• Pavan Kumar (2/5): Pathetic - Didn’t like anything about hotel Stay experience was pathetic. Hotel didn’t give us basic amenities like toothpaste n toothbrush and when I requested for “iron box” to press my clothes hotel staff didn’t allowed us to use it in our room. Infact we were asked to use the designated place but Ironing board was not clean. And toilet door was just a sliding door n it was not closing properly. Most importantly refrigerator was given inside the wardrobe and because of refrigerator heat the whole wardrobe was like a mini oven. I won’t recommend this hotel for anyone
• 110peiyiw (10/5): A highly recommended hotel - It’s very close to Ximen MRT Station with convenient transportation. There’s a convenience store nearby, and also a gym within walking distance. I can easily walk to buy anything you need. The front desk staff sachi was excellent very friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or assist with anything related to traveling in Taiwan. The room bright and with very fast Wi-Fi. The only thing we think needs improvement is the glass door in the shower area, which could be cleaned more thoroughly. There is also a free coffee machine available in the lobby.

• Culture64609100801 (10/5): concierge - The room rates are cheaper on weekdays, but much more expensive on Saturdays, possibly due to events happening in Taipei. We really like the rooms and design on the 5th floor, while the rooms on the 10th floor are smaller. The room was clean. For this trip, we visited Jiufen and Shifen, and thankfully the front desk staff SACHI helped us plan the transportation route.
• Departure67950996583 (10/5): Convenient - The sound insulation is not very good, so it can be noisy if there are families with children in the neighboring rooms. The bed is very comfortable. The lobby offers coffee and also has a bar. They provide convenient shuttle service to Taoyuan Airport at an affordable price. The front desk staff sachi is friendly and helpful, and even assisted with restaurant reservations. It’s very convenient that the front desk can assist with ordering souvenirs. We have already booked a room and will stay here again next time.

• See (7/5): Great Location & Housekeeping Aunties. Front desk needs more warmth. - The housekeeping aunties were really friendly and helpful. The front desk staff lacks warm welcome and were a little cold. The location is superb. Room sound-proofing was bad. It gets really loud at night and hard to sleep. The laundry is helpful but instructions were a little lacking.

• Tea (7/5): - Great location, nice private room, comfortable bed. Got 2 bottles of water every day which was handy. Enjoyed walking out every day and being in the middle of the action. Great choice to stay in Taipei Noise from other rooms was very jarring, especially when someone was showering it sounded like a big truck was right in my room. It confused me when I was jet lagged and trying to sleep. Also some small bugs in the room but harmless.

• 百章 (8/5): - 早上先去寄行李，旅館有提供冰東西的服務，幫了我大忙 工作人員在我遇到棉被和枕頭有問題的當下，有即時做出處理，沒有擺爛，很好～ 房務待加強，房間清潔沒有落實，其中一個枕頭和被套有污漬，雖然我只有一個人，但也付兩個人的錢，另外一件被套破了我後面才發現，就算了，然後棉被羽毛一直飛，請改善

• Karen (9/5): Would recommend to anyone going to taipei! - Staff were really nice!! The room is also a lot bigger than expected. Location is amazing - booked for myself and a friend and she was surprised at how good the price was for this location. It quite literally comes alive downstairs at nighttime so really great spot if you want to stay out late to eat and shop. Only that it was a little too warm in the room but perhaps I didn’t know how to use the aircon properly.

• 110peiyiw (10/5): Happy stay - The lobby has a wonderful Christmas atmosphere. The front desk staff Sachi, is very kind and friendly, and I can ask the front desk for help anytime . The room is clean, the location is convenient, and there are many places to eat near the hotel. The room rate is reasonable, the environment is nice, and the hotel also provides airport transfer service.

• Konstantinos (9/5): - The staff was really kind and friendly! They organised the pick-up from the airport and held our luggage after we checked out. There was an AC shutdown one night and they brought refreshments and a fan to our room and offered to book us in another hotel which we declined because the temperature was ok for us. In the end, they offered us a discount on the hotel price for the inconvenience without us asking for it. They were really helpful and of course the hotel location is amazing! Really recommend it Everything was as advertised, no bad comments.

• Tam (6/5): OK value hotel - Stayed for 1 night. It's in convenient location in Ximen. But you do need to walk a bit from green Ximen station exit 6. Keep in mind when you've luggage and trying to walk through sea of crowd. Room was small, not much room for luggage, no windows. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, shower was excellent, room was clean. Negative is room's soundproofing from surrounding noise was horrible, very BAD. We couldn't sleep well. There were random noise, voices, laughters heard from 12am - 4am.

• Samantha (10/5): - The location was fabulous, basically in the middle of all the action, with the metro station a short walk away. Didn’t look like much from the outside, honestly we were slightly worried when we found the entrance with the elevator going up to the lobby. But it looked much more promising once we entered in elevator, which was newly upgraded and looked nothing like the outside. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room, beds and bathroom were well-sized, we found everything to be very clean. The tea station and bottles of water were a nice touch. Would stay again when visiting in the area again. :)

• GCCHongkong (4/5): Disappointing Late-Night Experience and Rude Staff Interaction - I rarely write negative reviews during hotel stay but our recent stay left us genuinely upset. At around 1:30 AM, we realized our room had no toothbrushes. My husband called the front desk to inquire whether they could provide some—either complimentary or for purchase. The staff member who answered (possibly with the last name 卓) abruptly replied that the hotel doesn’t offer toothbrushes. That in itself would have been understandable. Unfortunately, the situation escalated unnecessarily. The staff member repeatedly and loudly insisted they don’t provide toothbrushes, speaking in a rushed and dismissive tone. What shocked me was when he claimed that our home city of Hong Kong also doesn't offer toothbrushes—a statement that felt inappropriate and offensive. When I called back to clarify that many hotels in Hong Kong actually do provide eco-friendly wooden toothbrushes, the staff responded with heightened aggression and an argumentative attitude. He admitted not knowing Hong Kong’s regulations, yet continued to argue based on incorrect assumptions, showing little willingness to listen or speak respectfully. The main issue wasn’t the lack of amenities—but the confrontational and disrespectful manner of the hotel staff. It was disappointing to be met with hostility when simply seeking clarity on a basic request. This experience unfortunately tainted what should have been a restful stay. I hope the management addresses the importance of respectful communication and cultural sensitivity among their team moving forward.

• Lea (9/5): Sehr guter Aufenthalt in Taipeh - Das beste ist wirklich, dass die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt und man mitten im Geschehen ist aber dafür es trotzdem ruhig im Zimmer ist. Das Zimmer ist klein, hat aber alles was es braucht und das Bett ist gemütlich. Würde es nochmal buchen :)

• Stay31190138717 (10/5): Welcoming - Cozy hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, well-kept, smells clean, serviced daily, and staff Sachi was friendly and helpful. It was a good-sized small room (Standard Double Room) Bathroom very clean and smelling clean, shower strong. Bed cozy, really comfortable! Everything conducive to sleep and my 2 nights were really restful. I look forward to stay at this place next time I come to Taipei!
