Guest Reviews
- Franca S. (9/5): - Ligging is formidabel. Kamer was erg klein.
- Jane (9/5): Great B and B in the heart of Dingle town - Perfect location for bars and restaurants in Dingle. Ideally situated for anyone booking boat trips as it's right on the harbour.
Our room, a deluxe double with sea view (Room 1) had a lovely view over the harbour. It was spacious and clean. It has a small double bed plus a sofa and small table. The bathroom is a little dated but plenty big enough with just a small shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Toiletries are supplied as are towels enough for your stay. We stayed two nights and although the room wasn't serviced we had enough towels for a two day stay.
Tea and coffee is free of charge and available in the reception area 24/7. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The room was warm enough having two radiators and one in the bathroom.
Breakfast was great (we had full Irish each morning) and there are cereals including gluten free options available along with fruit and yoghurt and fruit juice. I noticed that there was only one serving spoon for the cereals, this should be addressed as anyone using it to serve normal cereals could potentially contaminate the gluten free cereals through it being used for both. There's nothing really not to like. The property does not have a lift so anyone with mobility issues/carrying large, heavy suitcases may struggle with the stairs (it's not a massive staircase though, just a little steep)
- Scott (7/5): - Good location Very small room, even smaller bathroom, tiny
- Michelle (8/5): -
- Arne (10/5): - Großartiger Aufenthalt, sehr gutes Frühstück, würde jederzeit wieder dort einkehren.
- sinead (10/5): Really friendly staff & clean rooms - Really good location & very competitive pricing
- Geraldine (7/5): Great location and very helpful, friendly staff. - The B&B was in a a great location in Dingle Town, in the heart of shops, cafes, restaurant, pubs and local attractions. The staff were very friendly and very kindly allowed us to leave our bags there before check-in time. We didn't have breakfast in the B&B so I can't comment on that. The double room I stayed in only had one bedside table, and the small table beside the sofa had very low lighting that couldn't be used to read by. The wifi was very intemittent in our room, but was OK in the triple room that the rest of our group stayed in.
- Leanne (10/5): -
- Margaret (10/5): - Central location, lovely staff, clean, comfortable.
- Sinead (7/5): Great location in dingle - Great location, clean room, comfortable bed and nice staff. Smaller room than expected from photos.
- Jenelle (10/5): -
- Adrian (10/5): -
- Eleonora (7/5): - Stanza piccola per tre persone con i letti incolonnati in una camera che sembrava un corridoio. Bagno piccolo.
- Fiona (10/5): -
- David (8/5): Great Location in Dingle - Great location, very helpful staff The room was quite small, up a large flight of stairs. Breakfast was extra and somewhat expensive
- JOSE (8/5): -
- Pamela (6/5): - Good location Room was very small and not as represented in photos. Not good value as the price was high. 1000AUD for 3 nights.
- Ellen (8/5): - Clean, central location, very friendly & helpful staff. Steep stairs
- Debbie (7/5): Not worth the price - The location was great, as was the host. It was clean. The room was so tiny. We couldn't open suitcases and had to squeeze into the shower. I would recommend spending the €5-15 more to stay at a nice B&B or hotel. This should have been a cheaper stay given the tiny room & lack of amenities.
- Nathalie (10/5): - Emplacement exceptionnel, un accueil extraordinaire et d une gentillesse.. Nous avons adoré
- Emma (8/5): Loved it - best location ever! - The location is insane and so hard to beat. It was a beautiful place to stay and really immerse yourself in Dingle and the culture. The rooms were small/old but I think this really adds to the charm - it is an old BnB and a wonderful experience - but it wasn’t luxury by any means (but also… we were not looking for that)
- John (10/5): -
- Mark (10/5): - Friendly helpful staff
- Evie (8/5): - Location was great, easy to walk around Dingle. The owner was very friendly and told us a bit about the history of the building. The room was small but cosy and the beds were very comfortable.

Nix !
- Gavin (10/5): -
- Linda (10/5): Excellent - Very comfortable stay, clean and great location

- Sarah (9/5): We loved the Quayside B&B and the town of Dingle. - The B&B was a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the old building. I know the building is extremely old but our bedroom was extremely small w a bed my husband and I scarcely fit in.

- Dooley (9/5): -
- Kathrina (10/5): -
- Mcsweeney (10/5): What a gem of a place to stay. All going well, I'll be back. - Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff, that made you feel at home. N/A
- Anita (8/5): - This B&B is in great location with street parking outside the door. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Upon arrival Maurice gave us plenty tips on where to eat and what was happening in the town that evening. The breakfast menu was extensive and plentiful.
- Tyler (8/5): A great soggy few days, thankyou. - Polite and helpful hosts. Very convenient free parking. Great location. Love Dingle, the bars, the cafes amd the service. January may restrict restaurant choice but hake hake hake was the only fish choice cheap to buy and excellent cat food perhaps but visitors deserve better.
Look, we enjoyed our stay at the quayside, shower needs an upgrade, and heating an issue at times.
- Marcel (5/5): We stood there for two nights during our roundtrip through Ireland. You get what you pay for, even though we‘ve had acco - Very good located, friendly staff, car-park Very small room with sloping ceiling,
Tiny bathroom which urgently needs a renovation, TV without smart function
- Cullum (9/5): -
- Gabriele (10/5): Grande Maurizio!Posizione perfetta per visitare Dingle e la penisola! - Posizione
- grace (10/5): Great stay and will be back! - Very clean and comfy and we were welcomed with open arms by the Host and Hostess and given excellent recommendations for meals. Rooms were perfect and great showers too!
- Jenna (10/5): Excellent! - This is a fantastic stay in a building that is close ro 200 years old! The rooms are quaint, clean, and comfortable. There is tea and coffee available 24/7 and the option of breakfast for a reasonable fee. It's also conveniently located near the bus stop, marina, and in town. The best of all though, were the staff. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating.
- Karen (10/5): Will return! - Really central, clean and staff were super friendly and helpful No extractor fan in the bathroom
- Roisin k (10/5): - Fantastic location, friendly host and very comfortable, cosy bedroom! We had a lovely stay!
- Peter (9/5): Very good - Very comfortable Engine noise running in the harbour all night
- Adrian (5/5): -
- Wayne (9/5): -
- Martin (10/5): - Great location, cozy room, and super friendly staff!
- Patrick (10/5): Room was clean and neat and had everything we needed for a night stay. Breakfast was delicious - Right by the water, very pretty Nothing
- Peter (10/5): Brilliant location and fantastic host. - Location was brilliant, right in the heart of dingle, along the waterfront. 30 second walk to the pubs. But the main selling point was the hospitality of Maurice. A real legend, very funny, very kind. As mad as a box of frogs. Don’t often leave 5/5 star reviews, but this place was definitely worthy! Thank you Maurice!
- Kerstin Marie (10/5): Loads of good advice and craic, be sure to have breakfast, Maurice and Therese knows all corners of Ireland - Right by the busstop, and the friendliest couple of hosts you’ll ever meet, Maurice and Therese
A special little place.
Small rooms made cosy. Very old protected building
- Signe (10/5): - Cosy B&B right on the harbourfront. Rooms small, but very comfortable, lovely, lovely people who go out of their way to make you welcome. Will stay there again - as soon as possible.
- Gayle (10/5): - Location is fabulous, room is comfortable and clean. Host is exceptional. Would highly recommend!!!
- Jacqueline (9/5): -
- Nat (7/5): Loved Dingle! Three days wasn’t enough time. - The location is fantastic. You can walk to all restaurants and attractions easily, and you’re right on the waterfront. If you want breakfast with your booking, be sure to request it when you book. However, there are lots of other places to get coffee and pastries, or a full breakfast very close by. The parking is very easy, as you can park anywhere nearby for free (or, in the height of the season, there’s a pay for parking lot not far away). Be sure to take the Slea Head Drive, and to visit John Bennys for music! And the aquarium was an unexpected surprise with fun exhibits. The internet was very spotty, and we were unable to connect at all at times. The heat in the room didn’t work the first few days, not sure why. In the summer, that’s not an issue, I’m sure.
- Tammy (10/5): - The women who checked us in, made breakfast and answered any questions was AMAZING. The breakfast was very good and location was around all the restaurants and bars and shops in city center
- Donald (7/5): Convenient location for restaurants, shops and pubs. - Convenient location for walking to shops, restaurants and pubs. Right across from the pier and small fishing harbor. Low ceiling in the bedroom
- Deborah (7/5): -
- Karen (7/5): OK for a short stay. Lovely village - Right in the village and close to shops, bars and restaurants. Nice view of the harbour. We found it very cold even when we did get the heating going.
- Lenard (8/5): -
- Ruby (10/5): Had a great time in Dingle, chatting to Maurice - Loved the staff- especially Maurice! Location was fantastic. Room was cute and clean
- Kevin (10/5): It was fantastic. We were there one night and only took to the room what were needed. We then wandered steeping the vill - This is as delightful as the pictures suggest.
It’s right in the heart of Dingle and easy to get around The warm style and the location are excellent. If you have a lot of luggage the stairs are steep.
- Brunna (9/5): - The location offered stunning views, particularly during breakfast. The breakfast itself was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The room was small, as anticipated, but very clean and comfortable. Maurice and Theresa were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and it was a delight to meet them!
- Amber (10/5): - Great place. Small rooms with character. But this a BnB so walls are thin. You will hear your neighbours.
- Tish (8/5): Friendly staff and perfect location! - Location was perfect, right on harbor with shops and restaurants nearby. The guy who checked us in was so personable. Breakfast was good. The bed was way too soft for my taste. This place is not fancy and rooms are small but for one night it was perfect. Bed was very soft and most rooms are very small even by local standards.
- Bungey’s (8/5): OK - good location but exceptionally small. - Room was exceptionally small & very noisy when other guests came & went. Way too small. Wasn’t even room for a single chair & the bed was pushed up against the wall on one side.
- Carmel (9/5): - Lovely accommodation in a central part of Dingle but away from noise. Comfortable room. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.
- Kathryn (10/5): Wonderful B&B, great location - We loved the location, comfort and friendliness of staff. Would 100% recommend Nothing
- Tom (10/5): -
- Nelligan (9/5): Great location, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. - Location is great and staff are so friendly
- LOUISE (9/5): Very friendly, local staff. - Location. Historic building.
- Clodanne (10/5): - The staff was amazing. From the lady at the desk when we arrived to the wonderful couple serving the breakfast.
- Aine (8/5): Fabulous stay a short walk from the heart of dingle - Welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. Central location. Nothing
- scott (10/5): - Mars and Trace are great hosts and know Dingle well. Breakfast was great and as we needed to leave early our last morning they gave us breakfast early.
- Matthew (10/5): - Morris was a great innkeeper. We only were there 1 night, but he gave us the best recommendations for food, drink, music and times to get out on the road to beat the tours. They also provided a top notch breakfast.
- joshua (10/5): - Nice little place with a friendly host!
- Helana (10/5): Charming - Quaint/Charming. Wonderful hosts with lots of recommendations. N/A
- Jeremy (10/5): -
- Natacha (7/5): -
- Clare (9/5): Great place to stay, highly recommend - Perfectly located in Dingle, free parking outside too. Maurice was a hoot! Really welcoming and friendly. Best shower in terms of pressure for our whole trip! Nothing!
- Raelene (10/5): Would definitely stay here again. Nothing to fault. - Location was excellent. Staff were great & breakfast was amazing.
- Todd (9/5): Loved this quaint little place! Staff were wonderful, and very helpful! Would definitely stay again! - Fantastic location! Staff were amazing! Nothing
- Todd (10/5): We had a wonderful stay! Maurice greeted us with a nice welcome and gave us information about the area as well as resta - Location, staff Nothing
- Janet (8/5): - Tish was great! Helped us with our dinner reservations and would help with anything else we needed.
- Emily (7/5): -
Ras
- Katarina (10/5): Great location and comfortable beds - Great location, right where you want to be. Cheerful host Maurice or Morris, was cordial and funny. You have to carry your bags up the stairs. But beds are very comfortable and I had the best sleep of the entire trip. Very clean. Good price. We were kind stay here again.
As far as the area: Murphys pub for drinks. Solace for dinner (if you like fussy interesting food. It was superb). And the pub next to Solace (name I cannot remember) for traditional music. We had an amazing experience in the town.
- Marcey (8/5): Cozy and Clean - The location was perfect for checking out the local stores, restaurants, and harbour. While very small, it was comfortable and clean. There isn't really a space to relax outside of the bedroom to enjoy a book and coffee. There is a small coffee area with a couple of parson style chairs, but it isn't very comfortable. It's great that they offer a full breakfast for 15€ and the bacon smelled great, but complementary toast or a piece of fruit would have been nice. The noise really travels - we had a couple of very loud girls beside us who talked loudly throughout the night, and one can hear everyone coming and going throughout the day and night.
