupée à l’avance est sèche, pas de goût pour fromage et charcuterie et pas de légumes ( même juste tomate et concombre).

• Deborah (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel perchè è comodo per la posizione in quanto siamo andati al parco Disneyland, posizione strategica in quanto servita da tutti i negozi e grandissimo centro commerciale. L'unica pecca è che i cuscini sono piccoli e faticano a reperirli se vengono chiesti cuscini in più, poi un'altro aspetto negativo è che se non chiedi la carta igienica tendono a lasciare quella iniziata e non riforniscono quella nuova. Per il resto il soggiorno è stato ottimo. Da migliorare il servizio di fornitura nelle camere in quanto non abbiamo ricevuto la carta igienica nonostante avessero visto che nel bagno era presente sono quella iniziata e non la scorta!!!

L'impossibilité de bouger la bouilloire à cause du fait qu'elle est attachée entièrement mais je suppose qu'il faut blâmer les voleurs pour ça.

• Marie (8/5): - Un hôtel très bien placé à 5min à pieds de la gare RER de Torcy, proche des parcs Disneyland. Moderne, propre et chambre bien équipée pour deux personnes. Le personnel à l'accueil est très chaleureureux et sympathique, nous avons pu laissé nos bagages à la bagagerie gratuitement dès le matin. Les coussins sont trop fins et durs notamment pour des personnes avec des problèmes de cervicales. Il faudrait de coussins plus gros et moelleux et 2 par personne.

• Ryan (8/5): - Location to Disney Paris was fantastic for the money! Very comfortable room, clean, and staff were friendly and spoke English well. Car park barrier was a tad confusing as it is free. I was charged €4 on exit and had to press help to advise I was staying at the hotel

• Deborah (8/5): Posizione ottima! - Posizionato in un punto strategico per noi che lo abbiamo scelto per la vicinanza a Disneyland (3 fermate di rer). Vicino ad un sacco di ristoranti di tutte le tipologie. Personale molto disponibile e colazione con ampia scelta. La camera era veramente piccina, bagno non finestrato e non aveva neanche una ventilazione interna per gli odori.
