The front desk staff, especially the day manager, were friendly and helpful! Free bus to and from the airport right outside the hotel, as well as taxi service. Several convenience stores, great eating spots and bars nearby.

- Todd (8/5): Hotels along the Olle trail Jeju - The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants around and very short walk to the beach. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but is showing its age. Overall pleasant experience.

There really is no staff at this property, sort of an aparthotel kind of deal, you can check in and out automatically, and get a door code to open your door. So inwas not sure hownto rate the staff. There was a helpful guy at the front desk, which doesnt appear to be staffed 24hrs.

- Xiaolong (4/5): - I thought it was a hotel but there is no reception until 2am. I thought we could ask them to save our luggage when we arrived early but no one was there. Same with checking out. If you have a late flight this is not the place you want. I thought we could leave the luggage for storage but we had to go to the airport right away and waited for 10 hours.

- Nathan (2/5): Nah, go somewhere else - Great if you like prison style living. Though I’m guessing prison doesn't smell as bad. Cigarettes smell everywhere. The pictures are misleading, there is only check in desk and rooms. Restaurants/cafe nearby are below standard too.

No free parking option during the check in and we had to park somewhere with the fee. The info and pictures are misleading. The restaurants are not affiliated with this hotel. The place looks like an office building that were converted to provide the lodging for the foreigner workers.

When I told the front desk they did very little to help and when I got to my room again later in the day I found another towel with pool in it. Most disgusting stay of my life!

- Andrew (10/5): - Biggest draw was proximity to the airport and 3 separate beds. Arrived at the airport and needed to wait until the morning to catch a bus so I looked for the closest hotel and found Hotel Hu. From Terminal 1, you can exit 3 or 10 to catch a free bus ride which will drop you off right in front of the Hotel. You can enter either front of middle entrance since it's free, but middle entrance is preferable if you have big bags. There are at least 3 convenience stores, many restaurants within a block. There was an EDM event nearby but I did not hear a peep from my room. To go back to the Airport, just cross the street to catch the bus. Highly recommend

- Zhihuai (10/5): - It's a dog friendly hotel. super convince to go to airport t1 t2 by AICC shuttle bus. easy to find good food. but cause it's near the airport, the noise of take off will impact ur sleep. and one more thing, the dog need extra charge.

- Lucretia (10/5): - Don't keep looking... just book it! My check in was very lackluster, however, my stay overall was amazing! We were in walking distance of 4 different subway-train lines and dozens and dozens of food options. Not to mention the views of the city and garden walks were amazing!

- Robert (4/5): - Good: Free airport shuttle bus. Make sure you go to the 3rd floor (departures) not 1st floor (arrivals). The bus stop is easily found at exit 3 and also exit 12 on the departures level and the bus has Korean and English announcements and signage. We went to the level 1 bus stops (plural) at first and it’s all a bit confusing and mainly in Korean signage. Bad: Obviously a run down “hotel”, which are just really apartment. Room felt unclean and dusty even though it looked OK. Bed sheets looked fresh but I felt itchy sleeping in them. The shower is very slow to drain so it floods everywhere. OK: Unusual check-in experience. The self check-in machine didn’t find my booking but in hindsight probably because they expected last name first. We arrived at 11pm and luckily someone still at the front desk. After confirming our name we were given a piece of paper with a room number and access code (no physical key). The receptionist spoke OK English but didn’t feel as if he was really there to help. On check-out, typing my last name and first name worked. Towels, toothbrushes, disposable shavers, small shampoo and shower gels, kettle, microwave, crockery and utensils and a washing machine and hob were all provided though we only stayed here for less than 10 hours for an overnight transit. For the cost it didn’t feel it was worth it, hence the lower review score. If they can get the basics up to standard then it would probably be alright.
- Ronald (8/5): - Central air conditioning was broken and room had a noisy portable unit in it. Fortunately, the weather was cool so I was comfortable with the windows open. Despite being an airport hotel, the area is very quiet. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable.

This hotel looks like a prison.. no decent restaurant options around. Check in/check out cold and not helpful. The only good thing is that they offer free shuttle to the airport.

You check in and out of a kiosk which doesnt work most of the time, so I was unable to check out properly as the kiosk said to talk to staff but the desk was closed. Hoping I dont get charged for late check-out as I had to catch a bus.
- David (2/5): - We arrived after the front desk closed at 11 pm. They have a self check in kiosk but because the hotel did not give us an access code we could not check in. Called Expedia but there was nothing they could do, other than to try and book us in a property far away. We ended up walking a few minutes with our 6 pieces of luggage at 2 am to the Grand Hyatt (via Orbitz) and got two nights for $50 more and wonderful service and food. Silver lining is Hotel Hu didn’t bill us.

- Maria (4/5): - Location is great, less than 10 mins to the airport. Free airport shuttle runs every 10 minutes and stops right infront of the Hotel. The airport van service is right on the corner as well if you don’t want to take the free bus. Front desk is really nice. Very helpful and speaks english. Room is spacious and I love the cabinets and all the chairs and tables. BUT.. Room is dirty. Smell of cigarette overwhelms you right when you get in the room. Bathroom was barely cleaned. So much mildew on the tiles, shower glass door looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Bathroom stinks, smells like pee and cigarette even if you flush it many times or keep the exhaust running. Bed is hard and bouncy. Barely slept. Was not comfortable. Didn’t have a choice since this was the only available hotel during my trip, but will never book here again.

The room wifi was very good and had all essentials for a comfortable stay. It was very clean although the room showed some ages. I highly recommend Hotel Hu for one night stay before and after a flight from Incheon Airport.

He was able to provide helpful advice to enable me to reach the airport on time for the following day. The room size is huge and almost serves as a small apartment with a kitchen and washing machine. The hotel is also in a great location not even 5 minutes from the airport and close to other local amenities and many restaurants. Wonderful stay overall
- Tara (8/5): Perfectly serviceable stay - This was a perfectly serviceable hotel, close to the airport, with a free shuttle bus just across the street. It's in what looks like an office building which felt a bit strange, and as I arrived late and left early I never encountered anyone. The key cards were left on the desk for pick up which I thought was a bit of a security risk. The room itself was fine; very clean and large. It's a suite style hotel with a kitchen and full sized refrigerator, though I'm not sure why you'd stay long term so close to the airport!

The building is old and the beds were not very comfortable (springs come through) but the covers were warm. It was nice for a long stay considering the price. I would stay there again, but knowing how the beds feel I would bring a mattress topper if I stayed for 2 weeks.

- Philip (4/5): This is not a hotel.. - This is not a hotel.. it’s more like an airbnb type of place. You get a studio sized apartment which is pretty old. The frig makes alot of noise and the TV was turning off every 10 mins.
- Alex (6/5): A bit disappointing - We tried to check in, but the lady at the front desk put a sign up saying she would return in 10 minutes as we approached the desk. We waited over an hour for her to return. We also called the number left on the desk but were hung up on. After checking in, we were given a room the farthest point from the elevator with 6 heavy bags to carry. The kitchen sink had a mild sewage smell that needed the cap tightly covering the hole. Then we sat on the bed. It might have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. There also appeared to be black mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. Overall, it's an OK place to stay if you need to save a bit of money.

- Tim (4/5): Not really worth it - The only helpful thing about this hotel was that it made us closer to the airport than we were and we could bring our cat. The hotel doesn't really provide service to the airport. You have to cross a busy road with your suitcases and then if you have to go to terminal two, you have to take all of your stuff and walk to a different bus and take it to terminal two. The beds were really hard. The air conditioning wasn't turned on yet in May, even thought it was 80 degrees outside, because "it's not summer yet." They would not turn down the temperature down for us in our room. There was however a washing machine in our room. Oh and they didn't know we were coming. We booked through hotels.com about a month before and even messaged them a few times about the cat and when we arrived, the front desk didn't know we were coming. We had to show the email with our reservation. I was concerned they were going to turn us away. The area has a small emart next door and you can go to paradise city for some food.

The building felt more as if it was a block of studio flats rather than hotel rooms and felt largely deserted. The receptionist was helpful though, when we couldn't get into the room we were given she just gave us a key for the one next door. The room itself was clean and spacious with everything needed for 1 night, but I wouldn't want to stay longer.
- MADELINE E GIST (2/5): CREEPY! - I booked this hotel because it was nearby the airport and the pictures looked promising. The pictures were NOTHING like the actual property. After checking in, we went upstairs to the room, down the dark, damp, cold and creepy hallway. The key didn’t work and as we stood their trying to get it to work we both decided the hotel was way too creepy to stay in. We went back downstairs, handed the key back and booked a room at the Hyatt. We have stayed in plenty of budget airport hotels but nothing like this one. Don’t let the pictures fool you. Avoid this scary property.
- Glenn (10/5): "Free shuttle to the hotel" is a little misleading - This is a modern, comfortable, airport hotel that is hard to get to. I booked this airport hotel because of its is supposed to be near the airport and because the Google Maps description says there is a free airport shuttle. The hotel has no shuttle. The airport has a shuttle from Terminal 1 that takes you very near the hotel, so if we had arrived or departed from Terminal 1, it would have been fairly simple. However, if you are traveling internationally, as my wife and I were, you will likely arrive in Terminal 2. There is no explanation on the hotel reservation how to get to the hotel using the "free shuttle" from Terminal 2 So, when we arrived at the airport, we called the hotel. The desk clerk gave some incomplete and confusing directions on where the shuttle boarded, but no directions on which stop to get off. The shuttle turns out to be a bus that runs between Terminal 2 and Terminal 1, with an intermediate stop that is a few blocks from the airport hotel. The bus drives all the way around the airport perimeter to get between the two terminals and takes about 20 minutes. So, after riding the bus for 20 minutes in the middle of the night, we had to find our way in the dark to the hotel, schlepping our luggage. If I had known how long and complicated it was to use the "free shuttle," I probably would have just taken a taxi. If this hotel is going to continue to claim to have a free airport shuttle, much more information should be provided at the time of booking.
- Saz (6/5): - Had difficulty getting into our room - so spent time going up and down to reception to get it fixed. Generally didnt like the idea of codes on doors. Also property information says there is a shuttle bus. This is only true if you arrive at T1. If you are at T2 you either have to go to T1 and change buses or shuttle to the hyatt and walk for 5 minutes. Actual room was quite spacious & had good beds, plus fridge, once we finally got to it though!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great Overnight Hotel - We stayed 4 to a room and the space was larger than expected. There were also many amenities in the room for a comfortable long term stay. The bus system to and from the airport was really easy as well as getting to the subway via free shuttle to go to the cargo terminal. My only complaints would be that the hallways were not heated so it was cold and they did not check on the breakfast often so we had very few selections of the already slim pickings.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Near airport with free transport - Hotel is two light rail stations away and the entire light rail line is free of charge. It is also walkable from airport as there's a pedestrian path about 15 minutes distance. Room is huge and with washer/dryer. Hotel is about 100 metres away to a big supermarket and casino.

- Tom (8/5): - It's good if you have an early departure at Incheon in the morning. Just be sure to bring earplugs. We were on the 7th floor, but we could hear drunk people arguing outside all night long. I wore my earplugs, so I didn't hear it, but my wife couldn't sleep most of the night. The room itself is comfortable. Some dust and misc. things under the bed (a child's puzzle piece and a hair band), but I would stay there again if I needed to be at the airport early the next day. BRING EARPLUGS!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Only if you can't find another Pet Friendly Hotel - 1. Hotel very old dilapidated. 2. Hotel uses a very old pin number for accessing guest rooms. The pin number is not changed when a new guest checks in. 3. Freezer door does not close properly causing the freezer to over-freeze. 4. Shower head broken. 5. On the bright side the room was rather spacious.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Simple no fuss, convenient budget airport hotel - Hotel Hu is a no fuss convenient budget airport hotel. It is a bit dated/old, office block in appearance, however the all the room facilities are there. We booked three twin bed rooms, no fuss check in, and the hotel conveniently put us all on the same 3rd floor, which was appreciated. Rooms: Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Pillows were again better than expected, thick, but not memory foam type. Our rooms all had kitchens, microwaves and cloths washer-drier. The bathroom are relatively small for such a large room, the shower is clean, a bit awkward to use, simple, small and dated (ok - old). Toiletries are surprisingly generous and very good. * The hotel had many independent restaurants on the ground floor. The Lazy Lizard, which is obviously a favourite with pilots, drinks were a good fair price, the bar staff were fun/friendly & they know how to make a cocktail. * Convenience store downstairs. * The hotel is a easy nice short walk to the free airport sky train. * Being next to the airport plane noise is there (part of the fun), having said that, the hotel is quiet. You cannot hear the street noise and corridor noise no more than the best hotels. Bad point - all 3 rooms complained that their air-conditioning was not up to standard and turned itself off over and over again. We are travelling to South Korea 3-4 times in the next two years with teams of students. will we stay here again - budget purposes YES. For pairs/individual we will first try other hotels.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good value hotel close to terminal 1. Large, clean rooms with everything you need. The weather was hot but the airconditioning was just able to cope. The wifi was not great, with slow response times. Free shuttle bus from terminal 1. Taxi fare from terminal 2 is approx AUD15.
- David (10/5): Great Stay! - It was a nice stay! My international flight ended in korea, and I had missed the train to Busan, so this was a convenient stay! Shuttle bus was very hard to find, other than that it was great!
- koalalovessushi (10/5): Nice hotel close to the airport - This is a nice hotel close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel two years ago and it was very convenient. There’s a free shuttle to/from hotel and airport for easy transfer. There are also restaurants, convenience store, supermarket, and a bar close to the hotel. It’s a nice hotel for a short stopover.
- Joel (10/5): Huge room with kitchen - You likely won't find a bigger room for the price. This is an excellent hotel if you have a layover for a flight that departs from terminal 1 out of incheon.
- koalalovessushi (10/5): Nice hotel close to the Incheon Airport - This is the second time I am staying at this hotel. It’s a nice hotel with necessary amenities. There’s a 24hr convenient store right next to the hotel so it’s really convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s doing a short stopover for transit in Incheon. It’s only 5 min away from Terminal 1 by the free shuttle bus. You can simply just hop on the shuttle bus to the airport for your flight the next day.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Overnight stay - Average airport hotel...needed an overnight to catch an early flight out so it did the trick, but I wouldn't want to stay here longer. Hallways resembled a prison, poor lighting.
