We got upgraded to a bigger apartment due to the door hinges falling off - staff acted immediately and were able to put us in another unit without hesitation. The view of the beach is perfect. - Jeffery (9/5): Amazing stay: no better location in all of Byron; exceptional facilities; spacious accommodation. - Amazing property (Unit 13). Right opposite the beach. Within 5 minutes level walk to shops, grocery, restaurants, pubs.; yet very very quiet away from the street noise. Was great having a tennis court (with racquets and balls provided at no cost). And the AMAZING Manager Sandie looked after all of our needs. There were some comments that the property was looking a bit 'dated', but that certainly wasn't the case with number 13. More 'what could have been better' than 'didn't like': 1. The bedrooms could have had blockout blinds; and 2. They should consider big bottles of bodywash and soap (even if attached to the shower walls) rather than several small bottles - just from a plastics/environmental point-of-view. But that should not detract from what was an amazing amazing stay.

We love the location and the comfort level and cleanliness of the rooms. The Apartment is thoughtfully decorated and supplied with everything you would need in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. There were plenty of towels. The courtyard with access to the street is a bonus, and the hose to wash sandy feet is a godsend.

- Collette (8/5): Excellent Location - The location of the apartment building was excellent, the apartment was lovely and big, everything was very clean and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of our apartment within the building was on the hallway, right besdie the main entrance and close to the shared pool entrance. Because of this, it meant it could be quite noisy as we could hear people coming and going in the hallway. One night, it was particularly noisy with a group of apartments having a party in the shared pool area. This wasn't ideal when we were holidaying with our young daughter and was quite disappointing.

The shop was really crowded every time we went so obviously it was popular. The only problem was a tiny step when I went to the bathroom from the bedroom. I stubbed my big toe and it really hurt.

- Frans (7/5): Ideaal voor een strandvakantie in Byron Bay - De ligging is perfect. Je zit aan de boulevard op het hoofdstrand van Byron Bay. Wij sliepen in appartement 13 wat een balkon heeft waar je front row zit om de oceaan en surfers te bekijken. Ook alle restaurants en winkeltjes zitten heel dichtbij op loopafstand. Het zwembad en de ligbedden zijn net vernieuwd en zijn perfect en zeer comfortabel. Het gebouw is een beetje verouderd. Dit zie je vooral in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes (parkeergarage, lift, gangen). De appartementen worden wel goed schoongemaakt en zijn prima.

- Susan (8/5): well positioned apartment - Apartments are well located to access the town and shops and the beach ,all within walking distance. Great views over the sea. Well equiped kitchen , comfortable chairs in lounge , heated pool. 2 bathrooms. finding the dishwasher full of partly washed dishes , no instructions for the washing machine and dryer. Could have been cleaner. The cost of a 2 night stay in winter was way too high.

The apartment was tastefully and minimally decorated, kitchen was fully equipped, books to read, lots of pillows, big outdoor area with plenty of chairs and easy access to the beach which is across the road (our own gate), a few steps to the cafes and shops, comfortable beds, laundry , beach towels, literally everything you need! Nothing
