• Adir (6/5): - The location was good, right in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful with any request. Everything was transparent in advance regarding prices. A very nice place for anyone who wants to stay in the city without paying a high price. The beds were very uncomfortable.

La situación era buena para lo que nosotros pretendíamos que era estar cerca del la salida y llegada de la carrera pero un poco lejos del centro. No había cafetera aunque ponía que sí, pedimos unas sábanas bajeras para el sofá y nos ignoraron, las toallas estaban muy finas, la cocina tenía poca dotación de menaje y de trapos. El agua se salía de la ducha por debajo de la mampara.

• Laura (7/5): Si solo buscáis dormir es agradable - La ubicación, estaba cerca para poder ir andando con tranquilidad y disfrutar de sus calles, y el recepcionista fue muy amable El primer día ya nos encontramos con problemas, de donde soy estamos acostumbrados a cerrar la puerta con llave, y cuando intentamos hacerlo se bloqueó la puerta y la llave no se podía sacar, lo comentamos y vino el de mantenimiento y le pegó un con destornillador a la cerradura y un con el pie le pegó a la puerta, ya sabía que la puerta estaba mal. Nos dijeron que estaba bien pero cuando volvimos a cerrar la puerta para comprobarlo con el de mantenimiento al lado se volvió a bloquear, nos dijeron que nos cambiarían de apartamento y tuvimos que sacar nuestras cosas para luego bajar a recepción y decirnos que no, que nos quedábamos en ese porque no tenían más, perdimos gran parte de la mañana lo cual no nos gustó. El apartamento estaba bien pero en algunas zonas no estaba limpio del todo, y no nos dejaron toallas pequeñas para la cabeza, solo 4 grandes, para 3 personas, yo llevaba las mías así que les dejé las otras a mis amigos. Si buscáis un apartamento para solo dormir está bien y es cómodo

• Nikola (10/5): FANTASTICKÉ i pro velkou skupinu - Budu zcela upřímná, měli jsme ubytování pro 25 lidí, 9 apartmánů a po některých recenzích jsem měla strach. ALE absolutně fantastické, recepce do 15 minut všechny ubytovala, žádný problém, velká ochota a vstřícnost vše vyřešit. Čistota, vybavení, personál, lokalita - vše perfektní! Děkujeme! PS:Prosím než budete hodnotit špatně, čtěte si podmínky - pokud vím, že je placená klimatizace a je to tu zde napsáno, tak se na to prostě nezlobte!

• Miriam (1/5): Avoid at all costs. - Nothing, would strong recommend people avoiding it. Edited September 5th. We pursued a case for a full refund based on our stay through our credit card and the ECCI. This outcome was in our favour. If you experience similar do the same. Having visited Budapest many times and previously stayed in this property we were excited about our trip. Unfortunately 2 days into a week long stay we had no hot water. We were patient believing it would return shortly but over 48 hours later were left with no choice but to leave the property and book in elsewhere as it was becoming impossible to maintain basic hygiene during 30+ degrees temperatures. While we tried to be civil dealing with this we found receptionist Naomi increasingly rude, directing her issues towards the absentee manager. She told us we were the only guests that were not satisfied and that other guests loved cold showers. Judging by the 9 other negative reviews during the same period from various countries we now see this was not true. We found communication impossible as we kept being told it was not their fault and they kept avoiding communication from booking.com During the stay we witnessed other guests checkin and pay for their accommodation before being told there was no hot water, we also witnessed our apartment being cleaned with cold water during our stay. The only time it was scheduled to be cleaned that week. We eventually checked out and checked in to a wonderful apartment elsewhere, with a host who went to great lengths to accommodate a last minute checkin and do plan to pursue this to a higher level as directed by EU consumer law and would advise other guests to do similar.

• Monika (8/5): Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Budapesztu - Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne, wygodne. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, pralka w łazience. Wyjście na wewnętrzne patio. Blisko supermarket, blisko do przystanków autobusowych, tramwajowych i do metra. Łóżka wygodne. Mieszkanie ciche na parterze. Drobne niedoróbki wymagające naprawy jak parawan na wannie nie spełniający swojej roli, bo niedochodzący do wanny. Lekko zużyte meble i sprzęty w kuchni. Żeby wejść do budynku trzeba za każdym razem dzwonić domofonem na recepcję i czekać na otwarcie drzwi. Wygodniejszy byłby kod do drzwi.

The apartment was very spacious, perfect also for group of 5 or 6 people. The apartment looked like it needs some work done, the walls were dirty in multiple rooms, shower looked like it’s gonna fall out of the wall and door on kitchen cabinets fell out, we had to attach it back. Also the lights were not working properly.

• Ana (8/5): Fair price, good mood (receptionists very helpful: exceptional!), nice stay, recomended. - We stayed at apartment for 6, very well aranged, beds are nice, there is enough space for all, all what we needed for 1 night. Exceptional: we could leave the luggage in the storage room before check in time and after check out time before our trip back. Very grateful for that. All in all: fair price, recommended. The towels would need to be better cleaned. And it was quite loud during the night (it was a saturday night, so there was singing and loud talking on the balconies, not sure if just the neighbourhood or from the apartments).

First of all, everyone should notice that they charge extra 10 € for each day for the air conditioner! We traveled all day and came back to the apartment only few hours at night, and for a small air conditioner that hardly don’t chill and located only in the living room they charge extra money and a lot of money! Also the bed wasn’t comfortable, The pillow was almost empty and it was bed view. They put a picture of playground, but it was old and broken.

• Sharon (7/5): Prima! - Ruim appartement waar je prima een tijdje kunt verblijven! Tram 4-6 om de hoek. Binnen een paar minuten ben je in de stad. Op de binnenplaats waar balkons op uitkomen (ook van bewoners) galmt het geluid/ gesprekken (vooral in de ochtend vroeg en wat later in de avond). In de nacht was zo goed als stil. Airco was niet koud. Ondanks dat een goede tijd gehad in het appartement.

Muy buena ubicación para llegar a los principales lugares en distintos tipos de transporte público. El colchón muy incomodo, al parecer no se cambia hace mucho tiempo. Estuvimos una semana pero no nos dejaron más bolsas para la basura, detergente lavaloza, y papel higiénico suficiente para una semana, pero son pequeños detalles que se pueden mejorar. Se le debe hacer mantenimiento al juego para niños que se encuentra en el patio, ya que tiene vigas apolilladas y una tabla rota en la escalera.

And do not specify before you book. They also charge u €3 per towel change and we stayed for 6 nights but they said you have to stay for 7 nights to get room cleaned when 4 people for one small bin???

• Lukasz (7/5): Dobry na jedna noc, jako przerwa w podróży, na dłuższy pobyt proponuje poszukać cos innego - Miła i sprawna obsługa na recepcji, szubka odpowiedz na wiadomości w bloking. Czysta świeża pościel i ręczniki, apartament posprzątany powierzchownie, powinni się troszkę bardziej postarać Dodatkowo płatna klimatyzacja, aby z niej skorzystać trzeba zejść do recepcji, zrobić opłatę i wtedy otrzymujemy pilot do sterowania Apartament posprzątany tylko powierzchownie ale pościel była biała i czysta wiec duży + Mały podziemny parking max 1,8m wysokości do którego nie zmieścił się mój samochód. Przed przyjazdem pytałem i dostępność parkingu oraz opisałem gabaryt samochodu i zostałem zapewniony ze nie będzie problemu z parkingiem, niestety finalnie musiałem parkować na ulicy. Parking płatny od 8 do 22. cena 14euro za 3h.

• blagoje (5/5): - Klima se dodatno naplaćuje, a to vam kažu tek nakon rezervacije. Izuzetno neudoban kauč u dnevnoj sobi. Kada smo doplatili za klimu iz nje je ispadao led, takodje ne može da se rashladi ceo prostor jer je klima na lošem mestu.
