Daarnaast was het appartement dat wij huurden heel ruim, en had het een enorm balkon. Echt een super locatie voor vrienden om te verblijven tijdens wintersport in Zell am See. Er wordt in de ochtend heel vroeg afval opgehaald aan de achterzijde van het hotel en daar sliepen wij. Dit zorgde ervoor dat ik om 6u in de ochtend wel gewekt was door het 'lawaai' van glasbakken die leeggehaald worden of afval ophalen.

• Agnese (7/5): - Excellent location, good facilities in the room (dishwasher (including tabs for dishwasher), coffee machine, cutlery and dishes), good facilities in the hotel too (storage for skis and boots); responsive and helpful staff at the reception. The policy of collection 300 EUR deposit upon arrival and expectation to report any damages in the room is not very encouraging and a bit off, since upon arrival we identified several damages - broken mirror, dirty curtains, broken shower holder, scratched doors - reported all to the reception, which they said: "yes, yes - we know :)" but none of the damages were resolved during our stay. A minor thing - a washing machine in the room would also be handy, since even though there are two machines available in the basement, for a symbolic 2 EUR fee, I was not able to find a moment when these would be available, but just pack enough of skiing socks - and you'll be just fine staying here!

The dishwasher was leaking and the sink plug didn’t fit the sink so we couldn’t do dishes. (It was fixed/replaced quickly.) The heated towel rail was not working. It was fixed same day but the following day it was not working again. There was only one remote control for 2 televisions. We were not able to change the language on the tv or stream any platforms. The rubber on the shower door made it difficult to close.

Needed twin beds in second bedroom which we thought was doable but unfortunately not, one of our teenage kids had to sleep on living room sofa bed which was ok. Restaurant in building had a few recent poor ratings saying food took up to 3h to be served so we did not take the risk hence cannot comment. Nothing really just expected second bedroom to have twin beds, it’s usually twin beds in second room but not the case for us. Not a big deal when only staying 3 nights.

• abdullah (7/5): موقع مميز - الموقع قريب ومميز ، الشقة جيدة ، الموظفين لطيفين في النعامل .. يوجد موقف سيارات للايجار اليومي تابع للفندق.. يوجد شطاف في الحمام .. لايوجد تنظيف للشقق، لايوجد iron في الغرفه بالرغم انه مكتوب انه متوفر في الغرفه، لكن عند طلبه من الريسبشن قالوا انه الكوي فقط في غرفة عامه في الفندق.. كل شي بفلوس حتى رمي المخلفات انت تقوم به بنفسك.. اثاث الغرفه قديم .. التلفزيون ليس سمارت وكل القنوات التي تعمل ليست انجليزيه ولا عربيه .. لايوجد غسالة في الشقه ويجب النزول للغسيل في غرفة عامه للغسيل ويجب دفع مبالغ لاستخدام الغسالة..

• FAHAD (10/5): - موقع الفندق جدآ جدآ رائع وتوفير بطاقه كابرون جدا رائعه القوانين التي وضعها الفندق للنزيل عدم استخدام سخان الماء في الحمام واذا صدر إنذار كاذب ادفع مبلغ ١٠٠٠ يورو مما ادى لعدم الراحه في الشقه والإفطار كان متبقي نص ساعه وقالو انتهى الإفطار والمواقف بمبلغ خارج سعر الغرفه

• Tareq (8/5): الشقة كانت نظيفة و و كبيرة - الشقة كانت كبيرة و واسعة و نظيفة و مريحه الافطار لم يعجبني غير متنوع و بسيط جدا جدا يفضل الحجز بدون الافطار

• Albert (9/5): Heerlijk - Goede locatie, moderne, ruime appartementen. Schoon. We kregen een upgrade naar een groter appartement en daardoor een luxe gevoel met veel ruimte. Het complex is in 2 gebouwen ondergebracht met verschillende vloerhoogtes. Daardoor veel doorgangenmet trapjes. Bij ons vertrek was een van de 2 liften defect, met als gevolg heel veel wachten voor de overgebleven lift.
