- Carol-Ann (10/5): Un hôtel familial aux petits soins! - Un super établissement pour ceux qui veulent rester sur Siem Reap mais s’éloigner de la cohue des rues à touristes. Le personnel de l’hôtel est la pour nous aider dans tous nos projets. Location de scooter à prix très raisonnable. Achat de billet pour spectacle et même pour repartir vers une autre destination…etc. Je recommande chaleureusement cette adresse. Un peu bruyant dans les couloirs selon mon mari.

The quiet room with comfortable bed and good AC, walk in power shower with plenty of very hot water made my stay so homely The roof top swimming pool was a bonus and the buffet breakfast got me off to a good start. Most sights are within walking distance but the staff arranged a tuk tuk tour to Angor Watt with David: an excellent guide and well worth 20US$. Likewise the hotel is great value for money. I was sorry to leave Siem Reap. Nothing of note

- Joke (6/5): Hotel in toffe locatie met mooi zwembad. - we verbleven hier een kleine week. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van alle basis benodigdheden. Leuke locatie vlak bij de rivier, waar het gezellig is om iets lokaal te eten. Op wandelafstand van de old market van Siem Reap. Mooi zwembad. vriendelijk personeel. bij aankomst bleek dat we extra moesten betalen voor een grotere kamer, omdat we met 3 waren ... dat hoefde voor ons niet, maar het voelde een beetje alsof er geen andere mogelijkheid was ... de bedden waren extreem hard & heel erg oncomfortabel. Er is heel veel nachtlawaai, dus oordopjes zijn hier geen overbodige luxe.

Une famille peu respectueuse des autres hôtes qui joue et crie dans la piscine à 6h du matin puis qui laisse les enfants courir et crier dans les couloirs de l'hôtel. Je suppose que ça n'arrive pas tous les jours. Dommage pour nous.... .

- Sucheta (10/5): Great hosts, budget stay that exceeds value for money expectations. - The hosts are very pleasant mannered and attentive/ welcoming. The lady host always smiling and caring for the guest's pleasant stay. The gentleman host always willing to help, for example, they willingly offered changing the standing fan as the older fan was rattling. They also offered to add AC if needed for a small extra cost $5 daily, but we found fan was adequate. They were always ready to assist, for example, asked a boy to take baggages to the room, offer umbrellas while raining, etc. Small gestures that show the hosts' warmth and care for the guests. They also have a tuk tuk that appears to be full time with them that can be arranged for pickup or drop to bus station or airport or for day trips. We did not use the option, but it may be useful for some guests who don't have grab or uber app. Breakfast was same both days, some variety of options may help.

Highly recommend enjoying breakfast on the rooftop! It’s a plant-filled space with a great view of the Siem Reap River. The fan-only room was nice for my budget, but I’d spring for a room with A/C next time for the sake of my sleep/comfort. Staff is very helpful and friendly, they helped me book a tour of Angkor Wat The electricity cuts off when you leave the room/remove the key, including the fridge! I would not leave items in the fridge if I am leaving the room

- Sloeserwij (8/5): Very good - The staff were such amazing people, so kind, lovely and helpful! I had problems with my ac, but they helped me right away and offered different solutions! They greet me every day and love to have a chat with you. The bed was very comfortable! I liked my room. They offered me pickups as well, very sweet! The room is a little out dated, especially the bathroom, so don't expect too much, but it is good value for the cheap price!

They were able to make organising trips or travel arrangements very easy. The hotel has a calm, pleasant atmosphere and I'll happily be back in the wet season when it hopefully cools down a little ^^

- Becci (9/5): Superb - Our stay was made even better by each member of staff, who were friendly and helpful and even more so the manager who went above and beyond to assist with things outside of her remit. We cannot fault the team. The shower was great, despite being a simple set up, the pool was a really great bonus and the breakfast area on the roof patio was a lovely view to start the day. We felt very looked after and found the hotel was really great value for money. There was a little noise from the road outside with street vendors working until midnight-ish but ear plugs helped with this.

- Lyza (10/5): I love Siem Reap Riverside hotel, best place to stay for a long time and never forget to check their tour and restaurant - Deciding to stay in this hotel was the best decision of my whole trip. At first I was skeptical about the reviews, but decided to book anyway due to a very reasonable price, and I ending up staying there for a week. I enjoy everything from the service to the room. The owner and everyone that run this hotel not only take a great care of me but they also recommended me to the best restaurants and places to visit for a very cheap price compared to taking tour. The price is way cheaper than the tour I booked. I was able to visit and learn about more than I have seen in tour. The breakfast is great and the roof top have the best view of siem reap river. I was able to go for a really good jog and swim in there pool in the morning, because the air around the hotel is fresh and clean and the environment are so peaceful, I never got any of my stuff stolen or meet any bad people around the hotel. Normally I couldn’t sleep in any hotel room for long because the place is too noisy or there bed just smell bad and too stiff, but here is the best, there are no noise at night and the bed is soft and smell really good. The room are very clean and smell like flower, I was able to relax on there bed without any problems, it was the most relaxing experience I ever had. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, it is so underrated, I would say this hotel have saved me from spending way too much money then I supposed to and get the most experience in Siem Reap. I couldn’t find anything i hate in this hotel, I am grateful to go back home with a-lot more money left then what I calculated.

The staff is very kind and friendly, but their English was more limited than other places. They’re working on it. Upon arriving, you learn that the online photos are deceptive. The building is not exactly pristine. The bathroom sink leaked onto our feet every time we tried to use it. The shower was a bit moldy, as they often are in humidity. The breakfast was late and the coffee situation was just packets of instant coffee with hot water. It’s a little overpriced for what it truly was. It was ok for the three nights we were in Siem Reap, but I would probably try somewhere else next time.

- Carole (6/5): Good price, well located but simple rooms - Hotel very well located, 5 minutes walk to Pub Street. The hotel itself is correct and clean but the rooms are simple. No isolation around the windows, the pool was just under our window, it was noisy in the mornings and at night.The bathroom is very simple with no shower separated, so you shower almost on the toilets. The plugs are not working well. The breakfast was nice (fruits, tea/coffee, banana pancakes, omelette) the cleaning was done every day, the wifi worked very well. Their tuktuk driver Long was an excellent driver, he came to pick us up at the airport and we kept him the next day for the visit of the temples. He gave us excellent advices. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

- Holger (6/5): In Ordnung, aber ... - Wir waren 3 Nächte hier, um Angkor zu besuchen. Das Zimmer im alten “ Riverside Hotel“ in Siem Reap ist soweit ordentlich, auch WLAN, Aircon und Warmwasser funktionierten gut. Das Personal ist insgesamt freundlich, aber nur mäßig motiviert. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption ist eindeutig fehlbesetzt, weil kaum hilfsbereit und unangenehm arrogant. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist schön, aber vom Angebot eher “na ja“ - aber vielleicht darf für den sehr günstigen Hotelpreis nicht mehr erwartet werden.... Außenpool schön anzuschauen, doch das Wasser ist ziemlich trüb, also wir wollten darin mal lieber nicht schwimmen. Morgens und abends mehrere Stunden monotoner sakraler Gesang vom nahe gelegenen Kloster kann gefallen, aber auf die Dauer auch nerven... Wir sind nicht allzu enttäuscht, weil die Unterkunft das Notwendige zum günstigen Preis bietet, aber um hier glücklich zu sein, hätten wir mehr Wertschätzung gebraucht... insgesamt fühlten wir uns in der gesamten Region um Angkor/Siem Reap eher wie Weihnachtsgänse, die sich aus Sicht der Einheimischen zum “Ausnehmen“ anbieten - und folglich kriegen sollen, was sie vermeintlich wollen.... aber das ist an einem Touri-Hotspot wie diesem ja nicht verwunderlich.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Does not look anything like the photos... - Dirty, they shut off the power the second you leave the room so it is hot and stuffy as no a/c. Cannot charge your electronics when you are not there. no Restaurant, . Web photos lovely but do not be fooled.
- Alex (2/5): Budget hotel... - Expedia advertised this as a 3 star hotel which it is definitely not. The rooms were spacious, however dirty. Upon arrival I found a dirty tissue on the floor at one corner of the room and a dust pile on another. the floor towel looked as if it hadn't been changed from the previous guest and the beds advertised as king-size, pillow-tops were uncomfortably hard (and I actually like firm beds) queen-size. The bathrooms had a strange layout and were quite uncomfortable to shower in. For a budget hotel the breakfast was quite cook and even though they spoke no English the staff was helpful and accommodating. We were required to remove our shoes upon entering the hotel, which I liked, however the same was not true for the evening local short stay customers. The location was seemingly good, walking distance to pub street however far from the noise though the nearby temple made up for that around 530 am when the music and chanting started.

- 国忠 (6/5): シェムリアップ市内に適当な距離にあり、夜も静かで立地的には非常に良かったです。 - フロントはとても親切でした、ただ日本語が全く通じなく私のような英語の苦手なものには少し不自由があります。 また部屋もゴキブリが出たりして衛生面では悪かった。 ただ朝食は屋上で気持ちよく食事が出来ます。 総合的には料金との比較すれば十分に割安感がありました。
- Bernard (8/5): Hotel sympathique, bien placé - Hotel traditionnel, familial avec bon petit déjeuner sur une terrasse avec vue sur la ville. Il est bien placé assez proche du centre ville à pied. La piscine est par contre mal entretenue et toute petite.

Petit déjeuner inclus sur la terrasse correct sans plus. Très bon rapport qualité prix Malheureusement la vue sur la rivière et la route pour rejoindre le centre ne sont pas entretenu : plastique, poubelles déchets à profusion.

Smell in the bathroom is so bad if neighbor from room next to us did number 1 the smell is in our room. The bathroom has so much mold. Additional, no towel for the face. The bed is so uncomtable with one pilow for the person. The room is so small.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient and good budget. - Average 2-3 star. Good strong WiFi. Easy walk to town. Very good breakfast spread. They offered to clean room daily but I declined. Most hotels in or close to town will have a noise problem from neighbors at 6:00 AM but this place was quiet on my side in the back.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Herligt med poolen og fin morgenmad - Ligge godt i Siem Reap. Vi boede først på et familierum 2 dage og flyttede så i 2 dobbeltrum- faktisk billigere. Vi gav 18 $ for en tuk tuk service for hele familien til Angkor Wat. Han kørte os til de 3 "vigtigste" steder og gav os al den tid vi ønskede.
