- Ricardo (1/5): I didn't want to be poisoned with pesticides. Ended up sleeping in my car. - The room smells like chemicals. I don't know if that was some kind of (very) cheap perfume they used or the room had just been sprayed with pesticides, probably the later. I couldn't ventilate the room.
I asked the staff if they sprayed my room recently, they didn't understand enough English to answer my question.
After a few minute in the room, I decided to sleep in my car because I didn't want to be poisoned. It was too late already to find another hotel.

Beautiful family working the front desk.

- Jeff (6/5): - Quick and quiet.
- Robert (2/5): - Avoid staying at this place at all cost! It’s terrible!
We reserved a room via Expedia, but upon arrival, they didn’t have our reservation. When we called regarding our reservation, the owner’s wife answered the phone without asking for my name or anything. She literally disregarded my concerns, said she would call back and never did. Since we arrived late at night, and the hotels nearby were all sold out, we chose to stay at this motel.
Con:
1) The pictures of the rooms, towels, and soaps were all misleading! They use pictures of 4-5 stars hotel instead of using the actual photos of the place.
2) There are some long-term residents there, and we didn’t feel safe, so we took 100% of our belongings with us when we left the motel for the day.
3) There was no housekeeping services. The motel room we received was incredibly dirty and very old. The bathroom was so nasty! The shower curtain had molds, some soap scrums, and the black marks on it. The tub itself had some red residue on it, which I wasn’t sure what that was.
4) When we went to the office to request more body wash, the owner’s wife gave us a bunch of excuses and didn’t give us anything upon our request, so we had to drive to gas station to buy some soap and shampoo! It’s ridiculous.
5) The bed has two flat pillows and it was incredibly hard to sleep on. It has bed bugs, and I got bitten by it. I couldn’t fall asleep because I was being eaten alive!
6) This motel should have cost $20 a night for what it is!
- Tara (2/5): Couldn’t do it. - I left after 15min due to sketchy neighbors, smell and condition.
Sketchy due to the long term residents. It appears the majority of rooms are long term locals. Had one come out a few doors down from me who was ranting and walking the parking lot with a beer in hand approaching cars.
Door handle was loose although the deadbolt seemed ok. Room had a stale funky smell to it. Comforter was a cheap household comforter in a dark color and could see stains in several spots.
I didn’t feel safe or comfortable here, left very quickly and got a room in Omak.
- Jediah (5/5): Passable - This was much better than I expected. Don’t get me wrong, it is a bottom tier motel. With a very low proce. For that price, I was expecting very little. And I got more than I expected. Other reviews underrate the experience.
- Tom (7/5): Good -
- Eric (2/5): - Was sketchy as hell We paid and didn't even stay. That's how bad it was
- inocente (2/5): - Very dirty,
Smelled of cigarettes in nonsmoking room, flat bed and pillows. Stains on doors and walls.
- Flora (10/5): Very clean very comfortable enjoy the hot tub. Food was great thank you so much for comfortable trip. - Every thing It was great
- Chelsey (2/5): - Only good thing is the cat didnt get stolen from our vehicle. Their maintenance was using a circler saw and pounding until about 2am. Than some chiks show up in a hoopty reving it next to our room and yelling. Room smelt like piss. Everything sticky. Forced air heater didnt work just the base board in the other room. Also, i got lice.
- Normand (1/5): We will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone - No breakfast Dirty
- Yvonne (8/5): - Price was ok but didn't mentioned we're elders n my husband a veteran. Could have better shower
- Andy (2/5): - Very poor
- Deborah (2/5): - Dirty and spiders
- Robert (10/5): - Very clean
- Rod (8/5): - For the price it was great, scheduled a two bed and received a call day before that it was unavailable but did get us two single rooms for discounted price. Overall experience was good.
- Mason (2/5): - It was convenient I got in at 930 pm and they got me checked in quick. Room was rundown, dirty and smelly.
- Ian (4/5): - Smelled like cat urine and wifi and water worked working for 1 day!
- Bernadette (2/5): Dismal - Nothing Just about everything, Linen and towels were thin. Lighting was harsh. The floor was not clean.
- Tracy (6/5): - Was not what i expected when booking. Most likely won't stay again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Absolutely do not stay here - It was horrid. We did not stay, the room was scary. The fridge leaked, no hot water, the shower had mold. The light switch covers hanging off the wall. To top it all the sheets were dirty and yes there were bed bugs.
- Ellen (8/5): - If you are looking for something fancy this isn't for you. It is an older motel but clean and quiet and the owners are very nice. the beds were comfortable and some units have a kitchenette in them, they have air conditioning that works great.
- Ellen (8/5): - older motel but clean and comfortable, nothing fancy
- Gary (2/5): - Unfortunately the motel is a state of bad repair. The unit had the potential to be good, but ther is a severe lack of maintenance. The tv did not work and I went to the office three times asking for help. When I came back to the room the tv was on, but I had to unplug it to turn off. Then it would not turn back on. So I was unable to watch for two and a half days of the 3 day rental. Even though the cost was reasonable I did not get a decent room
- Christina (6/5): - I liked the staff but they overcharged us so i had to fix that.
- Thomas (4/5): - People can sit in chairs provide outside their room to smoke, and the smoke goes into the air conditioning system and into non smoking rooms. Many things are coming off walls....tiles, soap dishes, .... I will not stay in this motel again.
- David (5/5): We got there after a very long and hot day on our motorcycle. Had to go ask for shampoo and other bathroom accessories. - Good location Wasn’t just a motel. It had permanent residents.
- Ellen (8/5): - The owners were very nice, there was not much for restaurants, in area. the room was clean, the bed was very hard, and had only 2 flat pillows.
it was very quiet and had a good air conditioner.
- Marianne (3/5): This property is basic and old. Attempts have been made to improve aspects of the room. Otherwise it would be totally un - Excellent wifi.
Clean sheets.
Hot water. HARD BEDS. Room had a nasty smell. Pillows were dreadful but when we asked for 2 additional pillows we got them.
- Lori (6/5): - Looked unkept
- Troy (6/5): Really affordable but not very inviting place when arriving - AC It was hard to lounge in the space without any chairs to watch TV. Poor use of furniture to leave electronic devices to charge and have access to while sleeping.
- Don (10/5): Hidden Jem - Wonderful old motel off the main road. Well lighted and safe. Excellent staff.
- Sampson (5/5): Passable -
- Bicknell (1/5): Bad -
- Kayla (2/5): - The room was very disgusting as soon as we walked into the room we were hit with a very strong mold smell and they are currently having a very bad problem with bed bugs, that was not disclosed to us upon check in
- Pierce (1/5): Didn’t stay walked out before even getting to see the room bc the service was worst experience of my life - Nothing this place was a dump and didn’t even look like it was still open which it definitely should not be The staff were HORRIBLE first refusing us the room then once we asked for our money back told us we could have it if we put a $100 deposit down. So we said ok but we had already paid for the room and they tried to double charge us the cost of the room saying we didn’t pay online even though we did
- Scott (4/5): - Wasn’t paying for glamorous, but the walls were paper thin and the room smelled like cat pee. Bed was surprisingly comfortable
- Kimberly (1/5): gross - People were in and out of the parking lot all hours of the night room was nasty. The area around the motel was garbage every where all of it did not like nothing left and went to another motel because it was nasty
- Kimberly (2/5): - This property is very old, smells like cat urine. We went in three rooms finally finding one somewhat acceptable. They charged my husband credit card but we already paid for the room online. Not recommended
- Daniel (2/5): - The motel is in a depressed neighborhood surrounded in squalor, the few tenants are scalawags. I locked the door and wedged a chair against it, I didn't feel safe considering the sketchy guys roaming outside.
The room was filthy, cigarette burns and stains I could not identify. The shower head was crusty and the water dribbled out. The toilet did flush but the seat was loose
- Sharon (2/5): Very poor -
- Amanda (2/5): - Our room was not ready. When we got in the room, the sink was not working and there were parts and tools in the sink. We could not shower as there was no hot water and the lights consiantly flickered. Around midnight, we woke to our room flooding from the broken sink. All of our clothes were soaked and they did not get us a new room till the next day. Instead they lined our room with towels and received NO dry bedding. The next day they put us in another unfinished room. When we got in there they were hanging curtains as there were none and again the lights did not work. The rooms were not clean as there were dead bugs everywhere. I am happy to share pictures and videos if needed. I would like a refund.
- Tamy (7/5): Good -
- Eric (5/5): Passable -
- Sadie (3/5): Least expensive probably does not include most basics expected. - no bedside lamp for reading. ROOM HAD AN UNPLEASANT SMELL. . Closet (if one call it that). had only one hanger.
- Patrick (1/5): Don’t! - The owner was friendly, and the location was convenient. After returning my room after a late night event, I discovered that both beds were filthy. The situation was so bad that I abandoned my room, drove to another hotel and paid again for the same.
- Brett (1/5): Bad -
- Dronen (7/5): Good -
- Jose (4/5): - The bathroom walls were dirty and smell bad
- Thomas (3/5): Not recommended unless there is no more affordable alternative. - Gent at the desk was very nice and helpful, interesting conversationalist. Other staff and guests I encountered also very friendly.
Weird synthetic sheets and thin bedding were adequate for the air conditioned room. The room was atrocious. Tap handles in bath need to be removed and completely cleaned, and don’t turn the water completely off. Did not use the shower. No hand towels, so used one of the wash cloths. Great tile in sink area, but the rest of the assembly is painted C grade plywood.
Bed and night shelf only, no chair or desk or table. No hangers in closet. No lamp other than harsh overhead light.
Ceiling had me thinking “asbestos.”
This is a motel probably used to housing migrant laborers, who deserve better accommodations for feeding us. They likely don’t do a brisk enough business to afford serious refurbishment and then wouldn’t be as affordable. $57 does not buy a lot of quality just about anywhere in 2023, and it didn’t here either.
- James (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything
- Linda (2/5): - The place is a dump. Rooms smell bad. Looks like people live in some of the rooms. Not the place your average traveler would want to stay in.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Room 6 - The people in Room 6 was very disturbing and could not control their dogs! I couldn’t hardly get a good nights rest because of them!!!
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sebi (8/5): Very good -
- Ricardo (10/5): Exelente -
- Jackson (7/5): Good -
- Osiadacz (7/5): Good -
- Silvia (8/5): Wonderful - The room and the bed thank you
- Tanja (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mikel (3/5): Poor -
- Mary (2/5): - The overall condition of our property was sub-par to scarry. Most rooms were occupied by long term residents who appeared to be from a homeless camp. I unfortunately left gold earring on the dresser when we left for dinner. They were stolen when we came back. Children were playing in the driveway without supervision. The worst stay I've ever experienced with AARP or thru any agency. You've been warned.
- Emly (6/5): - No air conditioning :(
- Marko (6/5): Decent owner, bummer motel - The owner was nice enough to wait for me as I arrived late.
However, the condition of the motel left a lot to be desired.
Also, the tv did not work
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Motel is right by the road and looks creepy and beat up from the outside. I just needed a place to spend the night so didn’t really need a fancy hotel so I tried to settle with this $59 a night motel. What a waste of time. I arrived at the motel around 6pm and the office was closed. I didn’t even get a chance to check in. Wish Expedia will refund my money. We had to scramble and book something at another hotel. I paid almost twice as much but I was able to get some good service. I will not recommend this motel ever.
- Dianne (10/5): o title - older place, they have been improving the property. It was very clean, people who worked there were very nice, and I got a little business done. Good location.
- Oscar (10/5): eek - Had a great time and
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok - The staff was friendly but this was a much older motel that could use some renovation. But was fine for a one night stay.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The motel is in a very poor condition! The motel itself is falling apart! Bathroom sinks are rusty as well! It was a horrible 5 hrs stay!
- Nicholas (2/5): Worst Motel in the World - The room reeked of smoke. They had no smoke-free rooms as advertised and it was disgusting. I only stayed for 30 minutes while I booked another hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Just conveinent location..no frills..fair price..older quaint facilty
- Robert (4/5): - Very shop warn.
- Verified traveler (6/5): i don't recommend. - one of the beds was tilting, the mattress would tilt when I'd lay on the left side of the bed. shower was dirty. doors need to be cleaned there was dirt, like it needed to be wiped. shower was missing tub stopper, water would get cold while i was in the shower.
- Cheri (10/5): - It's an older motel but very clean. The people are very friendly and accommodating. Beds are comfortable. If you don't mind walking, the center of town is about a 10min. walk.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - From the outside the property wasn’t too bad but going into room was something else. Old, deteriorated, stove top filthy, curtains wouldn’t shut, window broken, counter for tv falling apart...I’d steer clear. They have people that live in trailers on property....I’m not sure what good I could say.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This was a Gross run down hotel. The non smoking room smelled like smoke.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Nothing it was not smoke free.. felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood
- Graham&Rose (8/5): - The owner was helpful & friendly (as was the resident cat!). The room was clean & comfortable, there was ample room for larger vehicles to park if needed. The location was alongside but set back a few feet from the road, so no traffic noise. Just a short walk to get to places to eat or have a drink, or simply enjoy the evening air in a very pleasant area. Friendly small town with pretty much all a traveller could want.
- Victor (2/5): No recommend - I will not recommend to anyone
- Dan (2/5): - The room smelled terrible; it appeared andsmelled as if the toilet had been used and not been flushed for quite awhile. Standing rancid water. Several flushes helped but the bowl was still filthy and slimy. Bathtub and shower area were filthy. Room looked like it had been freshly painted and the sheets were clean. It was the only vacancy in the area due to the Omak Stampede being held the same weekend and we booked it as a noncancellable; if we had seen it first we would have slept in our truck cab instead.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Dirty and dog smell in the room. Junkies living next to the room
- Paul (2/5): - The room smelled of sewer and stale cigarettes. Every time the air conditioner cycled (which was endless), it made enough noise to wake me up. I did not walk on the floor bare-footed because I wasn't sure it was clean. There was no strainer in the drain in the sink, and no way to plug it if you wanted a basin full of water. I actually inadvertently lost some coins down the drain as a result. The front of the bathroom cabinet was a slab of OSB. There were a couple of coffee packets the first day, but no more after that. I didn't trust that the sheets were clean, so I slept on top of the bed spread. Why did I stay here? Because it was the only vacancy in town, and I had a week's work to do. To their credit, the inn keeper was pleasant, and the maids did show up every day, though they apparently had no more coffee.
- Eric (8/5): Okanogan-Inexpensive stay, nice get what you pay 4 - The gentleman that checked us in was super nice. The room - you get what you pay for. It was super inexpensive bed, TV and shower. It's what I expected for the price and I was not disappointed. If I was looking for a low cost locations in this area again, I was choose this hotel. The lady at check out was super nice too.
- S (2/5): Frightening, Unsafe - Solo female traveller here. It was Stampede Weekend in Omak and the price for this last minute hotel was $200C per night. I picked up my key at 5PM. I did notice some things that were concerning - the long term residents, the sketchy kid on a bike cruising around the parking lot, the owner yelling at the sketchy kid on a bike, the terrible smell, the run down conditions. But I thought whatever I'm just lucky to get a room at the last minute. After I picked up my key I went back to Omak till 3AM. Came in, pulled open the covers, saw bugs, hairs, grey stains, yellow stains, cigarette burn. Slept in my car. Woke the on-site manager at 7AM. First he denied that I had slept in my car. Then he denied that there were bugs. I took him to the room and showed him and even with a bedbug scuttling across the sheet right in front of him he denied that there was anything. "It's nothing!" he kept yelling at me. I felt unsafe. I felt frightened to have been yelled at by the manager. The front desk staff offered me a different room but I did not feel safe from the bugs or the angry manager.
