Werden leider angezogen von Touristen, dann mit ihrer Hundediebe meinen was Gutes zu tun und sie streicheln und füttern.

- ARC (9/5): Très agréable - Très bel emplacement et très bel établissement (attention les plages à l'Ile Maurice ne sont pas des plages de sable fin donc prévoyez des chaussures d'eau ou au moins des claquettes pour marcher sur la plage). Personnel très gentil. Repas excellents sous forme de menu (et un petit goûter l'après-midi). Possibilités de faire quelques activités mais assez limitées car on ne peut pas dépasser une ligne. Boissons assez chères.

- Thomas (10/5): Hôtel pas trop grand et très soigné au service de très grande qualité. - Les repas à la carte de notre formule demi pension étaient délicieux. Le personnel est aux petits soins du matin jusqu'au soir. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux est très varié. Excellent hôtel, à taille humaine tout y est réalisé avec soin, des matériaux de qualité et du mobilier très confortable. Notre chambre standard était équipé d'un dressing très pratique. La plage est agréable et propre. Une légère odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bains en entrant dans les lieux pour la première fois, il faut bien aérer le dressing et la sdb en journée via les petits volets vitrés prévus à cet effet.

- Roger (9/5): Sehr gerne wieder :-) - Sehr schönes Hotel, grosszügige und wunderschön bepflanzte Anlage. Die Gästen verteilen sich sehr gut. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen überall verteilt. Leckeres Essen im Restaurant, abwechslungsreiche Halbpension. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und nett. Es gibt pro Tag nur zwei Flaschen Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer. Und zwei oder sogar dreimal wurden diese vergessen, nachzufüllen. Ich finde, für ein solch exklusives Hotel sollte Trinkwasser zur Verfügung stellen (zumindest zum selber nachfüllen an einem Wasserspender). Ist aber nur ein kleines Detail, ansonsten war alles top.

Lugnt och skönt, vackert, bra mat etc. Å så personalen, alla otroligt trevliga men jag vill nämna Arshipjee (F&B Supervisor), Mohun (Trainee), Sundeep (Headwaiter) och deras chef vars namn jag tyvärr inte kommer ihåg. Men, alla i personalen var fantastiska! -
- Silvia (8/5): Tolle Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential - Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sauber und gepflegt und das Personal extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Allerdings hat es den Anschein, dass sie Provisionen bekommen, wenn zusätzliche Services oder Menüabende gebucht werden. Die Lage fanden wir gut, hatten aber auch ein Auto, was definitiv zu empfehlen ist, um die Insel zu erkunden. Für ein 5 Sterne-Hotel bot das Frühstück wenig Abwechslung und was überhaupt nicht geht waren die verschiedenen Säfte aus der „Tüte“. Insbesondere in dieser Gegend der Welt, in der so viele Früchte wachsen, wären frische Säfte mehr als angebracht. Die bekommt man auf Mauritius immerhin an jedem Straßenrand.

We received the a warm welcome from day one all the way during our stay. Thanks to Riyah , she assisted us with our photos for our anniversary , very caring and attentive to our requests. We received a cake courtesy of the Manager on our anniversary , this is a place to be for all your celebrations birthdays , anniversaries , marriage proposals. The ambience and vicinity is very nice and professional. Will definitely visit again soon. The rooms needs Hygroscopic materials to absorb moisture in the air.
- Svetlana (10/5): Tropical beachfront escape - The staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The food was fantastic, and we loved the thoughtful surprises like the Mauritius buffet with live music. There is a beautiful beach with great snorkeling where we saw barracuda, lobster, sea stars, and even lionfish in the bay. All is set in a lush green paradise with very comfortable sunbathing areas.

I was here for my honeymoon/30th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond for us from start to finish. Every single member of staff was so kind, considerate, friendly and attentive. They have a really special team who made our stay feel so wonderful. The food was superb. We had such a variety of specialities: lobster, steak, red snapper. The breakfast was also lovely. The beach is also very nice with stunning views. The staff, again, on the beach were so lovely. I really didn't want to leave this place, it was amazing and felt so special. The setting is so peaceful and beautiful, and coupled with some of the friendliess people you'll ever meet - it could not have been better. Nothing - wish we could have stayed even longer. Will miss the hotel and staff - hope to come back one day.

Da wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten haben, konnten wir den ersten Tag nicht optimal nutzen. Der Zimmerwechsel auf die gebuchte Kategorie wurde dann relativ zügig durchgeführt.

- Jean-Baptiste (10/5): Romantique et relaxant - Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans cet établissement à l’occasion de notre voyage de noces, et l’expérience a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Le cadre est magnifique, propice à la détente et au dépaysement. Le personnel se distingue par son accueil chaleureux, son professionnalisme et son attention constante à nos moindres désirs. La chambre, impeccable, offrait un confort irréprochable. Côté restauration, tout était au rendez-vous : des plats savoureux et un petit-déjeuner particulièrement remarquable. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Notre chambre était correcte, le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et gourmand. La piscine est chaude et grande et la vue sur l’océan est magnifique. Nous avons trouvé ça dommage que l’établissement autorise à poser sa serviette sur les transats à 7h mais d’être dessus qu’à 11h. Il faut se battre pour trouver une place. Il n’y a rien à faire autour de l’hôtel, il faut être conscient que les vacances ne se passeront qu’à l’hôtel sauf si vous avez une voiture. La nourriture n’était pas aussi bonne que ce que disaient les précédents commentaires. Aussi, nous avons bien spécifié une grosse allergie alimentaire. Le serveur nous a posé une tapenade sans nous prévenir qu’elle contenait notre allergène. Nous avons terminé à l’hôpital. Certes l’hôtel a fait un geste commercial, était confus, s’est excusé mais je tenais quand même à préciser cet événement. Faites attention.

- Daniel (10/5): - We stayed for in total 8 nights to enjoy our honeymoon trip. We first got an upgrade to the Presidential Suite with a separate pool, which was very spacious and comfortable. The pool I used every morning for a exercising. In general, we enjoyed the hotel a lot. The beach and the ocean allowed us to relax a lot. Also the staff was super friendly and the breakfast + dinner were very delicious. The only minor negatives were: - Weak WiFi, even in the room - The personal touch from the staff was a bit missing as the hotel was a bit too big to be "boutique" - Charging around 100 Euro for a late check-out if the room is available is too much

- David (10/5): - Tutto è sembrato impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. Abbiamo avvertito una costante cura ed attenzione verso il cliente. Arrivati con qualche ora di anticipo rispetto l'orario standard di check-in, siamo stati accolti con un drink di benvenuto, ci hanno dato anche modo di fruire del buffet colazione ancora aperto e di una stanza di cortesia per doccia e cambio vestiti. La spiaggia fronte struttura non è grandissima ma l'acqua è molto pulita e si possono fare passeggiate senza limiti lungo la costa. Lettini e sistemazioni in spiaggia possono sembrare pochi ma sono assolutamente sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, chiaramente se si vuole un posto specifico consiglio di non svegliarsi troppo tardi, anche perché è nel mattino che si può godere del cielo generalmente più limpido e sereno. Avevo letto alcune recensioni sulla mancata pulizia delle alghe ma posso testimoniare il fantastico lavoro che ogni mattina un'intera squadra ha svolto per rimuoverle con cura. In spiaggia è presente un chiosco per cocktail e pasti veloci (pizza, sandwich, piatti di frutta e molto altro). La colazione è servita a buffet, vario e con prodotti locali e non, in più a tavolo si può scegliere tra una grande selezione di pietanze a base di uova (preparate in modo sublime) e di bevande calde. Il ristorante lo abbiamo trovato come uno degli elementi di maggior risalto per qualità, varietà e professionalità nel servizio. Per chi opta per la mezza pensione, viene offerta una proposta giornaliero sempre diversa e delle alternative alla carte, alcune delle stesse prevedono un supplemento ma sempre piuttosto contenuto. Ottima selezione di vini (anch'essi con supplemento). Pulizia delle camere perfetta. In generale per i vari extra, i prezzi sono molto in linea con le aspettative, per i cocktail siamo nell'ordine di 8/9 euro e l'acqua circa 1 euro a bottiglia. Un plauso particolare a Mohun, Ryiaa e Sharvan per il loro distinto impegno e simpatia! Nulla.

- Lisa (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt, jedoch Verbesserungspotential in Gastronomie und Kommunikation zu Speisen - Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt angenehm, mit einigen sehr positiven Aspekten, aber auch Verbesserungspotenzial – insbesondere im Bereich Gastronomie. Die Hotelanlage sowie unser Zimmer waren sehr schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Strandbereich, an dem wir uns jederzeit gut betreut gefühlt haben – inklusive eines aufmerksamen Handtuchservices. Auch der Empfang bei der Anreise war sehr herzlich. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich, engagiert und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden regelmäßig gefragt, ob wir Unterstützung benötigen, und Anliegen wurden stets ernst genommen und schnell bearbeitet. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit gutem Service und tollem Ambiente, jedoch mit deutlichem Verbesserungspotenzial in der Gastronomie sowie in der Kommunikation und Transparenz rund um die Speisen – insbesondere bei besonderen Ernährungsanforderungen. Gemischte Erfahrungen hatten wir hingegen beim Essen. Frühstück und Mittagessen waren insgesamt gut und überzeugend. Beim Abendessen in beiden Restaurants haben wir jedoch eher durchwachsene Erfahrungen gemacht. Zum einen fehlten bei mehreren Gerichten einzelne Bestandteile, die laut Karte enthalten sein sollten (z. B. Erbsen im Curry oder Ananas-Chutney im Burger). Auch geschmacklich konnte das Abendessen nicht überzeugen – beispielsweise war das Green Curry sehr wässrig, sodass Kokosmilch und Gewürze kaum zur Geltung kamen. Ein bestellter „Wake Me Up“-Saft wurde zudem warm serviert und hatte eher die Konsistenz eines Pürees als eines frischen Saftes. Da ich schwanger bin und dies sowohl beim Online-Check-in als auch vor Ort ausdrücklich kommuniziert habe, war es für mich besonders wichtig, Klarheit über die Zutaten und Zubereitung der Speisen zu haben. Umso kritischer war es, dass wir am ersten Abend bezüglich alkoholhaltiger Komponenten in einem Dessert nicht korrekt informiert wurden. Trotz expliziter Nachfrage wurde uns versichert, dass kein Alkohol enthalten sei – geschmacklich sowie durch die Zubereitung war jedoch eindeutig erkennbar, dass Alkohol verwendet wurde. Auch das Ambiente beim Abendessen konnte leider nicht überzeugen: lange Wartezeiten, teilweise überforderter Service und eine insgesamt hohe Lautstärke haben das Erlebnis zusätzlich beeinträchtigt. Dies hat uns letztlich dazu veranlasst, das Abendessen an den folgenden Tagen auf das Zimmer zu bestellen.

The scenery with the sunrise, quiet beach and palm trees, the hospitality, the personal service, the warm and attentive staff, the spa, the different options for food and drinks (especially the cocktails and seafood), the beautiful room and the surroundings at the East Coast were truly amazing. With a rental car we enjoyed the accessibility of other highlights across Mauritius (including Bras d’Eau, Ferney, Black River Gorge, Ile des Aigrettes, Botanical Garden…) which were all within an hour drive. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place for a peaceful, small-scale and authentic experience. Our special thanks to all the staff at the reception, to Babitha for taking such good care of our room, to Abhi and Yashi at the bar, to Sylvana and her colleagues at the breakfast table, to Billy with his boat and to Joyce and her team in the spa - we hope to see you again!

Il y a une très belle plage privée à 5m de la chambre, et des activité comme le Paddle ou le canoë y sont proposées. Il règne un calme incroyable dans l’établissement, accentué par l’absence d’enfant ! Même s’il s’agissait d’une chambre de couple, ajouter une porte à la salle de bain serait un plus très appréciable, notamment pour les ami(e)s ou frères/sœurs qui voudraient partager une chambre.

Kojąca muzyka witająca i towarzysząca w restauracji i przy recepcji. Manager hotelu sprawiający wrażenie witania gości jak kogoś szczególnego, obsługa restauracji niemal wyprzedzająca życzenia, ze znakomitą szefową. Blisko atmosfery raju na Ziemi. Każde życzenie spełniane prawie natychmiast. To w sumie drobiazg, ale perfekcja hotelu uzasadnia oczekiwania bardziej urozmaiconego i przynajmniej trochę bogatszego bufetu śniadaniowego.

Colori,atmosfera, arredamento e gentilezza dello staff rendono il soggiorno gradevolissimo. La prima colazione è di qualità, varia e abbondante. La ristorazione è curata e coniuga bene tradizione e innovazione. La struttura è curatissima ma stupisce che i lettini da sole nella spiaggia sono sporchi, rovinati e macchiati. Anche la biancheria sopratutto i teli da bagno sono vecchi, sciupati e sporchi. L’infisso esterno della stanza non si poteva chiudere a chiave.

We also really liked the breakfast! The cleanliness: At a five star property you except things to be clean. However this failed on many occasions: dirty napkins, lounge furniture and cushions that were very not washed for a long time. However, we were informed that new cushions were on the way, as the hotel had also realized that this was a big issue. The food: below average and on some occasions we actually did not finish it at all. Our expectations were very high but we were quite disappointed. They have a huge menu and should rather focus on less dishes and much higher quality.

- Udo (4/5): Komplett überbewertet - kein schöner Strand - - Zimmer war, bis auf Ameisen, überwiegen sauber - Personal hilfsbereit • Der Strand war voll mit Seegras, welches auch unangenehm gerochen hat, weil es teilweise nicht entfernt wurde. • Im Zimmer waren sehr viele Ameisen. • Wir hatten Halbpension inklusive, jedoch glich das Abendessen einer Verkaufsshow, bei der man die Hälfte der Gerichte auf der Karte extra zahlen musste; nicht einmal Wasser war beim Abendessen inkludiert. • An einem Abend gab es ein Buffet, welches neben einer extrem kleinen Auswahl mehr als unterdurchschnittlich war und die Hauptspeisen waren überwiegend Currys. • Die verwendeten Lebensmittel waren von merklich niedriger Qualität: z. B. schauten die Pilze wie fertig geschnitten aus der Dose aus, kein gutes Gebäck zum Frühstück usw. • Das Wasser in der Dusche lief bei vollem Aufdrehen konstant über. • Am Strand hatten nur die erste Reihe Sonnenschirmen, diese Liegen waren in der Früh aber gleich besetzt; in der zweiten Reihe musste man sich auf durchlässige Palmen verlassen.

Für dieses peinliche Verhalten der Gäste kann das Hotel zwar nichts, leider tut es aber auch überhaupt nichts dagegen! Dieses Problem hatten wir bereits vor der Buchung in den Rezensionen gelesen und können es leider vollends bestätigen. Hier besteht dringender Handlungsbedarf seitens Hotel. - Gerade beim Abendessen wirkte das im Verhältnis zu den Gästen überaus reichlich vorhandene Personal recht unkoordiniert, was bei uns zu sehr langen, völlig unnötigen Wartezeiten geführt hat (40 min von Ankunft bis Aufnahme der Bestellung).

Les transats sont un peu en hauteur, ce qui permet d'avoir une vue sur le lagon et sur la barrière de corail. Dans le lagon, l'eau est peu profonde, et on peu passer la journée à faire du snokeling.... Petit déjeuner, buffet + carte (pour les œufs) et diner servi à table. Hôtel très chic, avec un personnel très attentionné. Les levés de soleil sont splendides.... La piscine est chauffée. Rien du tout

Vor allem das Personal ist reizend und hat uns sehr gut betreut Es gab nicht genug Liegestühle, beziehungsweise waren sie morgens um 6.30h bereits reserviert. da sollte sich das Hotel eine andere Möglichkeit einfallen lassen.
