- Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel bello da vedere, ma pessimo nella gestione e - Come da titolo l' hotel è veramente bella nella sua struttura, le stanze con i muri in pietra veramente belle, la spa accessoriatissima e bella, ma per il resto non vael 2 soldi. Un hotel classificato 4 stelle non può ofrire una colazione con soli cornetti (contati) comprati al bar difronte, e serviti nel cartoccio dello stesso bar. Avevamo prenotato solo soggiorno con prima colazione, non oso immaginare se avessimo incluso pensione completa. Un hotel a 4 stelle penso cambi gli asciugamani ogni giorno, offra un servizio cortesia. Un hotel a 4 stelle con spa non fa pagare a parte gli accappatoi (€5 ridicoli).Se una spa è aperta da tale ora a tale ora e d è fruibile d aparte dgli ospiti dell' hotel, ci si aspetta che in quelle ore sia in funzione, non che una volta dentro biagna aspettare mezz'ora che si riscaldi solo perchè non avevamo avvisato che ci andavamo. Veramente pessimo, ridicolo e se non cambia gestione difficilmente avrà vita lunga. Sconsiglio vivamente.
- Aslaug (6/5): Begrepet "Terme" er misvisende - Trivelig nyoppusset hotell, men en boblepool med alt for mye klor kan ikke kvalifisere til å kalle seg "Terme Hotell". En terme rett bak var stengt for vinteren, men det visste ikke folkene i resepsjonen. 4 stjerner er nok en for mye. Fantastisk massør rettet opp skuffelsen over manglende bading i varme kilder.
