I've stay here 4 times maybe a combined 10 days in the last three month and I'm always happy I did I tried 4 hotel the last time I was there just to try a few different options and I will never stay anywhere else in Panama. Do please don't raise the price lol see you next month month month.

Melissa (10/5): Best location! Get the bayview room. Great value - Location, location, location! Simply the best location for that area being that you can walk to Cinta Costera and Ave de Balboa. Literally just steps down from the hotel make a left, walk a few steps and you are at Cinta Costera to enjoy the beautiful walkway and jogging or running path. I even walked down to the fish market way down at the other end. I could’ve rented a bike and rode all the way to the Amador Causeway. On Sundays, they close off the avenue de Balboa from 6 am to 12 noon and make it a bike path only. You can rent a bike for five US and one dollar for the helmet for all those hours. And ride along all the way up the Amador Causeway and back. The hotel food is very affordable and tasty. You do have to wait sometimes for the food because they’re making it fresh but if you are patient, you will get what you want. Our sever for most of the night was Neftali. Very nice young man. We also met Tomas who is the photo person. He greeted us so nicely and gave us good tips on what to do.

Tanya (8/5): - The staff at the Plaza Paitilla are friendly and helpful. Our room on the 14th floor had a great view of the city skyline and the bay area. There is a walking trail accessible nearby that will allow you to walk as far as you wish. If you plan to stay here, here are some things you should know ahead of time: The property is a little isolated. There aren't any dining options nearby. Although the hotel does serve breakfast, the only option for evening is a sports bar. There's really no place to just enjoy the scenery and have a great cocktail or listen to music. If you want a view of the ocean, this area of the bay only has water at high tide. The rest of the time, it's rocky and muddy.

kehinde (8/5): My Solo Stay at Paitilla - I really enjoyed my stay at Plaza Paitilla! The reviews pertaining to the food were spot on! Hands down the best hotel food I've eaten anywhere! The staff was polite and friendly with one always greeting me by name, which made me feel very special and why I will never forgive myself that I didn't leave him a tip because I didn't have cash on me! :( My only critique would be I didn't find the room as cleaned as I would have liked. There were finger prints on the bathroom door and it was clear that it hadn't been wiped down. There was also a large water stain on the window curtain which gave the room a icke feeling. Other then this my stay was great! I would stay again!

The buffet breakfast had several options ranging from a variety of cereals, cheeses, yogurts, pancakes and local dishes. My favorite was the selection of natural juices. Simply delicious! The room was clean and spacious. The pool was clean and absolutely wonderful, surrounded by lush greenery. The location, superb. There is a gift store and hairdressing salon on the property. Very reasonably priced. I recommend visiting this property if you plan on visiting Panama.

Breakfast was buffet styled and the food was 10/10. The thing that wasnt so clean was the pool but I'm guessing its because it rained alot plus there was a tree hanging over the kiddies pool so yeah. Almost forgot to mention the view from our room was just wow like there’s nothing else to say. I enjoyed waking up and falling asleep with that view. Yes i love Panama and yes I will be staying at Plaza Paitilla Inn with my family again. Loved it there you guys are amazing. Thank you for an incredible time with exceptional service.

Breakfast choices were plenty but not necessarily good. Dinner was not worth the price ingredients were not always fresh and the food lacked flavor.

Every single staff member I encountered was so courteous and genuinely welcoming. I absolutely loved my room — it was spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything I needed. And the view from my room? Simply stunning! On top of all that, the location is ideal, making it so easy to get around and explore. Truly a wonderful stay. I look forward to coming back!

Joshua (8/5): A+ Location - Having never been to Panama City before, I was super happy with this location. It is on the water, and at the start of a waterfront park with a path that leads to all the cultural attractions of Panama City, including the hisyoric Old Town (Casco Antigua) and the Amador Causeway. There is even a bike rental conpany in the hotel parking lot, so you can hop right on the path whenever you feel like it. The bike rental company also has a second location on the Amador Causeway (near the Biomuseo), and you can return at that location as well. The hotel itself sits on a spacious plot, with the pool and a separate terrace overlooking the bay, with additional outdoor options overlooking the water. The gym overlooks the pool. Our room came with free breakfast. Although we couldnt eat anything, the spread was very generous. The staff was very helpful amd accommodating (amd we were able to borrow an umbrella at the front desk, a classy touch which is quite helpful in the tropics)! The rooms are fully renovated and modern (we loved the electronic curtains!) and the bathrooms were very comfortable (great water pressure). All the amenities are on the lobby level, which has not been renovated unfortunately. The neighborhood has ample restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I was originally planning on staying at the Waldorf Astoria, but was happy that I made the switch!

The area around is convenient for walking or you can easily take a cab or Uber to your destination. I really enjoyed my stay here and the price and room were well worth it.
