- Ines (6/5): Sonst gutes Hotel in toller Lage - Tolle Lage, die beiden leitenden Angestellten waren auch super und sehr aufmerksam. Die „Managerin“ des Hotels hat ab Punkt 19:30 keine Bestellungen mehr angenommen. Ein Pärchen und eine Familie kamen zu spät um 3(!) Minuten und wurden sehr unfreundlich zurechtgewiesen. Ein Versuch der Erklärung für die Verspätung wurde nicht gehört.

- Lesa (10/5): Wonderful stay for a week (couple) food was great facilities excellent - Excellent location and wonderful facilities with great staff
- Jan (7/5): Fijne ligging aan de piste maar wel erg geïsoleerd. - De locatie aan de piste is te gek. De mensen die er werken zijn allemaal erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We voelden ons heel welkom. Van de receptie tot de mensen in het restaurant; allemaal zijn ze enorm vriendelijk. Door de ligging aan de piste (wat op zich fantastisch is) was het hotel na zware sneeuwval erg moeilijk met de auto te bereiken. De weg er naartoe was volledig wit en alleen met sneeuwkettingen begaanbaar. Door de afgelegen locatie is het ook erg lastig om in de avond naar het dorp te gaan voor diner of apres ski. Ons kostte elk tripje naar het dorp steeds minimaal €45,- aan taxi kosten (enkele reis). Daardoor ben je wel helemaal aangewezen op het hotel zelf. Het eten in het hotel was prima maar niet uitzonderlijk. Het zwembad en whirlpool gingen al om 19:00 uur dicht wat ik een gemiste kans vind. In de avond werd de douche wel erg koud en de verlichting van de kamer was moeilijk sfeervol te noemen. Normaal zou ik hier niet zo moeilijk over doen maar in dit geval waren de kosten zo hoog (mede door hoogseizoen in de winter) dat ik toch wat meer luxe had verwacht.

- Michaela (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal - Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich, zum Geburtstag gab es eine kleine Überraschung und kleine Extrawünsche wurden anstandslos erfüllt. Das Abendmenü war mehr als ausreichend und hervorragend, das Frühstücksbuffet war immer dasselbe aber ausreichend. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, wenn man direkt von der Piste ins Hotel und eine ruhige Lage möchte. Leider wurden offensichtlich beschmutzte Handtücher nicht automatisch gewechselt.

- Rachel (10/5): The best hotel I have stayed in, absolute value for money! - Exceptional staff, always happy to help, property is directly next to the gondola up to some lovely snowboarding runs, the facilities were great, the outside jacuzzi was great and the spa was brilliant. The dinner was like a fine dining experience with lovely choices which differed each day, and breakfast had a wonderful selection. Our room was brilliant. I would definitely revisit. To top it off we received a handmade cranberry jelly as a leaving gift. Loved our experience!! N/A
- Giannis (6/5): Pleasant - Facilities Breakfast Lack of communication with the staff. For example, first 2 days we booked a 2 bedroom and on the 3rd day we had booked a 3 bedroom. We asked if possible to be moved on the 2nd night to the 3 bedroom, and staff said yes but without letting us know that would cost more. We should be informed. Dinner was taking too much time. We were spending 3 hours each day.

- Maarten (8/5): Great hotel - Great location, ski in and ski out. Nice rooms, spacious ski room and restaurant! Beds were a little hard in our opinion, and our room didn't have any curtains (only blinds). The room was therefore very light in the morning. Our 2nd room did have curtains though.

- Simon (8/5): Very good - fantastic location, very clean, very friendly and qualified staff. great breakfast and tasty food. dinner price was pretty high and little choice (fixed menus). as with many Austrian hotels, the pillows in the beds were very poor. So many places have old, flat pillows which are simply insufficient for good sleep. beds were very hard which is ok for some but not for me and our group.
- Guillaume (9/5): Very good stay - Pure ski-in/ski-out. Staff is very kind and restaurant was good. The bus shuttle only comes 3 times a day to Hochsolden and we ended up taking the taxi which cost €35 for one way to go to Solden.

- Thais (10/5): Amazing hotel in Hochsölden - Breakfast was amazing! The location near a gondola was also super nice, you could ski directly from the hotel. You could also go to Sölden by car or by taxi. The staffs were always willing to help and super handy! From the restaurant, the bar, and the reception! A special thanks to Lea who was always giving good suggestions and willing to help! The SPA area was also amazing with several saunas, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. We definitely recommend this hotel.

- Olga (10/5): Exceptional - - Great location (ski in / ski out - also possible to take a cable car 100 m from the hotel to reach blue runs), great views - Amazing wellness area - Very nice and helpful staff, always going an extra mile (e.g. we couldn’t start the car before leaving home and they helped us to jump start it) - Great breakfast - Ski room to keep your equipment and dry your boots - Possible to buy ski pass in the hotel - Parking garage about 3-5 minutes walking distance down the quite steep hill from the hotel - Dinner in the hotel (4 courses!) costs 45 eur per person with no option to order only part of it. The price itself is fine and the quality of the food was decent, but it was simply too much food for dinner. Since there are no restaurants in Hochsolden, the only other options are to either drive to Solden or buy some sandwiches to have in the room (luckily there is a fridge in the room)

- Lynedoch (9/5): Stylish and straightforward on-slope hotel with excellent staff. - This is a spacious and elegant hotel. Unusually for Austria it is high altitude with some ski-in and ski out potential and is anyway very close to a ski lift for upward and downward access. The spa and pool complex are superb - elegant, spacious and well run. The staff at reception and in the restaurant are excellent, friendly and very helpful. Ski-in, ski out (anyway unusual in Austria) is currently Red piste downwards and Black on return so not unchallenging (but the ski-lift gives an alternative). Evenings one has no choice but to dine in the hotel restaurant, which is a bit hit and miss, or use the very limited bar service for toasties, when available.

- Simone (8/5): Superlocatie - Mooi hotel op een uitstekende locatie. Prachtig uitzicht, kamer was al vroeg klaar waardoor we op het gemak konden omkleden en de hele middag al skiën. Verhuur en skipas allemaal in het hotel. Heel fijn. De eigenaren zijn nogal stug, wilden niets horen over rookhinder. Roken dan ook allebei zelf.

Ruhige Lage, nettes Personal. Die Chefin kümmert sich selbst um reibungslosen Ablauf. Sehr schöne Saunaanlage und Schwimmbad! Ski anziehen und los Ski-Shop direkt am Hotel - sehr faire Preise! Immer zu empfehlen! Tolle Sonnenterrasse im Freien!
- Charlotte (10/5): Sehr entspannt - Wundervoller Aufenthalt. Liebevoll geführt, tolles Essen, top Lage direkt an der Piste, Jacuzzi mit Blick auf die Berge. Wärmeliegen beim Pool zu empfehlen. Auch Laufmöglichkeiten vorhanden, wenn man mal nicht Skilaufen möchte.
