There’s always something happening at night, karaoke, salsa night, live music, so there’s no need to go out at night, the nights are always lively here. The rooms are better than the pictures. super clean, well renovated. The whole hotel looks better than the pictures. Probably the marketing team should work on showing that more. There’s so many good restaurants next to the hotel, at a walking distance, and a supermarket. Annnd the cutest public beach at 7 mins walk

- Jingoor (2/5): - 1. Pool was dirty 2. Extremely disappointing stay at Casa Florida. The hotel is old, dirty and very poorly maintained. The equipment is extremely old: armchairs, tables, tablecloths and deckchairs garden more than old. 3. The room was filled with mold and cracking ceiling , the 1st night itw as raining and water was pouring the floo on our personal belongings and reading books . The mattress was uncomfortable.Th enext day we report thsi to Kantee and she moved us to a renovated room. Kantee has gone the extra miles the only staff who works with devotion, thank you Kantee 4. The welcome was unpleasant as if the staffs are not trained at all, very poor service. 5. Breakfast is very bad, they served uncooked danish pastries in a heated display cases with chocolate croissant without chocolate, the buffet is not repleninshed poor quality food and the omelette cook top is as black as tar not clenaed at all, no smiling staffs as if you are disturbing them. 6. This property does not meet the expected standards.I definitely do not recommend.

Pour mon mari le petit déjeuner crêpes et omelette… etc D’être installé au premier étage et au fond du couloir. Difficile pour nous de descendre et monter les escaliers. Le manque d’animation le soir, sauf la soirée karaoke. Quelques améliorations à faire pour finaliser ce bel endroit.

- Emilie (10/5): Des vacances parfait - L'accueil à l'arrivée, très chaleureux. Un personnel d'une gentillesse et Mme Kantee est plus qu'adorable vraiment 🥰 Un séjour parfait pour nous et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😊 hâte de leurs retrouver!

- Sultana (2/5): Would not recommend. - Location was good. Only staff that was good was Kanti. She helped greatly with sorting out our issue with problems there. Grateful for her to upgrade our rooms otherwise we would have left straight away. 1. Dated and old furniture 2. Not clean enough, ants behind beds. 3. Dated facilities, shower looks to be from prison. 4. Security was asleep on the job. 5. Receptionist is rude as well as some other staff who lack customer care training.
