- Cecily (10/5): -
- Alexandra (10/5): Low on cost, high on hospitality. Great old school Country hospitality in the City. - This accommodation suited our needs completely. It’s super close to Westfield Chermside and minutes from where we needed to be in Kedron.
The staff here are phenomenal, it’s like good old country hospitality in the city. They are genuinely lovely and engaging and went out of their way to show interest in our stay.
It’s basic accommodation but exceptionally clean and affordable. We could not fault our stay.
- Daniel (8/5): I'll be back. - Loved staying here. Spotlessly clean, quiet, everything you needed. Great location and wonderful staff. Parking on-site was the only reason I didn't rate higher, but I'll be back for sure. Parking. Everything else was excellent.
- Clarence (7/5): -
- julie (10/5): Hassle free.nice experience - Very friendly staff.very clean rooms The location, cost and welcoming..
- Williams (8/5): - Great location close to Royal Prince Charles Hospital The piggy back extension cord.
- Ben (8/5): - Everything, it was a very nice room. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area again The helicopter that kept flying overhead was very loud but there's not much the hotel can do about that
- Roberts (8/5): -
- Rebecca (8/5): Lovely small, quiet motel - Had everything we needed for one night. Nothing

- Louise (9/5): Great place, comfortable and quiet, will definitely stay again if we’re in the area - Big rooms, comfortable beds, very quiet Nothing, it was great
- Ahmet (8/5): Very good -
- Grea (5/5): Passable - Don’t think you will get a park only 4 in the motel then you need to park on the street if you are lucky
- Alison (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paula (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sunny (9/5): Superb - All good. Nothing
- Emily (2/5): - Don't recommend, the room I was in had a strong smell of mold everywhere & that mold was visible in the bathroom, it was noisy outside with the doors & windows closed, so having them open for some fresh air wasn't an option either. Zero sound insulation, could hear people constantly walking outside my door & parking? There is 5 spots, so if you miss out then it's street parking only. Not sure how this business is running with such a strong amount of mold, you can find modern clean hotels for the same price, avoid.
- Pilsneniks (7/5): Would have been happy with a shower. I am sad for now. - Location excellent but woke early for a flight and the shower was broken so was on struggle street to make the day be happy for me :( The shower itself.
- Alwyn (3/5): Extremely Dissapointed - Room was big There is no water pressure in the shower, yet there is good pressure in the basin and sink.
Bathroom very small, sliding door easily stuck closed and needed partners help to get out.
No shampoo or conditioner. No hand towels.
Quite noisy, minimal off-street parking.
It did feel more like a hostel, not a hotel.
Nobody on site from 5.30pm
- Barbara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (7/5): Good - Clean room and comfortable beds. Close to shopping centre.
- Nikki (6/5): close to the hospital which what suited us for one night - location was great and the reception staff was friendly I think there was a long stay resident next door who kept walking past our door and smoking in the courtyard. I had to shut the door and pop on the air con which helped.
- Charlie (7/5): Good -
- Emily (8/5): Was comfortable but not what I was expecting… but that’s on me for not researching properly - Was very clean More suited to hospital appointment accommodation not for a peaceful night away
- Bruce (7/5): It delivered what it promised. - The room was spotless. It is well set up for older people with numerous aids for disabled guests, being very close to the hospital. If you are just needing a bed for the night, this is perfect.. lacks items for a longer stay as a tourist, unless you are a patient of the hospital next door. Limited on site parking.. we had to park in the street.
- Jesse (7/5): Good -
- Thorndon (5/5): Passable -
- Dyonne (7/5): Cheap and comfortable. - Good location, friendly service and comfortable bed. I appreciated the soft towels and plenty of teabags.
- Kenandpam (9/5): Enjoyable weekend. - Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower. Floor was very wet after use.
- Wendy (1/5): Transferred to Central Apartments day before, terrible property, dirty, room like a box, not happy! - Nothing We were transferred to another property the day before checking in, sent to Chermside apartments, room was dirty, I have photos, room the size of a cupboard, dark and dingy, did not want to go to another property, we had our booking for over 3 months, how can we just be changed the day before. We will never stay anywhere near this place again, very unhappy.
- Howard (9/5): Superb -
- David (2/5): - The room was nothing like in the images, the fridge was not cold there was no ventilation in bathroom it was pokey smelled like bleach, the kettle was filthy I had to clean bugs out of it before I could use it, the bed was horrible so hard and was itching all night, and no parking was all in all the worst place I have ever stayed. The lady however was lovely and extremely accomodating with the fact that we were late check in.
- Bonnie (9/5): Superb - everything was clean and comfortable for our stay. Our request was fulfilled and the shower was lovely nice and hot. There is not a negative to report. We had what we needed in the room.
- Mikel (7/5): Good -
- Ronald (8/5): It was just a 1 night stay during our travels. Suited us well - Didn't have breakfast. Location was ideal. Parking was sparse All good
- Mimi (4/5): Necessary location for work event, would never use for holidaying. - Location It felt dirty, there was a bag of crack in the stairwell when we arrived, the bed was uncomfortable, it stunk of cigarettes.
- Stanton (8/5): Very good -
- Janelle (5/5): Passable - Some basic kitchen facilities. Not bad for something at the cheaper end. Lucky to get a spot in the very limited carpark and not on the narrow roads around the property. Room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. My clothes absorbed the smell.
Shower cubicle was very small.
- Bec (6/5): Good little accommodation and good walk to shops. - Location to bus terminal and Chermside shopping centre. The smokers could be a little further from entrance (coming from non smoker).
- Shane (9/5): Superb -
- Craig (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marama (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emellia (7/5): Good - Staff were amazing. Accommodating for late check in and early check out. Shower flow was excellent and the bed was comfortable
- Panther (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cecile (10/5): Very friendly staff - Close to chermside Westfield
- Elly (10/5): Exceptional - Had a balcony was very clean free parking very quiet and comfortable for travellers staff were very polite location was brilliant with hospitals very close and shops not far will stay there again
- Karina (8/5): Very good - Family room available; off street parking; kitchen facilities; location is ideal. Beds and pillows were a little soft for our liking, but I think this is personal choice.
- Jesse (9/5): I'd stay again - Very helpful staff. Good value. Clean. Limited off-street parking, but I had no issue jagging a spot.
- Michelle (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (10/5): Overall I had a great stay. Would definitely recommend. - Modern and quiet. Great location. Breakfast and breakfast area was noisy from the air cons.
- Carmel (8/5): Very good -
- Graham (5/5): Very cramped - Room was too small for 3 beds, as well as a small table and 2 chairs.
Very small shower also
- Mellzyann (6/5): Pleasant -
- Glen (8/5): Great value, great location. - Clean, comfortable motel. Great location for airport car parking .
- Debra (8/5): Very good -
- Isabella (7/5): Good -
- Hayley (7/5): Great! - Very friendly and helpful staff. Very old style.
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcia (8/5): Friendly and helpful staff - Tidy and clean, comfy Nothing warm in bed to cover over with only a sheet. We had to leave air-conditioning off.
- Wright (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (10/5): - Small bathroom, not enough room for
Legs while on toilet
- Lord (3/5): Poor -
- Justin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cassandra (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Steven (7/5): Good -
- Grant (8/5): - The staff was polite and courteous, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The shower was a bit small, and the PowerPoints are old, so you can’t plug a phone to recharge
- Debbie (9/5): Superb -
- Fabian (8/5): Very good -
- Phoebe (8/5): Very good - Convenient location, cheap, the woman that worked there was lovely. The walls are too thin, at night there was a man in another room and he snored the whole night
- Colin (8/5): - Great for one or three nights, can walk to Chermside shopping and kedron wavell rsl. The tv in the room needs to be replaced, bad picture and not all channels, no movies. Otherwise a good place to stay.
- Bailey (1/5): Bad -
- Kemp (8/5): Very good -
- Andrea (8/5): Comfortable stay - Location was great. No traffic noise. Nice and roomy
- Lionel (9/5): Superb -
- Ward (5/5): Passable -
- Anonymous (5/5): Maybe a guest house at best, certainly not what I recognise as a Motel! - Quiet, comfortable bed, good aircon, plenty of hot water, close to Prince Charles Hospital A small room on the low level, with no room for anything but a small table and two uncomfortable chairs situated in a cramped position between the beds. Older style facilities, with the roller doors and blinds and fittings showing the changes over the years. Never a good sign when the aircon remote is chained to the wall! Modern TV visible from the beds, and only one bedside lamp, as well as the overhead fluoro light.
The beds are only supplied with a top sheet, no blankets or similar, which might be great for the middle of summer, but lacking at other times.
The bathroom/shower area was small, cramped, with no apparent exhaust fan, a shower curtain preventing water being sprayed around the floor. The automatic soap dispenser in the shower was a poor example of its type, dispensing some foam type substance which did little.
Unit is supplied with a microwave and small kitchen sink, along with limited plates, cutlery etc.
The bathroom cabinet was showing its age, and the tap had a constant leak, which had not been rectified for some time, given the water stain on the bowl.
Only five parking spaces, with the overflow required to park on the street somewhere outside.
- John (7/5): Good - The location was the main reason for my choice Bathroom was very tiny for such a spacious room
- Marie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jennifer (8/5): Very clean. Helpful staff. Great location for what we wanted. Would stay again - Great location. Easy parking No toiletries or tissues supplied
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Kathryn (5/5): Passable - Couldn't get a car park
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (9/5): Chermside court motel room 9 - Was nice room quite comfortable
More like a guest house than a motel.
Large area outside room and a balcony in that area also.
Mattress was good
Pillows were good
Shower was good
Balcony attached to room.
Views - street view
10 minute walk to chermside shopping centre. Hill could be a challenge if your older. Street noise until around 9pm cant do much about cars in a city.
- Tracy (3/5): Due to having to park our car away from the accommodation I wouldn't stay there again - Location I had requested parking and had to park down the road, the bathroom was extremely tiny, there was no soap or complimentary toiletries supplied
