Reserve el viaje con 5 meses de antelacion y cogi 2 habitaciones...pedi que estuvieran lo mas cerca posible y contestan que lo intentaran. Al llegar nos dieron 2 habitaciones en distintos portales!...porque aunque no lo indicaba la descripcion, hay apartamentos en 2 portales cercanos pero distintos....lamentable
- Roberto (9/5): Ottima struttura, peccato per infissi e piccoli accorgimenti. - Ottima posizione e ben servita. Struttura valida e ben arredata. Mancanza di piccoli accorgimenti come un appendiabiti oppure un piano sospeso nella doccia per poggiare lo shampoo. Cosa molto fastidiosa sono da cambiare gli infissi perché anche con la serranda abbassata si sente molto rumore esterno.

El personal deja mucho que desear, te llaman al timbre del apartamento incluso antes de la hora del checkout lo cual nos ha parecido muy molesto. La ubicación no es la mejor si buscas una opción céntrica.

Sehr zentrale Lage (Metro/Bushaltestelle) gegenüber ist Einkaufszentrum, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Leider gab es ein Problem mit Ameisen in der Küche. Es war Abends etwas laut, wegen des Verkehrs.

- Marco (8/5): - Il check-in molto flessibile. A 2 km dalla Estacio del Norde che è ben collegata con la città.
- Mariam (3/5): Renovado y bien situado, pero no volvería - El apartamento estaba renovado, por lo que se sentía nuevo y estaba bien quitado con todo lo que podrías necesitar. Además, El Corte Inglés está en frente y en unos 20min estás en el centro a pie. Cuando entramos al apartamento olía mucho a tabaco. Como había una ventana abierta pensamos que se había metido el olor por allí, pero no. El apartamento ha olido a tabaco todo el fin de semana y no hemos podido cerrar la ventanas por el olor y al estar en una zona ruidosa de mucho tráfico no hemos podido descansar bien. Además, el inodoro estaba sucio al igual que algunos de los platos, pero lo peor ha sido lo del olor a tabaco.

- Roslyn (10/5): Four nights in Valencia - The apartment we had was on the first floor. We stayed for 4 nights. Very modern and clean. Included everything we needed for the duration of our stay. I recommend including a couple of cushions and a throw over on the sofa. And pegs for hanging the clothes. Easy to find parking outside. Close to supermarket and shopping mall. The apartment above us was very noisy, probably children jumping and running upstairs, even till late at night. Neighbours should show respect when using the staircase and keep noise to the minimum.

- Ma_boh (9/5): Ottimo appartamento - La casa è nuova, pulita e offrono kit accoglienza con spugna, sapone piatti, 2 stracci e una pods per la lavatrice che si trova in casa. Il bagno ha una grande doccia e c'è il phon normale (non quelli da viaggio piccoli). Dispone di aria condizionata, 4 fuochi ad induzione, forno e forno micronde. La palazzina si trova a 10 min a piedi dalla fermata metro "turia" e a 20.minuti a piedi sia dal centro storico che dal bioparco; di fronte si trova un centro commerciale dove è presente anche il supermercato mercadona e le fermate dei pullman principali. Nella palazzina sono presenti 2 ascensori. Si trova a 15minuti di auto dall'aeroporto. L'appartamento si trova su un vialone che purtroppo è sempre trafficato ma di notte si calma e si riesce a dormire tranquillamente.

Apartment size is fair. We also like how clean it is. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Barely any utensils in the kitchen, in fact, there was only one wide bottomed pot to use.

- Carolina (9/5): Ótimo quarto!! - O quarto é excelente, amplo, bem iluminado, tem varanda, tudo limpo, tem comodidades como cafeteira, capsulas de café de cortesia, todos os utensílios que voce precisa, esponja, detergente… o banheiro é ótimo, box com blindex, chuveiro excelente. Bem em frente tem um mercado e o shopping El Corte Ingles. Embaixo da acomodação tem uma Domino’s. A localizaçao é boa, no Novo Centro, mas fica a uns 20min a pé das principais atrações.

- Andreea Dumi (9/5): I would recommend - The location is great. You have all you need nearby. Transport to everywhere, the metro is at 2 minutes, all the shops and restaurants you need. Plus the Mall. You are not far from the main attraction and old town. Plus, the apartment is clean, with absolutely all you ever think you should need. Well, the only issues is the noise. It's not impossible, you could definitely sleep, but be aware it's near a very busy city road.

- Massimo (9/5): Appartamento comodo e in ottima posizione - In ottima posizione, a un passo dai mezzi di trasporto e volendo camminare si può arrivare in centro a piedi. L'appartamento è ben tenuto e non manca nulla, i letti sono comodi. Ci è stato permesso di lasciare i bagagli in un deposito per qualche ora prima di partire (compatibilmente con gli orari della reception perché hanno loro la chiave). L'appartamento era pulito a parte la doccia dove c'erano ancora capelli.. peccato avrei dato 10 se non per questo.

- Roar (9/5): Very new apartment, cosy and modern. - We arrived at about 2 am, and the code for the lockbox didn't work. However, the emergency number we called, worked fine, and the code was reset. The apartment was small but cosy and had quite a big balcony, 2 rooms, kitchen and a bathroom. It is more than enough for our stay. It all looked very new. The beds were fine, air conditioning was very good. There is a shopping centre and a supermarket on the other side of the avenue, which is very convenient. Not much to complain about, although where the building is situated, it can be quite noisy, especially with the windows open. The apartment was fine and clean.

Utensilios de cocina completos, en buen estado y limpios, igualmente q la ropa blanca. Muy conformes con la propiedad , repetiría en el caso de volver Si bien facilita que haya una persona para entregar la llave, tenía un horario, que a veces, cuando se está viajando hay que planearlo muy bien para que se pueda llegar a tiempo. - Claudio (9/5): Molto bello e comodo ai mezzi pubblici per arrivare e andare in città. Consigliatissimo. - L'appartamento era molto spazioso e luminoso con l'arredamento tenuto molto bene. Posizione molto comoda vicina alla metrò ed ai mezzi pubblici per andare in centro città. Si poteva arrivare a piedi anche al parco Turia ( molto bello ). C'era anche una macchina per il caffè espresso :)) e la cucina era molto pulita. Anche il bagno bello, ma cieco ( senza finestra ) e l'aspiratore non funzionava. Dal soggiorno e dalla camera invece c'era una bella vista ed anche un terrazzino. In generale l'appartamento era molto pulito, anche se in bagno c'era qualche piccolo insetto nella doccia. C'erano degli insetti ( piccoli "panarottini" ) che uscivano dallo scarico della doccia. Sarebbe stato utile un copriletto leggero perchè solo con le lenzuola c'era un po' freddo e con il trapuntino c'era troppo caldo.

- paolo (9/5): OTTIMA POSIZIONE, APPARTAMENTO MINIMAL MA COMODO. - Ottima posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal Bioparco, a 1 minuto dai Giardini del Turia. Fermata del bus a 3 minuti per poter raggiungere l'Oceanografico in 25 minuti di tragitto. Comodissimo il centro commerciale di fronte all'appartamento. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia si poteva fare un po meglio, ma niente di sconcertante, giusto un po di polvere qua e la e le lenzuola non proprio linde e pinte. Durante la notte si avviava un motore (non so se dello scaldino o di cos'altro) che faceva vibrare fastidiosamente e rumorosamente la porta finestra scorrevole della camera da letto, essendoci la doppia porta finestra è stato sufficiente lasciare la porta finestra interna leggermente aperta in modo che non vibrasse a contatto col battente.

- Charly6783 (10/5): Excelente elección para Valencia - Viajo a Valencia todos los años y siempre elijo este lugar, la ubicacion es fantástica, cerca de dos estaciones de metro, al frente tiene un mall, un supermercado y mucha variedad de lugares para comer, y la atención del personal es excelente, destacando a Marta que siempre está dispuesta a ayudarte.

- Denise (7/5): Muito boa, se não fosse pelo barulho interno do prédio. - O apto é limpo e bem estruturado. Fácil de chegar e estrutura de portaria funcional. A total falta isolamento acústico. Tem nas portas e janelas (protege do som da rua), mas nenhum isolamento nas paredes. Ouvíamos tudo dos aptos vizinhos, de choro de bebê até o celular do vizinho tocando seu alarme que vibrava absurdamente alto às 6:30. Péssimo!
