Sven (4/5): Werde ich nicht mehr buchen. - Zimmer war sauber. Betten sind bequem. Frühstück war sehr gut, mit großer Auswahl. Die schlechten Bewertungen bezüglich Frühstück und kalten Wasser im Zimmer kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Dies war bei meinem Aufenthalt nicht der Fall. Personal war sehr freundlich. Wegen lautem Nachbar und miserabler Schallisolierung wurde mir ein Zimmertausch angeboten. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind nicht Schallisoliert. In der Hotelaustattung steht das Hotel und Zimmer Schallisoliert sind, das ist eine Lüge! Man hört alles, als gäbe es keine Wände und Türen. In der ersten Nacht hatte der Nachbar laut Musik an gemacht. Auf Klopfgeräusche wurde nicht reagiert. Das Hotelpersonal hatte mir dann ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.

sandra (7/5): - Size of the room and it was clean, breakfast was great, good selection. Location good, 1km from metro. Close to several malls and restaurants. Parking convenient Reason I only gave a 7 is no fresh air in the room. We stayed 4 nights and had room 101. Aircon only worked on fan or heating. But whatever setting didn't do much. I told reception it was too hot in the room and they said they would sort it. But only turned the temperature down in the panel, that didn't work, of course I tried that before. Seemed like only very limited hours there was some airflow. Window didn't open. I could hear people in other rooms trying to open window in night. So probably is problem in every room. Was not comfortable to re-breathe stale air. Gave me headache. Also all day could hear the musac from halfway in the room, don't like listening to it. Would not stay again unless at least the airflow in room is solved.

Rami Albattat (8/5): Classic Hotel. - I like the stuff there. They are very nice, especially Mrs. Elham, Mr. Altan and Mr. Emir. The breakfast is nice. The location is perfect. The noise isolation of the rooms are poor. I can hear the residents in the next rooms. Noise isolation requires enhancement among rooms and from outside traffic roads.
Corneliu Eftodi (10/5): - The rooms are very large and comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent. We appreciated the high-quality toiletries, robes, and slippers provided. The hotel staff was consistently friendly, and the breakfast was truly great with a wonderful variety. Hot pool and and spa/ sauna included in the price, as well as a salina room. Great location. Great value for money. Unfortunately, the Spa did not live up to expectations. The cleanliness was quite poor throughout the facilities; the hammam rooms were cold, and the basins were visibly dirty. Used towels were left lying everywhere, which added to the untidy feel. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in socializing with each other than attending to the clients. It felt very unprofessional and was not the relaxing experience we were hoping for. We could hear our neighbors throughout the night due to bad noise insulation, and we were constantly bothered by a strong smell of cigarette smoke drifting into our room from neighboring units.

Mohammad (9/5): إقامة رائعة - المكان قريب من المولات .. النظافة .. المسبح جميل .. الفطور متنوع .. يعينون موظفة عربية للمساعده السيدة إلهان ممتازه من حيث التعامل و بشوشة و تقدم المساعدة دائما بعض جرسونات المطعم يتأخرون في الطلب و يعلقون بين بعضهم على الزبائن بشكل واضح
Nezahat (9/5): - Odaya girdiğimizde rezervasyon yaptığımız oda da klima ve tv de problem olduğunu fark ettiğimizde ve çözüm talep ettiğimizde odamız upgrade yapıldı.verilen oda üst segment olsa da tercihimiz rezervasyon yaptığımız oda olurdu aslında ama başka aynı özellikte oda olmadığı için sorun etmedik. Onun dışında tüm personel çok kibar, çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi, özellikle kahvaltı salonunda karşılama yapan beyefendiye ayrıca nezaketi için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Çocuklar havuzda oldukça eğlendiler.

Nese (10/5): Gut - Service war gut,zimmergröße war top ,sehr zentral,Shopping Mall zu Fuß erreichbar.und sehr sauber alles Die Betten im Hotel waren leider eine absolute Katastrophe – sehr unbequem und überhaupt nicht erholsam. Auch der Spa-Bereich hat enttäuscht, da er insgesamt unhygienisch wirkte. Zwar gab es eine Sauna, jedoch keinen richtigen Ruhebereich. Es stand lediglich eine einzelne Liege zur Verfügung, die sich mehrere Gäste teilen mussten, sodass man sich nach dem Saunagang nicht entspannen konnte. Zusätzlich war es sehr unangenehm, dass man im Bademantel am Restaurant vorbeigehen musste, um zurück auf sein Zimmer zu kommen. Insgesamt hat das den Wellness-Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.

SULAYMAN DAWOOD (9/5): فندق يمناز بحسن تعامل موظفيه وتحدثهم العربية - سرعة اتمام إجراءات الدخول عند الوصول وحسن تعامل السيدة إلهام والغرف نظيفة وواسعة وتتسع للعائلة كما أن بوفيه الإفطار مميز ومتنوع وهناك أماكن مخصصة للأطفال سرعة الانزلاق عند مدخل المسبح والذي يحتاج لوضع قطع مطاطية للسلامة

omar (9/5): - فندق نظيف جدا وموقعه ممتاز .. افضل شي قابلته هناك تعامل الموظفيين للامانه كانوا متميزين جدا اسمائهم لا اعرفها. ولكن الكل اللي قابلتهم ممتازين الذين يعملون في الاستقبال ومواقف السيارات 👍🏻

Radu (8/5): Good enough for families with kids. - Due to some technical issues on the room initially booked, the administration offered us two big rooms for the same price in the first night. The pool is great with hot water. The spa area and kids water playground also. The room was spacious for 2 + 2 children. No big issues, but: The bed and the pillows were not so comfy. The central heating system was noisy during the night.

samiha (10/5): - موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من ماركه مول وعدد من المحلات والمطاعم نظيف وغرف واسعه وشرحه الافطار متنوع ويرضي جميع الاذواق طاقم العمل على مستوى من الاحترافيه واللباقه وحسن التصرف وودودين لآخر درجة وأخص بالذكر السيده إلهام قدمت لنا العديد من الخدمات والتسهيلات التى ساهمت في جعل اقاماتنا في الفندق وفي بورصه على الاخص تجربه جميله لا تنسى شكرا لجميع موظفي الفندق

Ömer (6/5): Hotel adına göre yetersiz… - Hotel konum olarak şehir merkezine 15 dakika,kahvaltı ve yemekler güzel garson,asçı,çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ciddi işlerini çok iyi yapıyorlar… Hotel odaları oldukça eski ve dökülüyor,Kesinlikle yenilenmesi lazım odalarda rütübet kokusu var klima yetersiz.Park yeri arka tarafta olan kısmı araçınız park etinizde yerler taşlı ve tozlu araçı yıkatmanız lazım,Ayrıca araç teslim alan kişiler oldukça sert ve sinirli ilgi sıfır
