• Joya (7/5): Great value nice stay next to Hokkaido University - Very good. Convenient to Hokkaido University and walkable to more points of interest. Cabs everywhere too. Clean. Room had what was needed and tub was deep! The heat and AC things seemed labeled backwards, but the staff came up and helped us. There was one fellow I suspect we might have annoyed with our clueless Americanness but he was impeccably polite and helpful, so I go with excellent staff. Not the amenities of some bigger hotels, but that was fine.

• Rie (5/5): 充分満足 - 急な滞在でよく調べずに、雪で歩きにくい歩道を札幌駅から歩いてしまい大変でしたが、コンビニも地下鉄入口もすぐ近くにあり、翌日チェックアウト後の行動はスムーズでした。ベッドの寝心地がとても良かったです。

• Kazuhide (7/5): ビジネスホテルとして良い方だと思います - ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーが良かったです。コーヒー好きな自分には有り難いサービスでした。 部屋の清掃（特に水回り）がしっかりされているのも高評価です。 部屋に電子レンジがあるので、すぐそばのコンビニで夜食を仕入れて楽しんでいました。 北大病院の目の前なので、夜に救急車のサイレンが気になる方がいるかも知れません。 （寒冷地仕様の窓なので音が通りにくく、ほぼ気にならない程度に抑えられていますが） ススキノのような繁華街からは離れているので、夜に飲み歩きたい方には辛い所ですね。

• Jovita_star (8/5): Spacious Hotel, Outdated Practices - I was pleasantly surprised that the room was very spacious for Sapporo standards. It was definitely an enjoyable and comfortable stay. A microwave is available in every room, so we didn't have to go to the common spaces to use one. The location was good, just a short walk away from the Junijo subway station. It's actually a walkable distance from the Sapporo JR station, but we didn't test it out due to the wintry roads. A free breakfast was included in our stay as part of the Genius bonus and we saw that it was buffet-style on the hotel's official website. However, we were shocked when we were served Japanese-styled set breakfasts. We're not comfortable with traditional Japanese food like natto and tofu-based dishes, so we had a very difficult time trying to clean our plates while battling the nausea. To make things worse, we had booked three nights at this hotel. If we had known, we would have sent a message prior to our stay to turn down the breakfast offer. On our second day, we were heading out of the hotel doors to catch the train when we were stopped by an elderly male staff and asked to leave our room key at the front desk. The staff member on duty had not done this yesterday, so we were genuinely confused and apprehensive. There were also no instructions or guidelines asking us to do so either. We did as we were told, though, but left feeling very odd and unpleasant. Eventually, after some online research, we realized that this was an oudated practice from pre-90s when room keys were actually keys and not cards and to prevent loss or theft, the hotel would simply ask their guests to leave the key at the front desk for safe-keeping. Well, our room key was really a key, and we are both Gen Z, so we had no idea about this practice. We would have appreciated it much more if there was a notice beforehand and if the staff members had been more consistent in carrying out this practice.
• Maraike (5/5): A bit more attention to details would be appreciated - It is a good location and there are konbinis and the station close to the hotel. It is in front of a university, so the view is not bad either. The place itself was all right. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly when I arrived (and it remained this way), the height difference between bathroom and the rest is very huge and the wooden floor lets you slide easily. So it is somewhat dangerous in my opinion. Brush and toothbrush were removed after using them once, however as we were supposed to get new ones in the lobby, it was annoying to notice that no ones were left when checking. Then they shouldnt be removed in the first place.

• Po-Feng (8/5): CP值不錯的飯店 - 北海道大學旁,每天早晨看向北海道大學,確認天氣狀況,風景滿好的. 附近滿多商店,所以買吃得很方便.交通算OK,願意走路的話,從車站走過來也不會太久,房間乾淨且不小(單人房),該有的設備都有,大廳還提供咖啡(咖啡機),每天早上一杯咖啡是件美好的事. 唯一缺點是我的房內收不到wifi訊號(6F),所以徵求同意後,晚上休息時間會到1F/2F用一下wifi,上網不是旅行的重點,所以不是太在意.

• nakamo (4/5): 安い普通のホテル - スタッフとは最初の鍵の受け渡しくらいで、普通の対応。 ホテルには大浴場はなく、受付時に渡される入浴剤を入れて部屋で入る。 今回は2泊したのだが、アメニティを渡されるのは最初の一回だけだった。ので、2日目の夜のお風呂は入浴剤や耳かきなどは用意されてなかった。歯ブラシやコップも基本的に2日連続で使うスタンス。 個人的には許容範囲内なのだが、他の安いホテルでも一日毎に新しいのに取り替えたり洗浄があるので、そこらへんがちょっと違うというのをお伝えしておきます。 立地については、雪道で札幌駅から徒歩15分は大変だった。子供連れで冬に行かれるならタクシーやバスを利用するか、札幌駅に近い他のホテルをおすすめします。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 北大・札駅周辺観光向け - 3泊利用しました。 札幌駅まで徒歩10分くらいで北大13条門が目の前なので 構内を北にも南にも行くのにはいいポジションだと思います。 リーズナブルな値段ですがサービスは十分でした。 ベッドの大きさも問題ないです。 ただ、バス・トイレに入るところに少々高めの段差があり、場合によっては多少の不自由を感じるかもしれないです（踏み台の貸し出しあり）。もともと学生向けの賃貸マンションだったのをホテル向けに改装したのではないかと思いました。
• N. (8/5): 北大の目の前 - 駅からはやや遠いですが、値段以上の満足が得られたホテルです。 ホテルスタッフはとても丁寧で気持ちが良く、シングル部屋でしたがベットも広く、椅子は背もたれが高くゆっくり座れるタイプ、室内には電子レンジや空気清浄機も完備していて、居心地が良かったです。 長期滞在にお薦めします。

• Roger Shih (10/5): A nice and peaceful place to stay. - I have stayed the hotel for 3 days. Some of clerks in the hotel speak awesome English and willing to help guests. The room is very very clean although it's surely a little small but the price is worth for a single traveler like me. The only cons for the hotel is breakfast is not as 'luxurious' as other pricey hotels. However there is a lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. This hotel is a good place for exploring the Sapporo. 5 stars !

• サトちゃん (8/5): 小ぢんまりとしたホテル - ３泊利用しました。従業員のサービスは丁寧。朝食の食堂も種類は決して豊富とは言えないけれど、静かで落ち着いていています。どこかのチェーンホテルのようにロビーでの渋滞バイキングというような忙しさもなく、４日間共くつろげました。欠点といえば、札幌駅から歩くと約１０分程度かかるという事位でしょうか。でも、その反面静かだと言うことで、どちらを選択するかは人それぞれと思います。
• Verified traveler (8/5): 가성비 좋은 호텔 - 홋카이도 대학 치대 바로 앞입니다. 주위는 주택가라서 새벽에 불도저로 눈 치우는 소리 말고는 조용합니다. 삿포로 역에서 몇 블럭 걸어가야 하는데, 겨울에 눈이 쌓인 상태에선 캐리어 끌고 가는 게 좀 힘들 수도 있습니다. 이 경우 삿포로역에서 남북선을 타고 북12죠 지하철역에서 내리면 한 블럭 앞까지 옵니다. 시설은 살짝 낡은 티가 납니다만 관리도 잘 되어 있고 서비스도 좋습니다. 프론트의 한 노신사분이 친절하고 영어도 잘 하시더군요. 객실과 식당 외엔 부대시설이랄만한 게 없으니 온천욕 등을 원한다면 나가서 알아봐야 합니다.
• The Postman (10/5): Soft beds and quiet neighborhood - It's a bit old, yes, but that's the only detriment. Bed was one of the softest I've slept on in Asia, the hotel is right around the corner from Kita 12-jo subway station (on the same line as Sapporo Station, Odori Park and Susukino) and the staff is helpful and friendly. My room was VERY reasonably priced and I had quite the comfy stay.
• yina (10/5): 아주 맘에 들어요~! - 훗카이도대학 옆이어서 위치적으로는 삿포로역과 거리가 있지만 훗카이도대학이 목적이시거나 좀 거리가 있지만 싼 가격에 쾌적하게 머무실 분들은 좋습니다. 창문너머로 춧카이도대학이 보이고요 횡단보도 한개만 바로 앞에서 건너면 훗카이도대학입니다. 옆으로는 세븐일레븐이 있습니다. 그리고 같은 건물에 라면집도 있습니다. 삿포로역에서 클라크호텔까지 걸을때 으슥한 길은 아닙니다. ^^ 넓은 도로라 차가 많이 다닙니다. 3박4일간 감사합니다~
• Winsome (10/5): - 原本認為價錢這樣便宜 不敢期待太高 但實際住過發現十分理想 單人房亦有齊需要的東西 甚至連微波爐也有 雖然距離札幌站算遠 但距離最近的地下鐵站都只需要數分鐘路程 而且對面已是北海道大學 其實都十分方便 下次再有機會到札幌旅行會再選擇這間！
