- Young (8/5): A secluded getaway in the foothills of Vesuvius - I absolutely loved this location, so quiet and the terrace was a wonderful place to watch Napoli go by and see the sunset.
The family were so lovely and warm, and happy to help with anything. The vineyard tour right on your doorstep was great, delicious and fun!
Also the view from my room was so lovely, Sorrento and Capri were in the distance and vineyards and olive groves in the forefront. The only thing for me wasn't the owners fault. I just had some really noisy guests below me as I was in the single room above them and there wasn't any soundproofing. So I didn't sleep much at all. So if you do stay I'd recommend some ear plugs just in case. But the stay itself was lovely 🙂
Stanza spaziosa, letti comodi, bagno grande. Cucina in comune. Bello il terrazzo con vista.
Colazione: prodotti confezionati ma più che accettabili. Niente

- Mikhail Rusanoff (7/5): - The view. Got a glass of wine on arrival. Shared kitchen, but no washing machine. Garbage around on the street when you go to the place. A bit moldy. We did not get 15% off from the wine price
- Vaiva PJ (10/5): - Erdvūs apartamentai, malonus rupestingas aptarnavimas.
- Marc (9/5): If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with great service, beautiful surroundings, and a little w - We had such a great time at this bed & breakfast! The views were great—perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. It’s one of those places where you can truly unwind and just take it all in. The accommodations were good. The family that owns and operates the B&B were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived—always around if you needed anything but never overbearing.
The winery tour was definitely a highlight. It was fun, informative, and laid back. The wine was delicious, and the whole experience felt personal and relaxed.
- Helena (8/5): Cute room near Vesuvius. - Cute room with amazing view, in a very quiet area, which I like.
Would recommend it if you are driving, otherwise it’s quite a walk from the train station, to restaurants, mini markets etc. But if you have a car, it’s defo a convenient location to Vesuvius.
- Isabella (10/5): Enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the terrace overlooking the bay of Naples. Highly recommend! - Beautiful location, with exceptional view from the terrace. It is a peaceful, pleasant and welcoming retreat after a day sightseeing. Welcoming family, beautiful cellar, delicious wine! Excellent value for money. Couldn’t fault it. Great for people travelling by car or motorbike, but still accessible if you are travelling on foot, providing you don’t mind what is about half an hour walking from Ercolano Scavi train station, a bit uphill.
- Tracy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): A nice B&B away from the town centre. - The view from the room and patio over the bay was lovely, and the hosts were helpful and friendly. A nice relaxing spot away from the noise of the town, but only a 5-10 minute drive away.
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jēkabs (9/5): Superb -
- Paolo (9/5): Superb -
- Lilly (7/5): Good - Had a lovely view for my bedroom and the terrace overlooking the gulf of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius I’m tall (5’10) and the bed was too short for me. The single beds are also too small for adults
- Daniel (9/5): Lovely stay - Great hosts and view
- Jeffrey (10/5): A lovely oasis on the slopes of Vesuvius. - The location was great, with amazing views, and is perfect if one is driving or enjoys walking; it’s a 40 minute pleasant walk to the ruins Herculaneum and the town, a nice hike back up, as the B&B is on the lower slopes of Vesuvius. It was also very easy to catch the dedicated bus if one is going to climb to the caldera.
Vincenzo and his family were lovely, and I bought an amazing bottle of white wine from their vineyard.
- Anita (8/5): Very good -
- Alexandre (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (9/5): Superb - Lovely hosts and views. Easy place to stay
- Kevin (9/5): Superb - Very nice stay. Hosts friendly. No English but communication good. Parking onsite for my car. Wifi good. Good size bedroom. Bed comfortable. Bathroom cosy. Kitchen downstairs. Lots of goodies. Ham. Milk. Yoghurts. Visited Ervolano. Good base to visit Vesuvius. Everything good
- Ondrej (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place to stay if you enjoy sunsets over the sea and wineyards and want to rest a bit from busy Naples. The family who owns the place is very kind and helpful, place is clean and as a bonus you have the chance to taste some really great wines straight from the winemakers. Also great location if you want to come early for Veusvio tour, Ercolano or Pompeii. Just be sure you come by car/scooter, location is not good for you if you travel by public transport.
- Czarnecka (10/5): Exceptional - Great value for money, air smelling like grapes in the evening, very nice people working there, friendly owners.
- Fab (10/5): Best birthday stay ! - Home feeling, quiet, French half italian from.southern France, really felt second home, wines were great, room cosy and very clean, kitchen fully equipped, 30 mns to reach by walk, bit less to go in town as going down. Didn't bother me on a 3 days stay you also can get taxi (20euros to negociate). Amazing birthday stay. Will definitely come back. I had wine tasting and cellar/vineyard visit session which was so cool ! Nothing !!!
- Bruce (9/5): Superb -
- Askin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christian (10/5): Great stay, wish I had more than one night there to enjoy some of the wine growing around . - Excellent location with great views over Napoli, the whole bay and the islands. It’s Quiet winery with the greatest and nicest hosts. Sitting on the huge terrace with great views, enjoying some fruit - thanks - helped to quickly get rid of travel stress and relax. The water pressure in the shower was ok for me, Someone with more hair would probably want a bit more.
- Ruxandra (10/5): More than a b&b, a winery with history - The most extraordinary experience I've had in a long time, and it was all for my birthday vacation. I chose this location especially for being in a winery, I didn't look for comodity or location. Yes, it's a rough climb on foot (but I liked that), it's isolated (but I specifically wanted that), but it was totally worth it. The silence, the peacefulness, the accoglienza of the owners, that's the experience I was looking for, not just some place to sleep. You get nice conversations, a tour of the oldest winery in the Vesuvio area, wine tasting (which is very good and interesting), extraordinary panorama over the bay... and did I mention the wine?
I believe this is a scheme to get people falling in love and then hooked up on their delicious wines. Beware!!!
Cleaning done every day, which is unusual for a normal b&b, multiple choices for breakfast, a kitchen with everything, big terrace (but anyway the bench hidden between the vines is much better).
I am planning to come back in the fall, during grapes harvest. I bet that would be even more interesting. I've seen people coming here and spending most of the time in the room. I've seen people coming here and drinking boxed cooking wine from the supermarket, while sitting on a cave with treasures (white, red and bubbly rosé treasures 😄) I've seen people completely ignoring the beautiful sunsets that this location provides... All this breaks my heart.
- Eivind (9/5): I would recommend this to anyone - I had a great time at B&B Fuocomuorto. Great hospitality and very clean apartment. I would recommend this to anyone. The only thing I would mention personally would be the breakfast, as I am a vegetarian it did not quite fulfill a breakfast for me, but they did serve yoghurt and cornflakes.
- Dalia (8/5): Picturesque views and a good get away from city life - A beautiful view from the bedroom and parking available. Also aircon and tv in the room
- Terly (3/5): dirty - terras it was dirty
- Hannes (8/5): Very good -
- Phwe (8/5): Overall its a lovely stay, with a nice view from the room / roof. - Location is okay, but you will need car to travel since I didnt see any public transport nearby. You may need to share the toilet and bathroom if there are occupants in other rooms
- Karina (10/5): Exceptional - Such a peaceful and beautiful place with a family that made me feel at home❤️❤️❤️ They are very famous with the wine producing, I've seen the vulcanic cave, where they keep it, tasted wine and took one bottle cause I couldn't carry more. Volcanic wine is a great present and memory to take plus their wine is one of the best in this area, maybe even the best. Even the place is far from Ercolano if you go by foot and don't have a car but it's much better than staying in Ercolano sincerely cause you get this amazing landscape and panorama view plus the bus to Vesuvio is passing not far from the hotel, so I went to see the crater without going to Ercolano. And close to it there is a restaurant and bar with crazy beautiful view to all Napoli gulf and islands and in the evening for the sunset and later it's even more beautiful!) In the bar there is a music, nice atmosphere and it's very nice place to spend evening, I enjoyed a lot❤️ I was lucky that they went to pick me up and brought me back to Ercolano, I'm so thankful for that!) The other opportunity is a taxi for 15 euro or 30 minutes by foot, if you don't have big luggage. But it's really worth to reach this place rather than stay in Ercolano!) The house itself is very modern, clean, in the room there is everything you may need, it's much better than seems from the pictures, plus you have a great breakfast included with many choices what to eat and with panoramic view from the terrace, they really care about their guests!) Hopefully I will come back!❤️❤️
