• Michelle (7/5): - Good place to stay for 3 adults although it was not what we expected. The 1 bedroom apartment was in fact on the upper level and the connecting studio on the lower level, joined by a steep spiral staircase. The 1 bedroom apartment was really well equipped, but we did find the studio quite cramped. Staff at the front counter were lovely and communication with them beforehand was very good. 24hr reception desk was very handy & they even gave us a map of Geneva which was much appreciated. The shower wasn't good and there really needed to be some luggage racks provided as there was nowhere to put suitcases. Bed in the studio was quite soft for us.

I was unpleasantly surprised that the hair dryer in the room couldn't be plugged in anywhere, it didn't fit into any socket, and neither did the iron. And it was a hotel hairdryer. When I reported this to reception, I had to wait about half an hour for the correct adapter to be brought. This is completely unacceptable.

Lit qui se rabat, sans aucun problème La rénovation de l'ensemble de l'apparthotel, et surtout les parties communes, qui sont vraiment sales, moquettes, tachées , déchirées. L'état de l'appartement était passable.

• Debra (6/5): Tolerable for the 3 nights that we were there. - A few mins walk to the main train station where we got in from Zurich and the bus station where our tour to Chamonix ran from. The common areas and the rooms need a major overhaul and refresh. Everything looks very tired looking and run down. The water in the sink and bathtub do not drain properly making me think that there is lots of gunk stuck down the pipes. The windows are not double glazed and even though we were on the 4th floor, we could hear lots of street noise and voices from gangsters gathering downstairs and near the park opposite. Hardly had a good night’s sleep. Quite a rough area with prostitutes starting as early as 5pm in the evenings. FYI if you are a family with kids

• Reor (8/5): Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden. - Die Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und dem See ist genial. Am Hauptbahnhof befindet sich auch eine Tiefgarage, wenn man das Auto nicht am Strassenrand parken möchte, die in 10 min zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Das Personal idt äusserst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer (Türstöcke) sind etwas abgewohnt, doch funktional ist alles in Ordnung.

• Alvina (9/5): Nice aparthotel in the convenient location - The front desk representatives were nice and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and comfortable and with shower as I requested. The room had coffee maker, tea kettle, and utensils. The breakfast was very good. It was really convenient to have meal in the morning before going to sightseeing trips. In all aspects, the property satisfied our needs. The bus station, where most of tours began, is located across the street, train station is ten minutes to walk, the lake is right down to the street. The air conditional unit did not work consistently to keep the room temperature as we like. When I opened window, the cigarettes smoke from the street got to the room and woke me up during night.

• S (4/5): Góð staðsetning en herbergið þarfnast nauðsynlega endurbóta - Góð staðsetning, vinalegt starfsfólk. Aðgangur að líkamsræktarstöð gegn vægri greiðslu. Móttakan snyrtileg. Herbergið mitt var mjög þreytt, þarf nauðsynlega endurbætur. Sturtan kraftlíti, baðkar en ekki sturtuklefi og fyrir eldra fólk væri mjög erfitt að nota hana. Eldhúsáhöld voru ekki nógu hrein og eldhúsið var mjög slitið. Þar sem herbergið og allt þar inni var mjög gamalt var erfitt að sjá hvort hreinlæti væri gott. Mjög hávaðasamt (en ekki hótelinu að kenna) Teppið á ganginum á hæðinni var slitið bæði subbulegt.

• Liliane (7/5): Hotel op toplocatie met kamer met keuken. - Een prima hotel op een top locatie, met een badkamer en een keuken met alle benodigdheden, zoals koffieapparaat en waterkoker. Harde matrassen en ook al is receptie en ontbijtruimte gemoderniseerd, het hotel is sterk verouderd. We dachten dat kamers ook gerenoveerd zouden zijn.

• Sacha (9/5): Hotel that meets all your requirements in a good location. - The hotel is situated very centrally. It’s equal distance from the train station and lake Geneva. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage on day of check-in and check-out. The apartment was clean, compact, quiet and had everything you needed. I would recommend. We had a studio apartment with a balcony. There is a spiral staircase in your room which would be tricky to navigate with a large suitcase and the entrance to the stairs is directly opposite the bathroom. It would not be suitable for children. I was worried if I used the bathroom in the night that I would forget and fall down the stairs. I would recommend hotel but as beautiful as balcony was the staircase would put me off rebooking a room with a balcony.

• Dominique (8/5): - Hôtel très bien placé, en plein centre ville, proche de tout. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, bien équipées. Le mobilier de la chambre est vieillot et la porte de la salle de bains est à changer.
• Robert (8/5): Für zwei Übernachtungen hat es funktioniert. - Sehr gute Lage nahe beim Bahnhof und auch dem Zentrum. Schade, dass die Kaffemaschine nicht für Nespressokapseln war, sondern für Pads, die man dann separat kaufen sollte. Bis jetzt hatte praktisch jede Unterkunft, wo auch immer einen Startsatz Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung gestellt. Heutzutage braucht es schon so das kleine Extra. Kissen waren unbequem. Das Zimmer überheizt und die Lüftung war laut genug.

Zona tranquila aunque hay obras frente al hotel y empiezan a picar con el martillo a las 8 de la mañana. Pero entiendo que es algo temporal y el hotel no tiene culpa. Personal amable y buenas instalaciones. Hacía excesivo calor en la habitación y por más que lo intenté no pude regularlo y la iluminación podía ser mejor
