Diana (6/5): - I wanted to love this place, and I had read reviews before booking, but I hoped for a better experience. The view from the hotel was stunning, probably the best in town. However, the cost didn’t match what was provided. The pool wasn’t clean, despite a pool cleaner being onsite for two days, and the Jacuzzi, which was one of the main reasons we booked, was a letdown. It was dirty and waterless upon arrival, though we were told it was "working fine" and just needed cleaning. When our scheduled Jacuzzi time arrived, they informed us last minute that it wasn’t working due to multiple issues—things that could have been addressed earlier, given we reserved it two days prior. The hotel looked unkempt, possibly due to it being off-season timing? The room was fine but basic, which we expected, no complaints there. However, the lack of care for the pool and Jacuzzi was disappointing. The front desk staff was excellent and helped us navigate Alto Lucero, a small town with limited dining options. They gave great suggestions and called taxis for us. We heard the onsite restaurant was good, but it was always empty and closed early. No big deal—we were happy to go into town. Overall, the experience didn’t feel worth the price. The view is fantastic, but you can get the same benefits at another hotel in town for half the cost.

En general las instalaciones están bien aunque todo lo que uno quiere hacer dentro del hotel es con cargo extra, ya sea estar en el jacuzzi o realizar alguna otra actividad
Verified traveler (2/5): - Primero no me dieron la habitación que reserve, me dieron una de menos categoría, no me pudieron cambiar ya que estaban llenos, me ofrecieron un descuento en el spa, esa noche se fue la luz y no tenían planta, dormimos sin clima, el wifi no servía, al ir a mi cita al spa resulta que me la cambiaban por que una pareja llego una hora tarde, me ofrecieron masaje en una cabina cerrada e individual (cuando yo reserve masaje en pareja y cabina al aire libre) le dieron preferencia alguien que llego tarde y yo que llegue 20 min antes a la cita me estaban cambiando todo el intinerario, fatal experiencia nunca me había pasado esto y viajo frecuentemente, en lugar de desestresarme me fui a estresar y a gastar! No lo recomiendo, pedí mi devolución de esa noche y me salí del hotel, si me regresaron el dinero pero el mal día y el desgaste no me lo quitaron!

Verified traveler (8/5): Falta de mantenimiento - Consideramos está sobrevaluado el costo de la habitación, nos quedamos en una junior suite y en esa habitación: el laminado del piso estaba mal cuidado, una de sus lamparas estaba rota la pantalla, no cuentan con cortinas black out, la tina de hidromasaje se encontraba sucia. Por el costo y por considerarse hotel boutique se espera que cuiden hasta el mínimo detalle. Cabe mencionar que el diseño de sus instalaciones está muy bonito pero si tienes movilidad restringida no podrás hacer uso de todo ellas, ya que hay muchas escaleras. Para ir al SPA sería imposible.
