• Edwin (9/5): Goed appartementen hotel op prima lokatie - Kamer was ruim zat, Engels ontbijt was prima. Bedden sliepen goed, zag er allemaal schoon uit. Vriendelijk personeel en midden in het centrum en dicht bij het station dus top lokatie. Als ik dan een minpunt op moet noemen, straal van de douch hield niet over maar badkamer was voor de rest prima. Wel een nespresso apparaat maar geen cups.
• Nicola (8/5): A comfortable, convenient and well serviced place to stay. Would recommend - Great central location, very close to the station and near lots of restaurants and places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, the kitchenette contained everything you would need for a short stay. Despite the central location the room was very quiet and even with a window open we were not disturbed by noises from outside. The mattress was very firm and the room could not be cooled. The room would probably be very warm during the middle of summer, though it is possible that fans would have been provided on request.

• Birgitta (10/5): - The staff were amazing — kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful with everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and taken care of. The whole atmosphere at the hotel was calm, relaxed and really pleasant, which made the stay even better. The location could not have been better. It is honestly one of the best locations we could have asked for in Liverpool. You can walk to all the main places, and the train station is right across the street, which made everything so easy and convenient. Everything was clean, fresh and well looked after. The service was 10/10 from start to finish. We stayed in a studio apartment and it was fantastic — comfortable, practical and had everything we needed. It felt cosy, spacious and perfect for a city trip. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. Amazing staff, perfect location, clean rooms, great studio apartments and excellent service. A wonderful place to stay in Liverpool, and we would definitely stay here again.

Maintenance was quick to fix our bathroom door when requested. Friendly reception staff. There was a phone but it didn’t work to call reception. We didn’t realise there was a QR code to scan for information, this was on a small block of wood, this should have been pointed out when we checked in.

• Ingrid (8/5): Bra boende mitt i Liverpool. - Bekväma sängar, bra frukost och mycket centralt. Bra med en separat toalett. Bra pentry. Priset per natt motsvarade inte kvaliteten på boendet. Lägenheten var kall med med kalla golv. Vi sa det till receptionisten men det blev inte mkt bättre. Fick köpa en varm tröja, vilket hjälpte. Bättre finish i köket på luckor och kran behövs. Allt med tanke på kostnaden per natt!

I had the breakfast this time which was good value and I really enjoyed. As a return guest I was surprised that the room was cool, even in spring it can be cool in the evening. I looked at room thermostat and tried to increase temp but nothing was working, including bathroom towel rail. I was just about to go to bed so did not bother night staff about this. In the morning the shower temperature could have been warmer. This ws around 6.15am.

• Sharron (10/5): Absolutely fabulous 👍 - The Studio was like Home from Home very cosy & Comfortable. All you needed was in there. The Staff were very welcoming & helpful. Location was ideal for Shops & entertainment & very close to Lime st station. If I have the one problem with Studio it would be that it wasn’t a walk in shower, the shower was over the bath which I struggled to get in & of of due to a back injury,but I suppose some of the Studio,s do have walk in Showers which I will ask for next time as I,l definitely be back.

Room was clean and comfortable aside from the temperature issues. Room was very cold and the AC was fixed at 23°C. Reception said it couldn’t be adjusted. Nespresso machine was provided, but no coffee capsules were included. When requested at reception, we were told we had to purchase them. Bath slippers were not included. For a four-star hotel, this felt unusual.

• Rebecca (10/5): Perfect stop in Liverpool - Location was perfect, right next to Liverpool Central. Such friendly staff, shout out especially to Piotr who gave the perfect welcome! Really comfy room with everything you need for a little staycation if you want to comfortably have takeaway or make your own little meals. Would definitely stay again. Few wear and tear bits in the bathroom just ruined the aesthetic but it didn't affect the stay, that's just being picky!

• Benton (9/5): Great location, clean, would stay there again. - Great location 5 minutes from Limestreet Train station. Easy walk to city centre and lots of food/drink options within 10 minute walk. We found the room a bit warm but were able to open window at night, which made it a bit noisy but ear plugs helped!
• R B (9/5): Peace and quiet in the city centre - It's right next to Liverpool Central station, so handy for events and sights. Reception staff were efficient: I witnessed them calmly handling a guest who had forgotten how to use their keycard. The bathroom had a great shower. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was simple to use and quickly changed the temperature. The best thing for me was how quiet it was: In the middle of a bustling city I had the most peaceful sleep I've had for ages. I'd definitely stay here again. Took me a little while to work the lift: you need to hold your keycard against the sensor and press the right floor key for it to operate. Probably says more about me than the lift.
